ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inside pass tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada Liga Mahasiswa Basketball Nationals 2019. Metode dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode deskriptif  dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi atau survei, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tim bola basket putri yang bertanding pada Liga Mahasiswa Basketball Nationals 2019 dan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu total sampling yaitu seluruh pemain putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang bertanding pada liga Mahasiswa Basketball Nationals yang berjumlah 12 orang. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis Peneliti Inside Pass yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Negeri Jakarta inside pass yang dilakukan tim bola basket UNJ selama mengikuti Liga Mahasiswa Basketball Nationals 2019  sudah baik bagaimana  Inside Pass Ini tujuannya mengarahakan bola ke area circle lawan dan berusaha mencetak point dari jarak yang lebih dekat dengan ring tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 69% dan kegagalan 31% dan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh peluang untuk finishing rata-rata mecapai 71 kali atau 42%, Hasil analisis ini bisa dijadikan salah satu strategi oleh UNJ dalam membuat system penyerangan yang mengutamakan Inside Pass.  Kata Kunci : Analisis,keberhasilan dan kegagalan, Inside Pass.  ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine how inside pass of the girl basketball team at University of Jakarta in the Basketball Nationals Student League 2019. The method in this study was included in the descriptive method with observation or survey data collection techniques. The population in this study were all girl basketball teams that competed in the Basketball Nation Student League 2019 and the sample used was total sampling, namely all girl players Universiyty of Jakarta who competed in the Basketball Nationals Student League, amounting to 12 people.Based on the results of the analysis of Inside Pass Researchers conducted by University of Jakarta while participating in the Basketball Nationals Student League 2019, it is good how Inside Pass aims to direct the ball at the opponent's circle area and try to score points from a distance that is closer to the ring, the success rate reaches 69% and 31% failure and based on the data obtained the opportunity for finishing on average reaches 71 times or 42% . The results of this analysis can be used as a strategy by University of Jakarta in creating an attack system that prioritizes Inside Pass.  Keywords : Analysis, success and failure, Inside Pass.

This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community's caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with data collection technique through documentation study, observation and interview. Because the research is qualitative, the data collected is then analyzed by selecting and classifying the data in order to facilitate the conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program, kegiatan, pelaksanaan, peran dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu di Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah yang bermarkas di Masjid Al- Lathiif Jalan Saninten No. 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan memilih dan mengklasifikasikan data tersebut supaya mempermudah dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah sangat berperan dalam menyemangati keagamaan para pemuda, terutama pengajarkan dalam hal keagamaan yang sifatnya mampu menjadikan sorang insan yang benar-benar bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah SWT.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase keberhasilan dan kegagalan screen offense tim basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada Liga Mahasiswa Basketball Prim-A Greater Jakarta Conference 2019. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data video yang sudah ada. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada Liga Mahasiswa Basketball Prim-A Greater Jakarta Conference 2019, sebanyak 12 orang. dan penelitian tersebut digunakan teknik total sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian yaitu karena pada saat bertanding semua pemain melakukan screen offense maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil dari analisis screen offense pada video pertandingan Universitas Negeri Jakarta melawan Universitas Tarumanegara diperoleh 15 kali berhasil dan 7 kali gagal, pertandingan Universitas Negeri Jakarta melawan Universitas Esa Unggul 11 kali berhasil dan 13 kali gagal, pertandingan Universitas Negeri Jakarta melawan Universitas President 28 kali berhasil  dan 14 kali gagal, pertandingan Universitas Negeri Jakarta melawan Universitas Pelita Harapan 25 kali berhasil dan 29 kali gagal dan pertandingan Universitas Negeri Jakarta melawan Perbanas Institute 20 kali berhasil dan 6 kali gagal, diketahui data dari 5 pertandingan diperoleh 99 kali screen offense berhasil yang menghasilkan persentase 59% keberhasilan dan 69 kali screen offense gagal yang menghasilkan 41% kegagalan. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Keberhasilan dan Kegagalan, Screen Offense  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the percentage of successes and failures of screen offense girl basketball team University of Jakarta in the League of Basketball Students Prim-A Greater Jakarta Conference 2019. This research method used descriptive method with existing video data collection techniques. The population in this study were all players of girl basketball team University of Jakarta in the League of Basketball Students Prim-A Greater Jakarta Conference 2019 , as many as 12 people. The study used a total sampling technique to obtain research samples because when competing all players did screen offense, the samples in this study were all girl basketball players at University of Jakarta. The results of the screen offense analysis on the video of the University of Jakarta competed against University of Tarumanegara obtained 15 times succeeded and 7 times failed, University of  Jakarta  competed against University of Esa Unggul 11 times succeeded and 13 times failed, University of Jakarta competed against University of President 28 times succeeded and 14 times failed, University of Jakarta competed against University of Pelita Harapan  25 times succeeded and 29 times failed and University of Jakarta competed against Perbanas Institute 20 times succeeded and 6 times failed, known data from 5 matches obtained 99 times screen offense successfully, which resulted in a percentage of 59% success and 69 times screen offense failed which resulted in 41% failure.  Keywords: Analysis, Success and Failure, Screen Offense

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

Social movement is an effort to provide benefits to others. However, within the context of cultivating the character, research on social movement through socio-drama based on local wisdom is very limited. This study aims to examine the increasing character of nationalism through social movements in the form of socio-drama. Research subjects were elementary and secondary students residing in rural area. This research used qualitative and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were documentations, observations, and interviews. The results showed that the increased character of nationalism only arise when playing socio-drama only, they would return to the previous character. Cultivating the character values need a long time, so the change of character did not necessarily happen.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

Balinese language is one of the regional languages in Indonesia that has a unique talk system, it is still alive and used as an instrument of communication of Balinese tribe so that it should be well maintained in order to still exist as a cultural vehicle of Bali. The Balinese language has anggah-ungguh kruna (level-word) that an important role in the formation of speech-level or anggah-ungguh basa Bali. This paper aims to describe the identification anggah-ungguh kruna (word level arrangement) which is the specific feature of speaking Balinese. This research is a qualitative research discuss with structuralism theory. Data collection was done by observation and interview method, assisted by recording technique. The collected data is processed by analytical descriptive method. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be described that anggah-ungguh kruna basa Bali include: (1) kruna nenten alus (kruna kasar, mider, and andap); (2) kruna alus, include: (kruna alus singgih, alus sor, alus mider, and alus madia).

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.
