The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively the development of teachers’ career at the Al-Ifadah Islamic secondary school it was a qualitative research with study case method conducted in Penjaringan, north Jakarta.Qualitative method was used with case studying approach. Head master and teachers as data source. In this research data collecting with triangulation technique to get credibility in this research grouped as (1) give longer time in research location (2) observation 60 documentation. After with the data categorized and coding were done in two data summary appropriately with the research problem and sub problems then and data analysis about completeness and relevance data examined.The finding lead to the recommendation teacher’s for continues them studies to get more education to apply teachers’ training in term of develop teacher’s career. Socialization leading and socialization training in order to get the Al-Ifadah Islamic secondary school running well, it is recommended for education head masters and teachers to improve accountability in assessing standard of Islamic secondary school.

Boarding school is the oldest Islamic institution in Indonesiasince the 13th century and still exists to this day. Boardingschools have a major role not only in terms of education, but alsoin terms of political, social, and cultural. This research includedin the types of qualitative research phenomenological approach.Research data retrieved from the data source through in-depthinterviews and then analyzed with model data analysis Miles andHuberman that is implement data reduction, data display, andconclusion drawing/verification. Researchers tested the validityof research data by using the technique of triangulation ofsources. The results showed, Sayyid Hasan do boarding againsthis leadership cadre recruitment by means of formal andinformal. Formally, the leadership cadre recruitment is done withthe opportunity to give his students to participate in structuralleadership of boarding school, participate in an organizationoutside of the boarding school, studied outside of boarding schoolAl-Iman in accordance with the interests of their respectivestudents, and actively participate in the sub boarding units. As forinformally, the leadership cadre recruitment is done with themethod of awarding of exemplary and advice. Example andadvice given repeatedly, especially related to the particularity ofthe nature of the leadership owned Sayyid Hasan. The nature ofleadership which is owned by the idiosyncrasies of Sayyid Hasaninclude, the physical condition and mental healthy and strong,open towards students, and open with the public.

Language is a highly elaborated signaling system. It serves various functions in communication, it is used to share ideas, convey feelings and emotions, etc. The researchers are interested to uncover more on how people use language in terms of its variety and lexical in one of the popular social media networking platforms that we all know as Facebook. Based on the aforementioned background of the study, the problem of the research can be formulated as follows: (1) what are the figurative languages used in Facebook posts by female and male Facebook users? (2) How are the emotional lexical varieties e.g. used in Facebook posts? Method of research is a procedure needed to do the research better. In this case, method of research covers data source, data collection and data analysis. The data of this research have been taken from facebook profile, it is as an online social networking website where people can create profiles, share information such as photos and quotes about themselves, and respond or link to the information posted by others. The method that used in collecting data is method of library research. They are collected by reading the Facebook user’s post, by underlining and note taking as well.The data analysis is the last step in this process of writing this research. The analysis is done by descriptive method. To make the analysis clearer, all of examples are completed with explanation. Referring to the first research problem, there are some figurative languages used by the Facebook users such as, Simile (female 1 or 4.3% and male 0%), Metaphor (female 4 or 17.3% and male 0%),, Personification (female 3 or 1.3% and male 1% or 4.3%),, Hyperbole (female 4 or 17.3% and male 1 or 4.3%), and Idiom (female 3 or 13% and male 0%),. Furthermore, in regards to the second problem that is emotional lexical used by the Facebook Users, we could mention that both the Augmentatives (female 3 or 13% and male 1 or 4.3%), and Euphemisms (female 1 or 4.3% and male 1 or 4.3%), are used in the Facebook postsKeywords: Figurative, lexical variety, Facebook, Post

Abstract Implicatures in Indonesian Political Humor by Zaenuddin HM. This research is intended to describe conventional and conversational implicatures which contained in Zanenuddin’s works. The researcher use descriptive method and the approach which is used by the researcher is qualitative research as a pragmatic study. The research data and data source are taken from Zaenuddin’s works entitled ‘Humor Politik Indonesia’. Data collection method used are listening and documentation method . Instrument which is used in this research is researcher herself and she uses water analysis method to analyze the data research. According to the results of data analysis, the researcher founds implicatures in Zanenuddin’s works. Conventional and conversational implicatures found in every utterances with functions like, a. wishing, b. ordering, and c. mocking or teasing function. Key words: implicature, humor, political, Zaenuddin Abstrak Implikatur dalam Buku Wacana Humor Politik Indonesia karya Zaenuddin HM: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud implikatur percakapan dan wujud implikatur konvensional yang terdapat dalam buku karya Zaenuddin tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang merupakan jenis penelitian pragmatik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data dan sumber data yang bersumber dari buku humor politik karya Zaenuddin. Teknik yang digunakan ialah metode dokumentasi dan simak. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah diri sendiri. Teknis analisis menggunakan model air Miles dan Huberman (2014:18). Hasil analisis menemukan wujud implikatur dalam buku humor politik karya Zaenuddin adalah: menemukan wujud implikatur percakapan dan implikatur konvensional yang dalam setiap tuturan terdapat juga fungsi, fungsinya yaitu sebagai berikut a) fungsi mengharap, b) fungsi memerintah, c) fungsi menyindir, dan d) fungsi mengkritik. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe two things. First describes the feature of text fable students of Class VII SMP Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. Second, describe the spelling in the text fable the text of Class VII SMP Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. This research Data is the use of tasks in the text Fable class VII SMP Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. The data source in this study is fable text written in grade VII students. D SMP Negeri 2 Padang Panjang numbering 30 texts. Data is collected through documentation study methods or document utilization. The data analysis technique is done by five procedures. First, identify common elements of data. Secondly, it identifies the data based on the theory of reference. The identification of the data is done by creating the fable text and spelling characteristics identification format. Third, analyzing the data. Fourth, interpret the data that has been analyzed. <p><em>Each individual's perspective on a matter that is seen, felt, and done certainly has a difference. This research conveys the point of view of character I on life in Ubud, Bali. This study aims to dissect the symbolic meaning in the perspective of life in Ubud, Bali in the novel Jangan Sisakan Nasi dalam Piring Kembangmanggis Dishes. This research is a qualitative research with an objective approach, so it only focuses on novels without overruling the authors. The research data source is the novel Jangan Sisakan Nasi dalam Piring. The process of collecting data is done by close reading and codification. Data analysis is done by 1) display, 2) reduction, and 3) conclusion. The results of the study show that first, in terms of knowledge, there are still Balinese people who cannot communicate with Indonesia, are illiterate, blind in numbers, technologically backward, and care less about other life, in this case ducks. This is clearly illustrated in the narrative. Second, in terms of life, wife-controlled households, natural surroundings, even some still use the river as a means of cleaning bodies and goods. Traditional eating places at affordable prices, very cheap compared to prices at restaurants, and traditions in Ubud are also still strong.</em></p>

This research was conducted to describe (1) the realization of the principle of politeness by the Indonesian Lawyers Club host on TVONE to act questioning and (2) the context of the use of the principle of politeness in the act of said speech. This research type is qualitative research by using descriptive method. This research data is in the form of a questioning question done by the host of Indonesia Lawyers Club which aired during March 2016. The data source of this research is a video of ILC event on 01, 08, 15, 22 and 29 March 2016 which has been downloaded in social media youtube. The data analysis process is done with 3 steps. (1) identify data in the form of questioning, (2) classify data that realize the maxims of courtesy principles, and (3) describe the context of the use of principles of politeness in acts of speech asked. Based on the results of data analysis obtained two research findings. First, the principle of politeness realized by the ILC host during March 2016, found the use of 4 maxims, ie (a) 38 data maximization of wisdom, (b) 11 data maxim of praise, (c) 8 data maxim of humility, and (d) 33 data maximization of inference. Second, the context of the use of the principle of politeness in speech acts asks (a) higher and less familiar speakers tend to be used maxim of wisdom, (b) higher and higher speakers tend to be used maxim of wisdom, (c) speakers of equal position and unfamiliar is used maximally, and (d) lower-level speakers and not yet familiar tend to be used maxim of inference. Thus, it can be concluded that the realization of the principle of civility most often realized by ILC hosts is the maxim of wisdom that tends to be used in the context of lower-level speakers and not yet familiar.Keywords: Politeness Principle, Talkshow, Indonesia Lawyers Club

This descriptive qualitative research is intended to obtain a description of the actualization of the continuous improvement principle in responsive leadership, the head of the Islamic Integrated Islamic Education Institute of Al-Ikhlas, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The author uses the data source triangulation technique to obtain valid research data. Valid research data are then analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the actualization of the principle of continuous improvement in responsive leadership of the head of the Islamic PAUD Integrated al-Ikhlas in the Bumiayu sub-district of Brebes district was carried out by implementing six steps. First, diagnose problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Second, formulate solutions to problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Third, develop an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fourth, condition resources to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fifth, implement an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Sixth, evaluate the results of improvements to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.
