This study aimed to determine the effect of achievement motivation and ability to think critically about result of learn mathematic at elementary school. The research was conducted in the elementary school fifth grade Beji 6, Depok, on June of the school year 2013/2014. The research method with a survey method using path analysis. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a direct effect between achievement motivation toward mathematic learning outcomes of 0,802, there is a direct influence of critical thinking on mathematic learning outcomes at 0,163 and there is  a direct influence between achlevement motivation on critical thingking at 0,588   Keywords : Achievement motivation, critical thinking. Mathematics, elementary school   studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek pencapaian motivasi dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar mathematika di sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah dasar kelas lima Beji 6 Depok, pada juni tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Metode penelitian menggunakan path analisis. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of supervision, work culture, trust, and attitudes to the performance of public elementary-school principal of West Jakarta city. To describe how much influence the effect of supervision, the culture, and trust to performance of elementary public principals of West Jakarta city. The research method used is the survey method with causal techniques. Whereas to analyze the existing or influence between one variable with another using variable path analysis. The population of West Jakarta city, and sampling procedure using the technique of sample random sampling as much as 80 principals were taken randomly. Results of the study found that the supervision of variable turned out to have effects directly to the performance; work culture also has effects directly to the performance, and trust has effects directly to the performance. Whereas trust variables prove to have direct influence from supervision and work culture. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the variations that occur on performance variables are supervision, work culture, and trust variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of classroom management and motivation of learners towards mathematics learning outcomes of students in class V SD Se-Gugus VIII Palangka Raya.The research was done in Primary Schools Se-Gugus VIII Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan in October in the school year 2014/2015 Semester I. This research sample class V SDN 6 Pahandut and SDS Muhammadiyah Pahandut by 45 respondents drawn by technique Cluster Sampling Area.This research method with survey method by using path analysis, which aims to examine: 1) the direct influence of the management class to the learning outcomes of students math class V SD Se-Gugus VIII Palangka Raya, 2) direct influence between motivation of learners to results students learn math class V SD Se-Gugus VIII Palangka Raya, and 3) direct influence of the management class to the motivation of learners. In this study, we can conclude that there is a direct influence of the management class for math learning outcomes of 0.324, there is a direct influence of motivation toward mathematics learning outcomes of 0.350, and there is a direct influence of the management class on motivation to learn at 0.496.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya proses pembelajaran dan perolehan hasil belajar yang tidak seimbang antara aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor di SD Negeri Cipedak 06 Pagi Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Subjek penelitian dilakukan di kelas V SD dengan jumlah siswa 32. Perbaikan di titik beratkan pada pemilihan model pembelajaran, agar model yang dipilih lebih mengutamakan keterlibatan siswa secara efektif di dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep yang dipelajarinya, model yang dimaksud adalah model penerapan matematika realistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri Cipedak 06 Pagi Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan; dilaksanakan 2 siklus 4 pertemuan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Aktivitas di luar jam pelajaran dari siklus I sampai siklus II semakin berkurang dan pembelajaran semakin efektif dan tentunya menyenangkan. Pada siklus I berhasil dengan baik ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan hasil tes dari hasil pre-test meningkat dalam post-test pada tindakan pertama dari 43,75% menjadi 71,88% terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 28,13 % dengan rata-rata sebesar 67,81. Sedangkan dalam tindakan kedua hasil Pre-Test dan Post-Test adalah 68,75% menjadi 75% dengan rata-rata 69,97. Hasil dari Siklus II tindakan pertama dalam pre-test dan post-test adalah dari 75% menjadi 81,75% dengan rata-rata 73,06. Hasil pre-test dan Post-test dari tindakan kedua adalah 84,38% menjadi 93,75% dengan rata-rata 77,94. Abstract (Enhancing Students’ Learning Outcomes through Realistic Mathematics Approach on Fractions)This research is motivated by the low learning process and audit of learning outcomes that are not balanced between cognitive, affective and psychomotor in aspects of Cipedak 06 Pagi Public Elementary School, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. The subject of the study was conducted in grade V elementary school with the number of students 32. Improvements in the selection of learning models, a model that prioritized students in understanding and applying the concepts they learned, a model that is a model of the application of realistic mathematics. The research method is a Design Activity. The subject of this research is SD Negeri Cipedak 06 Pagi, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta; implemented 2 cycles of 4 meetings in the even semester of 2017/2018 school year. Activities in the Learning cycle from cycle I to cycle II are reduced and effective. In the first cycle it worked well with the results of the pre-test results increased in the post-test on the first action from 43.75% to 71.88% an increase of 28.13% with an average of 67.81. Whereas in the second action the results of Pre-Test and Post-Test were 68.75% to 75% with an average of 69.97. The results of Cycle II first action in the pre-test and post-test were from 75% to 81.75% with an average of 73.06. The results of the pre-test and Post-test from the second action were 84.38% to 93.75% with an average of 77.94.

<em>The purpose of this study in particular was to improve science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of Elementary School 1 Besani, Leksono District, Wonosobo Regency in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year, through the application of the TPACK approach. "This research was carried out for 3 cycles. By looking at the pre-cycle data, the data from the results of the first, second and third cycle assessments, there was an increase in learning outcomes and completeness in each cycle. The percentage of completeness of students which was only 43% in the initial conditions, increased to 71.4% in cycle I, 85,7% in cycle II and 92,8% in cycle III. From the increase in the value of these students it can be said that the learning outcomes of students have increased. So the authors can draw the conclusion that through the application of the TPACK approach can improve science learning outcomes Animal Classification Material by Type of Food in class V Elementary School 1 Besani, Leksono District, Wonosobo Regency in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year.</em>

This research aims to describe the application of pianika musical instruments to the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Elementary School 35 Bengkulu City. This type of research is qualitative research. The research method is descriptive. The research instrument uses observation sheets carried out in the class by describing the results of observations. Besides observation there are also unstructured interviews and documentation. The sample in this study were students of Grade V-A Elementary School 35 Bengkulu City, which was one local or one class through the learning outcomes obtained from both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Where the presentation of data uses data analysis techniques that include: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. From this research, it was found that the application of pianika musical instruments was very effective in learning Arts and Skills. Of the 30 students, 12 people got good learning outcomes. Where the 12 students understood the pianika playing technique. How to play pianika include how to hold; How to Blow; Runaway; and the Tone / Solmization Region. Furthermore, this study looked at how students play pianika in accordance with the techniques taught, so that the results obtained from 30 people who became the object of this research netted 12 students with grades in the range 12-16. Students who reached this value limit can be said to succeed in 12 people and students who scored below that standard still did not succeed at 18 people.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying Problem Based Learning model and achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with two-variant analysis techniques. This type of research is experimental research. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students fo SDN Jemundo 1, totaling 25 students as the experimental group and the fifth grade students of SDN Sadang, totaling 24 students as the control group in the 2020/2021 school year. The results of this study are (1) there is an effect of applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) model (mean of 81.24) and conventional learning (mean of 79.20) on the Mathematics subject of fifth grade students of SDN Taman sub-district Sidoarjo where PBL model is more effective with a significance value of 0.000. (2) there is an influence of achievement motivation on learning outcomes where students with high achievement motivation (mean value 81.46) are superior to students with low achievement motivation (mean value 78.63) with a significance value of 0.001. (3) there is an interaction between the application of PBL model and achievement motivation on learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.001. Thus, problem based learning model and achievement motivation can effect student leaning outcomes in mathematics.  Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, Achievement Motivation, Outcome of Learning

This study aimed to determine the effect of blended learning model with telegram application on students’ critical thinking skills and learning outcomes for social studies subjects at fifth grade of SDN Semambung Sidoarjo. The blended learning model with the telegram application was carried out online and offline; this also became a solution due to the covid-19 pandemic so that the learning process could still be carried out. This research was an experimental research with a pretest post test control group design. The subject of this research was the fifth grade students of SDN Semambung Sidoarjo. Data were collected through critical thinking ability test and learning outcomes tests. Furthermore, the data were tested by using validity and reliability tests, while the learning tools were tested by expert validation. Data analysis test was conducted through normality test and homogeneity test. The analytical technique used was t test. The results of this study indicated that (1) there was an effect of blended learning model with telegram application on the students’ critical thinking skills at fifth grade elementary school in social studies subject; (2) there was an effect of blended learning model with telegram application on the students’ learning outcomes at the fifth grade elementary school in social studies subject. For teachers who faced problems in implementing online learning accompanied by low critical thinking skills and students’ learning outcomes, it was recommended to use a blended learning model with telegram application.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is science learning outcomes on a simple plane Ngawen Elementary School fifth grade, Sub Cluwak, Pati regency. In the second semester of the school year 2014/2015 This research is a classroom action research (PTK) to solve the problem of whether the experiment (PAKEM) can improve student learning outcomes. PTK lasted until 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of (1) planning or planning, (2) the act or acting, (3) observation or observing, and (4) reflection or reflecting. The fourth relationship was regarded as one cycle. Collection and use of technical documentation, observation and testing, data collection tools in the form of the document journal learning, observation sheet and test items. Data analysis using descriptiveKomperatif by comparing the baseline of the first cycle data and the data of the second cycle followed by reflection. Results of a study of 25 students learning standards set minimum completeness 75, meaning students who have achieved a grade of 75 otherwise been completed. Furthermore, students who achieve a value of less than 75 otherwise unresolved in learning and need to get improvements in learning. From the research results at the end of the lesson formative tests turned out of 25 students who achieve grades above completeness only 9 students, if diprosentase students who otherwise completed only 35%. So unresolved classically reaches 65%. The conclusion of this experimental study (PAKEM) can improve the quality of student learning outcomes to the material plane Simple Ngawen Elementary School fifth grade, Sub Cluwak, Pati regency, through the medium of learning and teaching aids that characterized the student environment.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes of social science about natural appearance in class V of the Ampreng State Primary School. This study uses a class action research method by Kemmis and Taggart which consists of four stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, Reflection and carried out two cycles. Learning outcomes in cycle I, 64.37% and cycle II, 92.5%. The conclusion is that by applying the Talking Stick learning model to social studies subjects can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Ampreng State Elementary School

The scope of learning material for social sciences (IPS) at Elementary School is very wide, while the time available is very limited. This has been an obstacle for elementary school teachers in achieving the learning objectives. This study aimed to determine whether the application of Mind Mapping learning model on the activities of students learning and the mastery of students learning of IPS. This action research was conducted with three cycles involving 30 students of the fifth grade of elementary school in Kabupaten Kudus. The findings were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative study. The data were collected by using a questionnaires, observation sheets, pretest, and posttest. The results showed that the Learning Model of Mind Mapping can improve the students activity. This indicated an increase in the average score of the class activity to 48.2% in the first cycle, to 56.1% in the second cycle, and to 62.2% in cycle III. The average of the student learning outcomes for IPS also increased from 64 in the first cycle, to 67 in the second cycle, and to 75 in cycles III.   Materi IPS di Sekolah Dasar memiliki cakupan materi yang sangat luas, sedangkan waktu yang tersedia sangat terbatas. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktifitas siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas 3 siklus dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas V SD Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan angket, lembar observasi, pre-tes dan posttes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktifitas siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata aktifitas kelas yaitu dari 48,2% pada siklus I, 56,1% pada siklus II, dan 62,2% pada siklus yang ke III. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPS juga meningkat dari 64 pada siklus I, menjadi 67 pada siklus II, dan 75 pada siklus ke III.
