The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership styles on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the influence of the principal's paternalistic leadership style (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) at SDIT AR Rohmaniyah Kec. Tanah Sareal Bogor City which has been carried out by researchers, from the results of the answers to a questionnaire that has been distributed to 44 respondents using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it is concluded that there is a positive but insignificant effect between the principal's paternalistic leadership style on satisfaction teacher work.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to examine the positive effects of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance through Pamulang University’s job satisfaction. Researchers used the quantitative research method in this study. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed through surveys. Proportional random sampling was used, earning 135 samples, and partial least squares (PLS) were used for statistical analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate have an impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects the performance of lecturers. Leadership style, work environment, and organizational atmosphere will also affect the performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance. This research is expected to be a recommendation for Pamulang University on how to improve lecturer performance which can be tried by improving leadership style, work environment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, budget participation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. There are results of previous studies that are inconsistencies regarding the effect of budget participation on performance so motivating in conducting this research. The research method uses a quantitative method, an analytical tool that is SmartPLS Version 3.0. The population of this study is all universities in Lebak Regency, the sample method uses saturated samples. The results of the study show that communication and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational performance. Then, motivation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a significant influence. Whereas, motivation and budget participation do not have a significant effect on organizational performance and budget participation on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable that does not have a significant effect. Keywords: job satisfaction; organizational performance; communication; motivation; budget participation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh  motivasi, partisipasi anggaran dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang inkonsistensi mengenai pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja sehingga memotivasi dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif,  alat analisis yaitu perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perguruan tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak, metode sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kemudian, motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan, motivasi dan partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja; kinerja organisasi; komunikasi;  motivasi; partisipasi anggaran.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of leadership style on the performance of PT Jaya Inter Supra employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data, which researchers collect from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample are all employees of PT Jaya Inter Supra, as many as 70 respondents. The results showed leadership style has a strong relationship with employee performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient r = 0.646, and the contribution of leadership style influence on employee performance with a coefficient of determination r2 of 41.73% while the remaining 48.27 is influenced by other factors outside research conducted. Significance test results obtained from the results of tcount> ttable is 6.972> 3.448 so it can be concluded that the leadership style (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y.) Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja PT Jaya Inter Supra. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Jaya Inter Supra yang berjumlah 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpina mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi r= 0,646. Hal ini mengacu pada tabel 4.16 bahwa nilai korelasi antara (0,60-0,799) dinyatakan kuat. Sedangkan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 41,73% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 41,73%) = 58,27 dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji signifikan didapat dari hasil > yaitu 6,972 > 3,448 yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya gaya kepemimpinan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y).

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) organizational climate influence to lec­turer productivity; (2) satisfaction influence work to lecturer productivity; (3) interest influence to lecturer productivity; (4) motivation influence to lecturer productivity; and (5) influence by simultaneous between organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to lecturer productivity. Research Method used is quantitative method by causal design. This research popu­lation is all lecturers remain at Veteran Bangun Nusantara University of Sukoharjo a number of1 09 people. Research sample counted 86 one who is taken by using formula from Slovin, and to each faculty taken by proportional. Data collecting technique uses the questioner. The data are analyzed by Double Regress. The result indicates that: (1) organizational climate gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence gives a organizational climate to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,505X1; (2) work satisfaction gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is a work satisfaction to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,425X2; (3) interest gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is given by interest to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,594X3; (4) motivation positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is given by motivation to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress = 5,105 + 0,479X4; (5) there is simultaneous in organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to have an effect on lecturer productivity. This matter is proved from result F test, got F calculated 124,802 with the level significance 0,000. Level of influence by simultaneous are organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to have an effect on to lecturer productivity is equal to 86%, the rest that is 14% representing incoming influence from other factor.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, and Profitability on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. This study uses a quantitative method with a desciptive type. The population of this study is the Consumer Goods Sector that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period, as many as 50 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained a research sample of 60 samples from 15 sectors of consumer goods multiplied by 4 years. This research method uses multiple linear regression. The coefficient test results obtained from the Adjusted R Square value are 3.7%, which means that the variation in the Firm Value variable described by the independent variable is 96.3%. The research results simultaneously show that liquidity, leverage, activity, and profitability have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, partially it shows that liquidity, leverage, and profitability have no and insignificant effect on firm value, but for the activity variable has a significant effect on firm value.
