This study used a quantitative method with 236 respondents and processed by the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial inclusion have a significant effect on retirement planning, means that the higher financial literacy and financial inclusion of a person, the better their retirement planning. In addition, the results of the study showed that respondents were dominated by moderate financial literacy levels with a percentage of 55.08%, moderate financial inclusion levels with a percentage of 57.20% and high retirement planning levels with presentations of 52.54% of the total respondents. Researchers also conduct additional research by choosing one of the demographic factors, which is monthly income. A problem arising from the distribution of defrayal is often caused by a delay in repayment of financing that could interfere in liquidity and profitability of financial institution. One of BMTs that has good achievement in Semarang is BMT Taruna Sejahtera with a percentage of the value of arrears of the last few years has decreased. This achievement needs to be maintained and improved until the problems can be solved. This research was conducted at BMT Taruna Sejahtera starting from February to August 2014 using a purposive sample of 85 debtors. All the factors which are supposed to influence the rate of return on the financing were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. As the response variable in the analysis, that is the level of the smoothness in returning defrayal (Y) in which the predictor variables are the personal characteristics consisting of the level of education and age. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the factors that affect the rate of return is the value of the loan financing, business turnover, and level of education. It means the higher the value of the loan, the business turnover and debtor’s education level, the greater the chances of returning of murabaha defrayal

This study aims to describe the empowerment of farmers in intercropping technology implementation, analyze the empowerment of farmers in the application of intercropping technology, and develop counseling strategies to increase the empowerment of farmers in the application of intercropping technology. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, using multiple linear regression and determining extension strategies to increase farmer empowerment using SWOT analysis. The results showed that most farmers were of productive age (15-64 years old) with the dominant level of education in the low category (elementary / junior high) have monthly income (<Rp 4,000,000) but have experience in farming with the experienced category (11- 16 years old). Factors that affect the empowerment of farmers in intercropping technology implementation are the level of education, farming experience, the intensity of empowerment, and information availability while the factors that have no effect such as age, income level, and social physical environment. The strategy used to improve empowerment uses SWOT analysis so that the strategies. The need to do is increase innovations adoption in terms of the benefits of intercropping technology that can stabilize the harvest price accumulation. Information literacy can utilize demographic bonuses in the form of many productive ages through online e-marketing. It aligns the development of information with the synergy of cooperation between competing factors related to maximizing the potential of farm products in the field.

Abstract Aim Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) is one of the most used tests for the screening of global cognition in patients with neurological and medical disorders. Norms for the Italian version of the test were published in the 90 s; more recent norms were published in 2020 for Southern Italy only. In the present study, we computed novel adjustment coefficients, equivalent scores and cut-off value for Northern Italy (Lombardia and Veneto) and Italian speaking Switzerland. Methods We recruited 361 healthy young and old (range: 20–95 years) individuals of both sexes (men: 156, women: 205) and from different educational levels (range: 4–22 years). Neuropsychiatric disorders and severe medical conditions were excluded with a questionnaire and cognitive deficits and were ruled out with standardized neuropsychological tests assessing the main cognitive domains. We used a slightly modified version of MMSE: the word ‘fiore’ was replaced with ‘pane’ in verbal recalls to reduce the common interference error ‘casa, cane, gatto’. The effect of socio-demographic features on performance at MMSE was assessed via multiple linear regression, with test raw score as dependent variable and sex, logarithm of 101—age and square root of schooling as predictors. Results Mean raw MMSE score was 28.8 ± 1.7 (range: 23–30). Multiple linear regression showed a significant effect of all socio-demographic variables and reported a value of R2 = 0.26. The new cut off was ≥ 26 /30. Conclusion We provide here updated norms for a putatively more accurate version of Italian MMSE, produced in a Northern population but potentially valid all over Italy.
