Humans need blood to live and there is no substitute for it. Based on the statistics gathered by the Australian Red Cross, 1 in 3 people will need a blood donation once in their lifetime. However, only 1.5% of Indonesian people donate their blood. In order to rectify this unbalanced blood donation supply and demand, an application named Game4Life was developed and tested. This paper aims to implement ‘gamification’ on iOS devices to encourage users to donate their blood and help to end this shortage. This paper focused on developing features that would help blood donors to schedule their donation as well as a reward and achievement system to motivate future donors and keep them engaged. The deliverable prototype of this paper is implementable and expandable in real life with the cooperation of Palang Merah Indonesia (Red Cross Indonesia) and a company sponsor. Based on the User Acceptance Test results and Palang Merah Indonesia's response, Game4Life has successfully satisfied its scope and requirements.

In these days education has changed as an essential for everyone. There are many preschools, elementary, secondary, higher secondary schools, universities, arts and science colleges and many. Finding the best school or institution for their children is really very tough for parents in these days. Our work is to create a web application to create online survey, which contains questions and feedbacks about the schools and institutions. The survey questions are related to the attributes, and the behavior of educational institution on behalf of the quality of education, school environment, teaching methodologies, about the management and teachers. And we give authority to attend the survey for the peoples from various places i.e. the former students of various institutions and schools. Thus using our survey we are collecting the data about the schools and institutions, then the data will be handover to the analyst. And the analyst will process the data and make decisions about the institutions and schools. They will decide the ratings for the institutions and schools in Tamilnadu, India. Based on the ratings the parents and students can choose their schools and colleges.

The accuracy of choosing the right school is what every prospective student and parent wants. But in making the decision to choose the right school is not easy to do, because many aspects that are not simple must be taken into account. Mistakes in making decisions for prospective students must risk the loss of opportunities. Calculations in choosing a prospective student must be able to measure rationally the level of ability themselves with the quality of the school to be chosen. The quality of the school is determined based on the school's favorite level, the value of school accreditation, facilities owned, and achievements that have been achieved by the destination school. The purpose of this study was to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Taxonomic Matcher methods to the creation of a system for selecting schools. The results of the development of the school selection application have been running in accordance with its functions and the results of the user acceptance test have been approved because it has a higher value than the answer agreed on the Likert scale which is 4.188571 on a scale of 1-5.Keywords: K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Taxonomic Matcher, Choosing a School

The operation of a good system in a company is inseparable from the support of business partners, but it is impossible to obtain if the partner or supplier of goods does not work as the target of the company itself. Given these problems, it is deemed necessary to create a DSS system that can assist directors in determining suitable suppliers to work together. In making this SPK, the SAW method starts from the selection of types of goods, selects criteria and sub-criteria, and determines the weights of each criterion. This study produced an SPK, with six main criteria and their respective weights, based on the criteria entered and processed in accordance with the rules of the SAW method, CV. Eka Makmur was chosen as the most suitable recommendation to become a supplier for all in one PC items. At the testing stage, three methods have been carried out namely black box, output testing, and user acceptance test.

The accuracy and reliability is the quality of the information. The more accurate and reliable, the more information it’s good quality. Similarly, a survey, the better the survey, the more accurate the information provided. Implementation of student satisfaction measurement to the process of teaching and learning activities on the quality of the implementation of important lectures in order to get feedback on the assessed variables and for future repair. Likewise in Higher Education Prog has undertaken the process of measuring student satisfaction through a distributed questioner finally disemester each class lecture. However, the deployment process questioner is identified there are 7 (seven) problems. However, the problem can be resolved by the 3 (three) ways of solving problems one of which is a system of iLearning Survey (Isur), that is by providing an online survey to students that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In the implementation shown a prototype of Isur itself. It can be concluded that the contribution Isur system can maximize the decision taken by the Higher Education Prog. By using this Isur system with questions and evaluation forms are submitted and given to the students and the other colleges. To assess the extent to which the campus has grown and how faculty performance in teaching students class, and can be used as a media Isur valid information for an assessment of activities throughout college.

We developed and implemented an annual online survey to administer to residents exiting residency training in order to (1) assess the quality of the residency experience and (2) identify areas of strength and areas requiring improvement. Long-term goals include program planning, policy-making and maintenance of quality control. Survey content was developed from an environmental scan, pre-existing survey instruments, examination of training criteria established by the CFPC and the CanMEDS criteria established by the RCPSC. The survey included evaluation benchmarks and satisfaction ratings of program director and faculty, preparation for certification and practice, quality of life, quality of education, and work environment. The response rate was 28%. Seventy-five percent of respondents were exiting from Royal College training programs. Results of descriptive statistics determined that the overall educational experience was rated highly, with 98.9% of respondents satisfied or very satisfied with their overall patient care experience. Ninety-six percent of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of teaching. Preparation for practice was identified as needing improvement, with 26% and 34% of respondents giving an unsatisfactory rating to career guidance and assistance with finding employment, respectively. Although 80% of respondents reported receiving ongoing feedback and 84% discussed their evaluations with their supervisors, only 38% of evaluations were completed by the end of the rotation. The results indicate that residents are generally satisfied with their experiences during residency training, especially with their overall educational experience. Areas of improvement include preparation for practice and timeliness of evaluations. Further iterations of this survey are needed to refine the instrument, identify data trends and maintain quality control in residency training programs. Frank JR (ed.). Sustainability of mining companies is of of high concern. The problem is specifically acute at companies that are monotownor monosettlement-forming. Sustainability of a mine depends in many ways on product quality and production resource-intensity. This article discusses formation of mineral quality indexes in terms of an open pit chrysotile mine. The studies took into account specific features of operation procedures implemented by each structural division of the mine. The analysis has found managerial and technological inconsistencies which affect quality and marketable product output, as well as efficiency of the mine in whole. The background for efficiency enhancement at a company is, by the authors’ opinion, consolidation of personnel subject to the single development strategy, namely: improvement of production and control efficiency, as well as use of available reserves and resources by means of better setup for production. The proposed approaches to planning mining operations and forming mineral quality allow higher quality of processing stock. In addition, a new model proposed for interaction between structural divisions of a mining company ensures improvement of general production indexes.
