This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the positive and significant influence between the exposure of television advertising Blackberry products and brand perception of Blackberry products on the interest of buying Blackberry products on FE Students of Islamic University of Lamongan. The method used is survey method that takes a sample of 76 respondents FE Students of Islamic University of Lamongan. Data analysis techniques used are Product Moment Correlation analysis, multiple correlation, Linear Regression and Multiple Regression with SPSS V.13.0 for windows program. The results of research conducted, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the exposure of television advertising and brand perception of Blackberry products to the interest in buying Blackberry products. The results of the analysis show that this study supports the S-O-R theory in the Student FE population of Lamongan Islamic University.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the studies concerning the challenges faced by novice teachers in terms of various aspects and compare the challenges according to location of the studies conducted in Turkey and on abroad. 30 research studies obtained full-text form were included in detailed analysis. This is a descriptive study based on qualitative research method. In the analysis of the studies, a matrix (content analysis form) was prepared consisting of categories such as publication language, publication type, year, method, design, sample size, data collection methods, data analysis techniques and challenges faced by novice teachers. Then, studies were analyzed based on this content analysis form and the findings were presented accordingly. In addition, descriptive statistics such as frequencies, percentages and graphics were also used by using SPSS-18 program. As a result of the study, it was found that 17 of the studies were written in English, 13 of them were written in Turkish language. Of all the 30 studies; 22 studies were article, five of them were dissertation and three of them were master thesis. Half of the studies were designed as case study and almost half of them were designed as descriptive survey method. In half of the studies, qualitative research method was preferred. The most used data collection tools are survey and interview form; the most used data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation). Most of the studies were conducted on small samples. Furthermore, it was found in the studies that novice teachers faced various challenges which were grouped under four themes named as instructional challenges, relational challenges, adaptation challenges, physical infrastructure and facilities of the school. This research is expected to determine the challenges faced by novice teachers in a broad sense based on the findings of the studies and guide for the development of induction programs.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

This study examines the effect of inventory levels on economic rentability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Referring to two variables, namely economic rentability as the dependent variable / dependent variable (x) and inventory level as independent variables / independent variables (y). The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is a positive and significant influence between inventory level rotation, economic profitability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk, and to find out how much influence the inventory level has on economic rentability. The research method used in carrying out this research is an associative research method which aims to determine the influence of the two variables studied. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, while for the hypothesis test statistical tests are carried out with the T test. For the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.72 - 0.23X. This study concludes that the inventory does not significantly influence the economic rentability of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. These results can be seen from tcount of -1.585 and ttable of 2.015, which means that tcount is smaller than ttable. While the influence of inventory variables on economic rentability is 33.4% while the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Inventory, economic rentability, profitability.

The study aims to test hypotheses and analyze organizational culture and work motivation influences on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, with a survey method with path analysis techniques, namely R Square analysis, testing the partial hypothesis with the t test and simultaneously with the F test, with an alpha of 5% (0.05). The total population are 30 lecturers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation variables on lecturer performance, either partially or simultaneously.

The research was conducted at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta by survey research method. Students of research respondent are 50 people, selected based on simple random sampling and proportional sampling. The instrument uses questionnaire of learning achievement as the dependent variable, while the questionnaire instrument of learning motivation and interpersonal intelligence were used as the independent variable. Research instrument is validated by product moment correlation formula, whereas reliability is measured by Alpha Cronbach formula. Research method used in this research is Explanatory Survey Method. Data analysis technique used in this research is Regression Analysis Modelto find out the influence ofindependent variable with the dependent variable. Statistical test using t-test. Data analysis using correlation and regression technique (simple and plural). From the result of the study found that : (1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of IPS at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r=0,834 and Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) there is significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on learning achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) there is significant influence between Learning Motivationand Interpersonal Intelligence together with Learning Achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Kecamatan Cilandak South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning motivation, Interpersonal intelligence, Prestasi Belajar Penelitian dilaksanakanpada SMPNegeridi Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan, dengan metode penelitian survei. Responden penelitian siswa berjumlah 50 orang, dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan proporsional sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan instrument angket motivasi belajar dan angket kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji statistika menggunakan uji-t. Analisisdatamenggunakanteknikkorelasidanregresi(sederhana & jamak).Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara Motivasi Belajar dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. The main purpose of companies that have gone public is to increase the prosperity of the owner or shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in LQ 45 companies. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression data analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study are: (1) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on company value (PBV). (2) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on the company value (PBV). (3) Capital structure (DER) significantly influences company value (PBV) significantly.
