The purpose of this research is to examine the positive effects of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance through Pamulang University’s job satisfaction. Researchers used the quantitative research method in this study. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed through surveys. Proportional random sampling was used, earning 135 samples, and partial least squares (PLS) were used for statistical analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate have an impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects the performance of lecturers. Leadership style, work environment, and organizational atmosphere will also affect the performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance. This research is expected to be a recommendation for Pamulang University on how to improve lecturer performance which can be tried by improving leadership style, work environment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction.

This research aims to: (1) tested the influence of the discipline of work partially on performance of employees; (2) to test the influence of partially working environment on performance of employees; (3) test the influence of the discipline of work and work environment on performance of employees simultaneously.This research was conducted on the PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan. There are 71 respondents that have been selected as the sample slovin formula and using the technique of random sampling. Research method using the methods of survey and the type of quantitative research. While the nature of this research including research eksplanatory. Data retrieval method using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS program Version 24.The results showed that the discipline of work (X1) has a partial influence on performance of employees at PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan, the working environment (X2) has a partial influence on performance of employees on PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan, and discipline work (X1) and the work environment (X2) features simultaneously influence on performance of employees at PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan. From the results of the determination coefficient (R2) of 73% change in the performance of the employees of PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan affected by variable discipline of work and work environment. While the rest of IE 27% affected other factors. Keywords: discipline work, the work environment, performance.

Educational institutes in Pakistan have become progressively successful. In the last few decadesPakistan is facing tremendous challenges particularly in education and due to insufficient and ineffectivepublic education system. However, there is need to plan and strategize upcoming challenges bases oneducation machinery workforce placement, capability and capacity. This study is aiming to examine therelationship between, job security, governance, and teacher’s job satisfaction. In addition this study is alsoinvestigating the moderating effect of leadership style between job security and governance. This study hasused SMART-PLS structural equation modeling to analyze the data using quantitative research method. Thisstudy has used quantitative research method using stratified sampling technique. This study had used 266completed and usable questionnaires collected from teacher of the institutions in Sothern Punjab- Pakistan.The findings have indicated a significant relationship between job security, governance and job satisfaction ateducational institution level. In addition it was also reveals that leadership style has no significant influencebetween job security, governance and teacher’s job satisfaction. The influence of these factors calls for thefurther research. There is also need to carry out a similar but comparative study in rural settings.

This Study aimed to examine and analyze the interact Leadership Style and Work Stress of employees job satisfaction in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar. Data collecting by using primary data obtained from the result questionnaires spread. Population in this study is all the employees in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar amount 110 employees remain, samples stipulation using stratified random sampling by using Slovin formulation technic on 10% precision so that obtainable 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technic with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The result of this study prove that Leadership Style indicated by leader take positive effects and significant to Employess job satisfaction, while on testing the influence of work stress to job satisfaction found that work stress of employees is low but it is not giving the real effect to increase employees job satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (b) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, (c) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei yang dilakukan terhadap 63 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data ialah statistik dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, yakni sebesar 14,54 %. (2) Terdapat pengaruh faktor budaya organisasi, yakni budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 24,68 persen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh faktor lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, yakni sebesar 13,88 persen. Hasil analisis dari nilai koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi faktor motivasi guru, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 70,4 %, sementara sisanya (nilai residu) dari peran variabel yang tidak diteliti sebesar 29,6%. Nilai residu tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel kinerja guru, seperti iklim organisasi, fasilitas kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan.AbstractThis study aims to determine (a) the influence of motivation on teacher performance, (b) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, (c) the effect of work environment on teacher performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with a survey conducted on 63 teachers. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The method of data analysis used is statistics with a path analysis approach. The results showed that (1) there is an influence of teacher work motivation factors on teacher performance, which is equal to 14.54%. (2) There is an influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on teacher performance, amounting to 24.68 percent. (3) There is an influence of work environment factors on teacher performance. (4) There is an influence of job satisfaction factors on performance, which is equal to 13.88 percent. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of teacher motivation factors, organizational culture and work environment, and job satisfaction to teacher performance is 70.4%, while the rest (residual value) from the role of the variables not studied was 29.6%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can influence teacher performance variables, such as organizational climate, work facilities, education, and training.

Abstract: The staff’s professionalism is assumed to be affected by the variation their career Development, organizational climate and their job satisfaction. The aim of the experimental study reported here was to test the hypothesis. The causal study was conducted in Makassar State University, from June to October 2009, involving a sample of 120, which had been selected from the overall 566 staff members of the university, by using the simple random sampling technique. Data of each variabel were collected through a survey and analysed descriptively and inferentially through the path analysis. Results show direct and positive effects of career development and organisational climate, respectively, on their job satisfaction. Result alto show indirect effects of the staff’s career development on the professionalism through job satisfaction, and of organizational climate on the staff’s career development, job satisfaction, and their perception of the organizational climate in the strategis Plan of Makassar State University to improve profesional human resource.       Abstrak: Keprofesioanalan staf diasumsikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh variasi pengembangan karier mereka, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja merak. Tujuan dari penelitian eksperimen ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Makassar, dari bulan Juni hingga Oktober 2009, yang melibatkan 120 sampel, yang dipilih dari 566 anggota staf Universitas, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dari masing-masing variabel dikumpulkan melalyi survey dan analisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial melalui path analysis.  Hasil menunjukkan secara langsung dan positif pengaruh dari pengembangan karier dan iklim organisasi pada pengembangan karier staf, kepuasan kerja, dan persepsi mereka terhadap iklim organisasi dalam rencana strategis dai Universutitas Negeri Makassar untuk meningkatkan sumber manusia yang profesional.

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

People do many things to reach effective life and stay away from trouble. One of indicators which disturb life is worrying too much about something irrational such as phobia. Phobia can be omitted by systematic desensitization  technique. Systematic desensitization  technique is one of techniques for counseling to reduce scary emotional response or something worrying through activities which are contrary to those responses. This research aims to (1) description phobia condition before treatment (pretest) and after treatment (posttest), (2) examine effectively systematic desensitization technique to reduce phobia of students.This research uses quantitative research method, type of this research is a kind of quasi experiment. This design uses pretest posttest one group design, there is an experiment group over here. Technique for collecting subject is non random sampling, selection for subjects based on certain considerations and adjusted to research purposes, there are 8 students of Tarbiyah and Education Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang suffering phobia. Instrument used is questionnaire with 0,851 of total validity and 0,923 of reliability. Data is analyzed using wilcoxon statistic test.Discovery of this research shows that: (1) systematic desensitization technique effectively heals phobia of students, (2) there are differences between pretest and posttest phobia condition.

This study aims to analyze and prove the Influence Career Development, Work Environment, Compensation and it’s implication on job satisfaction of permanent lecturer of maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with 253 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), consisting of career development, work environment and compensation as exogenous variables, job satisfaction as an endogenous variable. Based on the partially and simultaneous research that Career development, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a contribution (R2) of 92 %. Work environment has the most dominantt effect on the job satisfaction of lecturers at maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta.
