It has become a Global Issue that the quality of education will never exceed the quality of teachers. Therefore, improving the quality of teachers should be the main priority of every party concerned about the quality of education, including religious education in schools. Therefore, improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers needs to be a priority for every educational institution that prints candidates for religious teachers, one of which is the study program of Islamic Education Science (IPAI) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) as part of efforts to improve religious education in schools. This study aims to explain Pluralism and Islam as inseparable entities. Can be distinguished conceptually but cannot be separated in real reality. The method used. The method used in this research is library research, or can be used in library materials as a source of information to answer problems about educators in education. Islam and Religious Education Pluralism make religion a concept to create a sense of unity in the realm of ukhuwah basyariyah in advancing and improving the quality of education; Therefore, it is the education system that makes religion a moral value and not a formal institution that is formed. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pluralisme dan Islam sebagai entitas yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Dapat dibedakan secara konseptual namun tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam realitas nyata. To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Indicator of Indonesian’s national development is the quality of education. Islamic school’s funding is an important instrument to improve access, quality, and competitiveness of educational institution. Islamic schools education funding source are joint responsibility of the government and the community. Community-sources funding is managed by the Islamic school committee and supervised by the internal supervisor. Moreover, the financial management was carried out with the following mechanism: submitting the proposal from the Islamic school to the committee, approving the proposal, disbursement process, and then reporting the agenda to the Islamic school committee. Therefore, the committee’s internal supervisor is controlled every 6 months. In addition, the following barriers come from the parents and student.

Pedagogical Principles

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. Learning media is one of the things that can help the process of learning activities, but the media can also be a tool that does not support the smooth learning process, internet-based learning media is one of the infrastructures that can be used especially with today's era where everything is very easy to access. especially internet-based media which at this time have been widely used as learning materials or media that can support teaching skills for teachers or prospective teachers during the current COVID-19 pandemic, where teachers are required to be as creative as possible in providing media that will be used in teaching and learning activities. learning activities, the purpose of this research is to find out from the implementation of learning media in learning skills for students who are taking courses in Media and Learning Technology in which students especially prospective teachers must be able to adapt to the times with developments and technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative media, where this method is to determine the extent of student knowledge in implementing a learning media on teaching skills, for the presence of researchers in this study is as an observer who designs learning activities or actions taken together with the team. The research model is a member of the research team, namely the lecturer of Islamic Religious Education. The research was carried out at the State University of Jakarta during the even semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year from March to July 2021. The subjects of this research were students in the PAI study program. The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of the usefulness of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in teaching skills.

The quality of education is really determined by various factors, but the most dominant and important is a teacher's professionalism. Almost all effort on curriculum reform and teaching method implementation, is depends on the teachers ultimately. Any teachers lack of ability of the teaching material, teaching strategy, motivate the students to achieve high perpformance, will not improve the quality of education. The teacher acts as one crucial component in educational system. Therefore, since at the very the beginning, the ability of micro teaching practice at a college should be prepared well in order to be a professional teacher in the future. In the modern education system, teacher candidates are required to have professional skills that include the ability to plan learning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. Without mastering all these aspects, the teacher will not be able to achieve the learning objectives optimally.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). Qualified graduates is supported by an efficient process of education, improvement of competence on an ongoing basis, and appropriate curriculum. The curriculum becomes an important part in education. Each educational institution graduates expect superior quality, good morals, knowledge and competence of skilled labor. Quality of qualified graduates will increase the demand of stakeholders to recruit workers in the industry related. It is necessary to implement a quality program in an effort to provide the best service for educational activities. This study discusses the program carried out by educational and vocational study program in electrical engineering (EEVE) achieve the goal to do assessment by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance) in evaluating the curriculum. AUN-QA aims to conduct quality assurance of courses that a member of AUN, as well as guiding and guide the university to improve and maintain the quality of the university. Researchers use qualitative research using the comparative method of ex-postfacto with the kind of correlational study. The study was conducted with data collection, such as observation, interviews, field observation and documentation study. This research resulted in the development of curriculum in vocational and educational courses in electrical engineering (EEVE), in terms of meeting the basic needs for qualified graduates, competent and professional in accordance with the standards of the AUN-QA. Through this research is expected to be a pattern for other courses to evaluate the curriculum for graduates scored an excellent, competent and qualified
