Every monthly sales value in Stores Bombay Textile Indonesia in the year continued to increase in 2016, although in the sector that data showed sales decline. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of coordination effort, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously on marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia Store. The research method used in this research using explanotory reseach type or research form through associative research, survey method is data collection conducted on the object in the field by taking samples from a population by using questionnaires. The number of samples in the study amounted to 105 respondents. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially coordination efforts have a positive effect on marketing performance. Strategic integration positively affects marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously coordination efforts, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously affect the marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia

The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali makes the tendency of tourists to buy Balinese souvenirs, this will affect the sales of Balinese souvenirs which are a measure of the producers' marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation plays a significant role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This study was headed to ascertain the effect of market orientation towards the marketing  performance which mediated by innovation product. This research is conducted in Denpasar City, involving 30 respondents who are owners or managers of Pie Susu SMMEs. Determined by using the purposive sampling method. Data collection is conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques utilized in this research are the path analysis technique and Sobel test. Results of this research have shown evidence that product innovation is able to mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded with and product innovation capable of fully mediating the market influence on marketing.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product innovation, market orientation on marketing performance. The study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques are based on Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires are sent to 320 SMEs in Banten Province, where 300 responses are used. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance and market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and competitive advantage on marketing performance; test the effect entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation towards marketing performance are mediated by competitive advantage. The sample in this study was 132 owners from a population of 463 SMEs owners of Tempe chips. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a direct positive effect on marketing performance; market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; market orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; competitive advantage has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage; Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a partial mediating variable.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitive advantage on marketing performance; test the effect of product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation towards marketing performance through competitive advantage as a mediation variable. The sample in this study was 69 owners of small and medium industries bakery in Ponorogo Residence who had made innovations on their products. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. Data analysis techniques used the approach Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results found that product innovation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage, and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a partial mediating variable.

The growth of coffee consumption in the community has a negative impact on the increase in the amount of plastic waste from coffee drinks. This condition is the focus of Starbuck's attention to produce green product reusable Color changing cups. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in green product reusable color changing cups. The research method used is survey and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are Instagram followers @starbucksindonesia who use reusable color changing cups at the Sahid Sudirman Center. The results showed that Green Product had a positive effect on repurchase intention through green advertising. This research also shows that the innovation of reusable color changing cups as a green product launched by Starbucks, was received positively and in accordance with the needs of people who have started to care about environmentally friendly products. Starbucks consumers will reuse reusable color changing cups as containers or glasses when purchasing drinks.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.

This research discusses issues concerning with the performance of marketing of micro and small entrepreneurs at the South Tangerang - Banten. Data were collected from 65 respondents, and PLS-SEM was used as an analysis tool. The results show that creative product innovation, market orientation, and marketing strategies have a positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, business development also proved to have an effect on marketing performance. Implications and suggestions are described in this paper.
