The objective of this study is to find out the relationship between teacher perception to supervision by headmaster and performance of the teachers in SMP 99 Jakarta. This research is done at SMPN 99 Jakarta for three months since June until August 2009. Method of the research are quantitative method. Target population are 57 and samples are 30 respondents by using simple random sampling. Questionnaire is used to collecting data. This research bring into the conclusion that are relationship between teacher perception to supervision by headmaster and performance of the teachers, in other words the performance of those teachers might be influenced by their supervision.

Saat ini motivasi dan kinerja bidan masih dianggap kurang, disamping itu terjadi masa tunggu kerja yang lebih lama dari para lulusan Diploma III Kebidanan dikarenakan jumlah lulusan banyak yang belum lulus ujian kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat kelulusan ujian kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja bidan lulusan Akademi Kebidanan Konawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 orang. Besar sampel sebanyak 89 responden yang diambil dengan cara simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner, kemudian di analisis menggunakan uji chi square dan koefisien phi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang lemah antara tingkat kelulusan uji kompetensi bidan dengan motivasi dimana diperoleh X2 hitung > X2 tabel (5,994 > 3,841), dan (Φ) sebesar 0,289. Ada hubungan yang lemah antara tingkat kelulusan uji kompetensi bidan dengan kinerja bidan dimana diperoleh nilai X2 hitung > X2 tabel (6,303 > 3,841), dan (Φ) sebesar 0,283, sedangkan hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja bidan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. diperoleh nilai X2 hitung > X2 tabel (55,101 > 3,841), dan (Φ) sebesar 0,881. Oleh karena itu, perlu terus di upayakan peningkatan motivasi bidan dalam bekerja yang salah satu caranya adalah dengan pemberian penghargaan bagi bidan prestasi.Currently, the motivation and performance of midwives are still considered lacking. There is a longer employment waiting period than the Diploma III obstetrics graduates because the number of graduates has not passed the competency exam. This research aims to analyse the relationship of competency exam graduation rate and motivation to the performance of The Graduate midwife of the Konawe Academy. The population in this study was 115 people. A large sample of 89 respondents was taken using simple random sampling. Data is collected with a questionnaire, then in analysis using Chi-square test and phi coefficient. The results showed that there was a weak relationship between the graduation rate of the competency test midwife with the motivation where the X2 calculated > X2 table (5.994 > 3.841), and (Φ) amounted to 0.289. There is a weak relationship between the graduation rate of the midwife competence test with the performance of midwives where the value of X2 count > X2 table (6.303 > 3.841), and (Φ) amounting to 0.283. In contrast, the relationship between the motivation with the performance of midwives has very Strong. The retrieved X2 count value of > X2 table (55.101 > 3.841), and (Φ) amounting to 0.881. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to increase the motivation of midwives in working that one way is to give appreciation to midwives’ achievement.

The indicator that can be used to measure of status health mother in certain region such as using number of maternal mortality (Angka Kematian Ibu / AKI). AKI is one of indicator that sensitive about quality and an access to facility health service. One of factor that contributed to maternal mortality is factors that complicate of process handling emergency such as TIGA TERLAMBAT. It used to press AKI, the government made programs. The program is Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) and Kediri was held program Gerakan Menekan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi (GEMAKIBA). The aim of this research is to know the relationship of motivation performance cadre at GEMAKIBA’s program at Sukorame district Kediri city region performance of clinic Sukorame. The research design is survey analytic. The approach is cross sectional, the population is 45 persons of cadre. The sampling uses simple random sampling with 41 respondences of cadre that fulfil of inclusive criteria. The instrument used questioner to assess of motivation, checklist to assess of performance and recapitulation sheet to make a note the result of data. Then the data was analyzed with correlation spearman rank that showed there is a relathionship between motivation and performance cadre at GEMAKIBA’s program. Based on the result of the research above it should be became a material to maintain and enhance motivation for more comprehensive program’s outcomes.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between work engagement and burnout in Korpolairud Ditpolair Baharkam Polri. This study was a correlational study with quantitative method. 120 members of Korpolairud who worked in the Subditpatrolair division were involved as participants. Simple random sampling was used as  sampling method and 4 point Likert scale as data collection techniques. The work engagement scale was based on Schaufeli’s theory with aspects namely vigor, dedication, and absorption. Menawhile, the burnout scale was based on Maslach’s theory with aspects namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. Based on data analysis using Pearson Product-Moment correlation test, the results of this study showed that there was a correlation between work engagement and burnout in Korpolairud Ditpolair Baharkam Polri as proved by -0.752 coefficient value and p=0.00. It can be concluded that the correlation between work engagement and burnout was significant and negatively correlated.

This study investigates the relationship between leadership style, and employees’ commitment among Dubai government servants. The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership styles and employees’ commitment at Dubai Immigration Department (DID). The study also aims to examine the mediating effects of communication in the relationship between leadership styles and employees’ commitment in DID. The target population of this study is 6000 employees working in DID. Thus, the sample size will be approximately 361. This research will use simple random sampling techniques.

The performance level of Field Agriculture Instructor (FAI) is the level of FAI success in carrying out their duties. The level of satisfaction is the difference between expectation and performance performed. The purposes of this study were to determine FAI performance level, farmer satisfaction level, and the relationship between the FAI performance level and farmer satisfaction in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City. This research was conducted from May to July 2019. The research location was in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City. The sampling method used is the simple random sampling method with total respondents of 42 farmers. Data analysis was done by the correlation test of Rank Spearman and t test. The results of this research showed that the FAI performance level in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City was quite good with a score of 67.5. Farmers were satisfy to FAI performance in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity with total score 67.35. There is a strong relationship and significant between the FAI performance level and farmer satisfaction in Loa Janan Ilir District based on rscount = 0.63 and tcalculated > ttable (5.15 ˃ 1.68).

 Livestock is one of the livelihoods of Indonesian communities to meet their needs. However, socio-economic conditions of farmers face problems including low bargaining position, low education levels, the condition of scattered farms, simple technology. To overcome these problems, we need to empower breeder. Kampoeng Ternak is a network of Dompet Dhuafa who engaged in the empowerment of breeders. Empowerment process requires an effective strategy to achieve the goal. To that end, the purpose of this research is to examine the relationship of empowerment strategies to improve the welfare of farmers. The method used in this research is quantitative method with the approach of the survei and supported by qualitative methods. Respondents were determined through simple random sampling. Test the relationship will be conducted with test-Spearman Rank. The results of this research showed that there is a relationship between empowerment strategies with the welfare of farmers. Such relations are moderate. While on each pattern empowerment strategy, only strengthening group associated with the level of welfare.Keywords: Empowerment, Empowerment Strategy, Welfare ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRAKPeternakan rakyat merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian masyarakat Indonesia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Namun, kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat peternak menghadapi permasalahan diantaranya posisi tawar yang rendah, tingkat pendidikan rendah, kondisi peternakan tersebar, teknologi sederhana. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan peternak rakyat (kecil). Kampoeng Ternak merupakan jejaring Dompet Dhuafa yang bergerak dalam pemberdayaan peternak. Proses pemberdayaan memerlukan strategi yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji hubungan dari strategi pemberdayaan dengan kesejahteraan peternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survai dan didukung oleh metode kualitatif. Responden ditentukan melalui simple random sampling. Uji hubungan dilakukan dengan uji Rank-Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara strategi pemberdayaan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan peternak. Hubungan tersebut tergolong moderat. Sedangkan pada masing-masing pola strategi pemberdayaan, hanya penguatan kelompok yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan.Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan, Pemberdayaan, Strategi Pemberdayaan

ABSTRAKGaluh Adityani HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT DENGAN PELAYANAN SYARIAH DALAM BIDANG KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG  58 halaman + 14 tabel + 2 gambar  + 16 lampiran + xviii Latar Belakang: Pelayanan Syariah di bidang keperawatan merupakan pelayanan keperawatan yang terdiri dari standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit syariah berupa hijab untuk pasien, pemasangan EKG sesuai gender, pemakaian hijab bagi ibu menyusui dan indikator mutu wajib syariah yaitu pemasangan kateter sesuai gender, dimana pelayanan Syariah tersebut merupakan pelayanan yang diharapkan oleh pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi adakah hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat dengan pelayanan syariah di RSISA Semarang Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan korelasi spearmen. The data collection used observation. The total of respondents was 96 nurses with simple random sampling. The data analysis used Spearman test.Results: Research shows that islamic services are good as many as 62 respondents (98.4%), indicating that islamic services are sufficient 1 respondent (1.6%) and which shows less than 0 respondents (0.0%) islamicservices. At the level of knowledge of nurses with sufficient categories that showed good Islamic services as many as 13 respondents (68.4%), showed enough Islamic  services 5 respondents (26.3%) and who showed less Islamic services as much as 1 respondent (5.3%). While the level of knowledge of nurses with less categories that indicate good Islamic services as many as 2 respondents (14.3%), which shows enough Islamic services as many as 2 respondents (14.3%) and who show less Islamic services as many as 10 respondents (71.4% ).Conclusion: There is a significant the relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses and Islamic services on nursing at sultan agung Islamic hospital semarang with p-value 0.000 (p-value<0.05) and the closeness of the relationship was moderate (0.711) as well as the direction of the relationship was positive Keyword            : Islamic services on nursing, level knowledgeBibliography     :    40  (1989 – 2017)

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance.
