The purpose of this research is: Analyzing and describing the impact of the application of ash-Shafi'i method in the learning of Tahsin Al-Quran in Mushallah Ahsanul Qolbu Housing Griya Sehati Terongtawah by making students more independent, more active and not boring in the learning process, the methods given in this book use the pattern of self-reliance and continuous exercises. The type of research that the authors conducted is field research directly from the research site using observations, interviews, and documentation which is then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques of Model Miles and Huberman which include data reduction, presenting data, to verifying and concluding data. The results of this study is the application of ash-Shafi'i method conducted by teachers in the learning of the Qur‟an has a good impact on the ability to read the Qur'an‟an learners, learning planning, and evaluation of learning is inseparable from the standard provisions of the method of Ash-Shafi'i namely opening, apersepsi, planting concepts, understanding concepts, exercises / skills independence, evaluation and closing.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus globally continues to grow. The impact felt by Indonesia in addition to the many positive cases, economic, social and educational system problems. The learning process that has been carried out face-to-face has become undisturbed, so that the learning process changes its function to online learning. The purpose of this research is to obtain information on how to describe the implementation process of learning for students of the Pamulang University Mathematics Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic as an effort for Higher Education to stop and break the chain of spreading covid-19. The research subjects were students of the Mathematics Study Program. Data processing was carried out by interviewing through cloud meetings and questionnaire response sheets using the google format. Interviews and questionnaire sheets were conducted with questions that were compiled and developed with related literature. Miles & Huberman's interactive analysis techniques were used in this study. This study obtained the results, namely, (1) students already have basic learning facilities such as leptops, computers, android-based mobile phones and internet networks; (2) The learning process has not been maximally carried out yet; (3) Lack of supervision from both lecturers and parents during the lecture or learning process; (4) The online learning process has the advantage of flexibility in time, encourages and trains students to study independently.

This study discusses to study the practices, strengths and weaknesses and solutions that support the wakalah contract on murabaha financing products in BMTs in Jepara Regency. The type of this research is field research by obtaining qualitative. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data display and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the practice of wakalah on murabaha financing products in BMT in Jepara Regency was BMT and the agreement to negotiate using a wakalah agreement and the transfer of funds after discussing a two-sided agreement, then BMT provided the hands asking for buying and selling letters and letters in question, then to buy goods to the supplier then send the goods to the buyer to BMT, then send to the buyer at BMT in accordance with the initial agreement. The advantage of wakalah practice on murabaha financing products in BMT is to build high trust between BMT and funds to translate in financing. The disadvantage is that most that do not deserve to understand BMT financing products, lack of openness about the business conditions to be funded, need deviations from the agreed agreement. The fix is to stick to the principle 5C and consider three important aspects of financing, which are safe, efficient, and profitable.

ABSTRACTClass management is needed by the teacher in utilizing the potential of the class,making learning and learning to remain optimal, enjoyable and to improve optimalconditions in the event of a disruption in the learning process. Motivation to learnis an impulse from inside and outside the self of students who can move it to bemore active in learning activities in order to obtain the desired goals by changingbehavior both from the aspects of thought, affective and psychomotor. This studydiscusses the motivation of the class towards the motivation to learn history andthe Islamic participants of class IX of YMPI Rappang's MTs. This type of researchis field research with associative quantitative design. As a technique of datacollection, namely observation, questionnaire and documentation with descriptiveand infrequent analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Management ofclasses in class IX of YMPI Rappang MTs showed a good category with apercentage rate of 77.4%. (2) Learning motivation of students shows a goodcategory with a percentage of 85.4%. (3) There is a significant difference betweenthe learning class towards the learning motivation of YMPI Rappang's IX gradestudents. This can be seen from the results of manual calculations tcount = 9.406>t table = 1998 and the value of R Square or r2 obtained 0.564. The value of XI forstudents 'learning motivation in Islamic culture class (Y) was 56.4%, while 43.6%of students' learning motivation at MTs YMPI Rappang was related to othervariables not expected by researchers.

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

<p>This study aims to determine the implementation of the Dhuha prayer and<br />Zuhr prayer in congregation in the formation of student morals, and the<br />impact they cause and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the<br />formation of student morals in the Al Hira Permata Nadiah School in<br />Medan. This type of research is field research with a qualitative<br />descriptive approach. In this study, data collection techniques were <br />carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique <br />of checking the validity of the data uses the source triangulation<br />technique. Analysis of the data used is an Interactive analysis model. The<br />subjects of this study were students at Al Hira Permata Nadiah Medan.<br />The results showed that through the habituation program Dhuha prayer<br />and Zuhr prayer in congregation students were quite able to apply their<br />gratitude for all the blessings of Allah SWT both through words and<br />deeds. courtesy politeness towards everyone, especially parents and<br />teachers, both in the form of words and deeds. Students can control<br />emotions or anger, but the mind and heart also become calmer, so that it<br />will facilitate the learning process.</p>

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Based on preliminary observations at KB Kartika, it was found that the independence of toileting at KB Kartika was still quite low. Considering the importance of self-reliance in toilet and considering the potential that based on PERMENDIKBUD No. 137 of 2014 children aged 3-4 years have been able to say 5-6 words, this study takes the formulation of the problem of how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan Srono Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan srono Banyuwangi. This type of research used in this study is field research, which is a study of the reality of people's social lives directly. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of the data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study are that there is an influence of toilet training on the independence of the toilet of children aged 3-4 years at KB Kartika under the Srono Banyuwangi. The improvement that occurs every child is different. However, overall all children experience an increase in independence after toilet training.

Discipline is the attitude of the learner willingly to comply   and do  the rule in order to train themselves obey rules. Efforts to improve discipline starts from educators provide a good example when the learning process. Discipline is needed in learning, because it can help the learning process well, increasing the pleasure of students to learn, and help improve students' social relationships. The purpose of this study to reveal the efforts made through the learning of Islamic Education to improve the discipline of students in SMP HARAPAN  Tulangan. This study includes qualitative study whose data in the form of statements, sentences, and documents. By using a naturalistic approach to researching where natural (natural setting) and field (Field Research), to obtain the required data information researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in the form of triangulation analysis that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. From the research conducted by researchers showed: 1) The discipline  of students of SMP HARAPAN has been good enough even though there are those who violate the rules. It still need to improve and reform the discipline of students so that they understand what is wrong even a little infractions. 2) The efforts of teacher  to improve discipline students use the order. For example, when there is student break the rule of school, especially PAI’s teachers have to follow up violations that done by learners to give direction, punishment, or reward that is commensurate to what which is conducted.

Madrasa have a big role in building the Indonesian nation. The challenges of education in the era of globalization are getting bigger. However, many madrasa do not have the quality according to the standard. Therefore it is necessary to rethink the quality culture of madrasa in the global era. This type of research is qualitative research and includes field research. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research conducted by the author on the implementation of quality culture madrasa in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen can be concluded that wujud from the quality culture madrasa (religious culture)  in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen as a form of development of pai subject family in accordance with the theory that includes; (1) mushofahah (2) memorization  juz 'amma  (3) istighasah and prayer together (4) dhuha prayer (5) friday box running (6) congregational dhuhur prayer (7) religious message. While what is not contained in the theory is (1) PHBI (2)  reading asmaul husna (3) the use of polite uniforms and covering the aurat (4) pesantren kilat (5) reading yasin and tahlil (6) extra-curricular religious (7) religious tests (8) halal bihalal. The implementation uses a persuasive strategy that emphasizes  on accuracy and habituation.
