ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet bola tangan SOIna pada S.O. World Games Abu Dhabi 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dalam mendapatkan data hasil tes fisik atlet bola tangan special olympics indonesia pada special olympics word games abu dhabi 2019 dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 orang atlet nasional. Variable penelitian ini adalah kondisi fisik atlet bola tangan special olympics indonesia pada special olympics word games abu dhabi 2019 data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Instrumen yang berupa 5 tes kondisi fisik yaitu daya tahan, kecepatan, kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan, kekuatan otot perut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil tes komponen biomotorik fleksibilitas dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 45,45% sedangkan komponen biomotorik daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu dalam kategori cukup dan kurang baik sebanyak 36,36%. Hasil tes komponen biomotorik daya tahan otot perut dalam kategori tidak baik sebanyak 90,91% sedangkan komponen biomotorik kecepatan dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 63,33%. Sedangkan komponen biomotorik daya tahan aerobic (VO2Max) dalam kategori tidak baik sebanyak 72,73%. Kata kunci: Bola Tangan, SOIna, Biomotor ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the physical condition of SOIna handball athletes in S.O. World Games Abu Dhabi 2019. The method used in this study is a descriptive method in obtaining data on the physical test results of the Indonesian special olympics handball athletes in the 2019 ash dhabi special olympics word games and the sample of this study was 12 national athletes. The variable of this study is the physical condition of Indonesian Olympic Special handball athletes in the 2019 Abu Dhabi Word Games special data collected using instruments in the form of 5 physical condition tests namely endurance, speed, arm muscle strength, flexibility, abdominal muscle strength. The results showed that the results of the biomotoric component of flexibility in the category of quite as much as 45.45% while the biomotor component of endurance of the arm and shoulder muscles in the category of adequate and unfavorable as much as 36.36%. The results of the biomotor component test of endurance of the abdominal muscles in the category of not as good as 90.91% while the speed of the biomotoric component in the category was 63.33%. While the biomotor component of aerobic endurance (VO2Max) in the bad category was 72.73%.  Keywords: Handball, SOIna, Biomotor

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe the physical condition differences between female athletes indoor hockey of East Java Team and National Team. Data sampling is taken from 12 female athletes indoor hockey of PON 2016 with age range 17-28 years old and 12 athletes of indoor hockey of Indonesia’s National Team at SEA Games 2017 with age range 19-28 years old for comparison. Physical condition that measured is VO2max to represent endurance, abdominal muscle strength, speed and flexibility. Obtained data is then analyzed using SPSS. VO2max of East Java Team is (39.54±4.18) ml/kg/minute and for National Team is (43.43±7.59) ml/kg/minute (ρ=0.14).  For abdominal muscle strength, East Java Team has (41.50±7.01) kg and National Team has (51.83±3.32) kg (ρ=0.00). For Speed, East Java Team has (3.59±0.30) second and National Team has (3.94±0.38) second (ρ=0.51). For Flexibility, East Java Team has (23.75±5.10) cm and National Team has (29.50±4.91) cm (ρ=0.01). From these data we can conclude that East Java Team physical condition is under National Team and it has significant differences at flexibility and abdominal muscle strength. Furthermore, optimal interventions are needed to improve both of those physical conditions.Keywords: hockey, endurance, flexibility, strength, speed

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leg mucle power, stomach muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle’s coordination on side kick’s speed in perguruan pencak silat kembang setaman wonosobo year 2020. This study is a corelation researcher, it needs one meeting to collect the data. The subject of this research is 14 athletes of Kembang Setaman Wonosobo. Source of data of this research is from the athletes and the researcher. Methods of collecting data that the researcher uses are test and observation. The researcher uses SPSS to test the data. Method of data analysis that the researcher chooses is descriptive quantitative. The study used 5 variables, namely variable x with leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle coordination and variable Y with side kick speed / T. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be explained that (1) leg muscle power has a significant relationship to the side kick speed / right T indicated by the sig value. 0.008 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 50.5% for the right leg and a sig. 0.004 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 4.1% for the left leg and a relationship between leg muscle power and the left side kick speed / T indicated by the sig value. 0.003 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2.7% for the right leg and a sig value. 0.000 &lt;0.05, the contribution value is 66.7% for the left leg (2) the strength of the abdominal muscles is indicated by the value of sig. 0.012 and 0.047 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2% and 2.1% (3) body flexibility has no significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.541 and 0.073&gt; 0.005 (4) eye-foot coordination does not have a significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.374 and0.472&gt; 0.05. From the value of the contribution above, the contribution value is the leg muscle power compared to the abdominal muscle strength from the total value of the contribution, namely 55.6% for the side kick speed / T right and 71,1% for the contibution value for the side kick speed / T left. Based on the data above, it can be concluded from this study that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength to side kick speed / T in the Kembang Setaman Wonosobo martial arts college in 2020 and there is no relationship between body flexibility and ankle coordination on side kick speed / T in Setaman Wonosobo Kembang Silat College 2020.</em></p>

Background: Badminton is one of the most popular sports in the world, including in Indonesia. Badminton has been around since the 1930s. The strength of the abdominal muscles contributes to a full smash during hitting. Explosive power is an important biometric ability in sports activities, because the explosive power will determine how hard people can hit, kick, jump, run and so on. Jump height is a component of physical fitness to measure leg muscle power. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle explosive power, jump height and the result of a full smash in badminton athletes. Methods: This is a correlational research with cross-sectional approach. This research in the Badminton Field of SMK N 2 Manado in November 2020, using an analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The population is all PB athletes in Manado. The research instrument used was for abdominal muscle strength (sit-ups), for the explosive power of the arm muscles (two hand medicine ball put test), for the height of the jump (vertical jump test), the results of the smash. Data analysis used two stages, namely univariate and bivariate. Results: The results showed that the most distributed respondents based on male sex (62%), the average value of abdominal muscle strength (25.72), the average value of arm muscle explosive power (1.52), the average value – the average jump height (2), and the average value of the smash results (16.44). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between abdominal muscle strength (rcount = 0.211 < rtable= 0.273), arm muscle explosive power (rcount = 0.020) < rtable = 0.273), and jump height (rcount = -0.008 < rtable = 0.273) with a smash hit. Conclusion: That can be conclude there is no correlation between abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle explosive power, and jump height with the results of smash hits.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the relation between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy. This research uses a quantitative correlative approach, which explains the relation between variables by analyzing numerical data (numbers) using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. The test instruments are leg and back dynamometer test, sit-up test and goal target test. The data was tested by using the normality test and correlation test. The data obtained were analyzed using the application SPSS 16. The results of this research there is a significance value between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0,000 with a significance value <0.05 so there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength shooting accuracy with Pearson correlation value of leg muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0.887 with the percentage of 88% and the value of abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0.850 with the percentage of 85%, while the relation of leg muscle strength and abdominal muscles to shooting accuracy is 1 with the percentage of 100% and has perfect correlation category. If have good leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength, shooting accuracy will get better too.Keywords: leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, shooting accuracy AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui ada/tidaknya hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yang bersifat korelatif kuantitatif, yakni menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel dengan cara menganalisis data numerik (angka) menggunakan metode statistik melalui uji hipotesa. Instrumen tes yaitu tes leg and back dynamometer, tes sit up dan tes gawang bertarget. Data di uji menggunakan uji normalitas dan di uji korelasi. Data di analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat  nilai signifikansi antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai signifikansi  <0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting dengan nilai pearson correlation kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,887 dengan persentase 88% dan nilai kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,850 dengan persentase 85%, sedangkan hubungan kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 1 dengan persentase 100% dan memiliki katagori korelasi sempurna. Dengan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut yang baik maka akurasi shooting akan semakin baik pula.Kata kunci: kekuatan otot tungkai, kekuatan otot perut, akurasi shooting

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of muaythai athletes at the training center of Malang Regency. Using a quantitative descriptive design. The instrument in this study used a physical condition skill test. The type of test used was a test of strength, muscle explosive power, speed, and vo2max endurance. The results of the research on the physical condition of Muaythai athletes in the training center of Malang Regency: (1) Abdominal Muscle Strength in the male category on average 50% less, while the female category is average 62% (2) Arm muscle strength in the male category is 57% less while the category female on average 100% less (3) Explosive Power of leg muscles in the male category on average 33% less while the female category is average 17% (4) the 30 sprint category for the male category is average 67% while the female category is average moderate 67% (5) The average vo2max endurance of the boys was 33% less, while the female category was 17% on average.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pada atlet muaythai pusat pelatihan Kabupaten Malang. Mengunakan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini mengunakan tes keterampilan kondisi fisik, Jenis tes yang digunakan tes kekuatan, daya ledak otot, kecepatan, dan daya tahan vo2max. Hasil penelitian kondisi fisik atlet Muaythai pusat pelatihan Kabupaten Malang: (1) Kekuatan Otot Perut kategori putra rata-rata 50% kurang sedangkan kategori putri rata-rata sedang 62% (2) Kekuatan Otot Lengan kategori putra rata-rata 57% kurang sedangkan kategori putri rata-rata kurang 100% (3) Daya Ledak Otot tungkai kategori putra rata-rata 33% kurang sedangkan kategori putri rata-rata sedang 17% (4) sprint 30 kategori putra rata-rata sedang 67% sedangkan kategori putri rata-rata sedang 67% (5) Daya tahan vo2max putra rata-rata 33% kurang sedangkan kategori putri rata-rata sedang 17%.

ABSTRACT               Abdominal muscle strength decreasing could happen in women who has been giving birth. Zumba exercise is a modification of aerobic exercise with latin music and dance that could be used for muscle strengthening exercise. The purpose of the experiment is for knowing the effect of zumba exercise to increase the abdominal muscles strength in women who has been giving birth. The research is a pre-experimental with a pre-test and post-test one group design. The research has been done in North Sanglah Village with total of 18 samples that was chosen by the Curl Up test score and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analyzed using Saphiro Wilk test and  Wilcoxon Test. The results shown there are significant increasing of abdominal muscles strength after given the zumba exercise, p=0,000 (p<0,05). Zumba exercise could increase the abdominal muscles strength in samples with a 26,7% increasing percentage.   Keywords: zumba exercise, abdominal mucles strength decreasing.
