This study has the following objectives: Specifically, this researcher aims to prove and analyze whether:Strategic Environment, Public Trust, and Entrepreneurial Orientation influenced  on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance. The population is batik SMEs belonging to the Tuban batik center totaling 84 SMEs batik and samples using the snowball sampling method and the number of samples are 84. To retrieve data using the questionnaire method and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed the following findings: 1. The strategic environment has a significant effect on competitive advantage 2. Public trust has a significant effect on the competitive 3. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the competitive advantage 4. Strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, 5. The strategic environment has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 6. Public trust has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies,7. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 8. Competitive advantage has no significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 9. The strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 351 pelaku UMKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Sampel berjumlah sebesar 100 pelaku UMKM di desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis partial least square (PLS) dalam analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi pemegang kebijakan mengenai strategi pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM, dan diharapkan pula dinas terkait dikabupaten Lebak agar menerima hasil penelitian sebagai bahan informasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan guna merumuskan program pembinaan bagi UMKM. Abstract: This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 351 MSME actors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample is 100 SMEs in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar district, Lebak. This study uses a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool in inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage. The results of this study are useful as input for policy holders regarding the development of a competitive advantage strategy for SMEs, and it is also hoped that the relevant agencies in Lebak Regency will accept the results of the research as information material in policy making in order to formulate a coaching program for SMEs.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of information technology and innovation to the benefit of rivalry and the effect to the company performance. The population of this research is all freight forwarding company in Semarang, Central Java. The sample was selected by sampling technique where the sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis used was multi regression analysis of SPSS Version 17 for windows. The results of this research showed that: 1) Technology Information have a significant positive effect on the benefit of rivalry with a probability value of 0.01&lt;0.05; 2) Innovation have no significant advantage with a probability value 0f 0.06&gt;0.05: and have a significant positive effect on performance with a probability value of 0.000&lt;0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2)is 0.71 or 0.71%. This shows that 71% of the competitive advantage is affected by the information technology affected by other independent variables not under study.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Information Technology , Innovation , Competitive Advantage And Performance</strong></p><p><strong></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknologi informasi dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Freight Forwading di Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,01&lt;0,05; 2) inovasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,06&gt;0,05; 3) keunggulan bersaing secara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai probability 0,00&lt;0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 71 %. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 71% keunggulan bersaing dipengaruhi oleh penerapan teknologi informasi dan inovasi sedangkan sisanya 29 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Penerapan Teknologi Informasi, Inovasi, Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan</strong></p>

ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part for the community. Matters relating to the performance of SMEs should be noted by research.Based on the data released by the Koperasi Pembudidayaan Lele Mandiri Cirebon regency addressing SMEs decreased production of catfish annual management throughout the year from April to July 2015 through March to June 2016. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how improve the performance of the company from the SME management of catfish in the district of CirebonThis research was conducted by analyzing the factors that influence entrepreneurial orientation with variable market orientation and competitive advantage variable as an intervening variable. This study develops a theoretical model based stuctural Equation Model (SEM) were tested using Amos 1.8 as an analytical tool. , Respondents of this study is SMEs Lele Cirebon regency totaling 120 people.The results of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation positive effect on company performance, market orientation positive effect of competitive advantage, superiority positive effect on the company's performance, entrepreneurial orientation does not affect the competitive advantage, market orientation does not affect the performance of the company, due to the very short time researchers distributing questionnaires that many respondents could not be interviewed in depth.

The current study aims to empirically examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on new product creativity, competitive advantage, and new product performance. Data are collected from 424 Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in South Korea. The suggested hypotheses are tested through the structural equation modeling technique. The analysis outcome shows that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on both new product (NP) novelty and new product meaningfulness. The study further finds that both new product novelty and meaningfulness have significant positive impacts on competitive advantage, respectively, while the latter has a significant positive effect on new product performance. Similarly, the study finds that corporate life cycle significantly moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and new product meaningfulness. The study offers practical and theoretical insights into understanding entrepreneurship dynamics, new product creativity, and new product performance. The research shows that SME managers must adopt an entrepreneurial orientation at an early stage in the life cycle.

The COVID 19 pandemic created economic havoc around the world. Along with healthcare challenges, the pandemic has also been changing consumer lifestyles. It affects business structures and service delivery too. This article draws on an investigation of the effect of consumption emotions of Turkish consumers on consumer values during the COVID 19 Pandemic. A convenience sampling method was adopted in the study and a questionnaire survey was administered to collect 390 consumer cases. The results show that the consumption emotions of Turkish consumers during the COVID 19 Pandemichad a significant positive effect on consumer values. It was found that Turkish consumers were to feel anxiety, calmness and hope more often than not during the pandemic.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish the need of creating sustainable competitive advantage in banking through technology, customer relationship management and internal marketing.Methodology: The research was carried out through an explanatory research. The target population of the study was 3,193 employees of the Co-op Bank. A sample of 68 employees spread across the bank was selected. The researcher used descriptive and inferential statistics in this study.  The study used primary data. The study used a questionnaire as the preferred data collection tool. This study used the quantitative method of data analysis which included inferential and descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistics included frequencies and measures of tendency mainly means and frequencies. Inferential statistics included correlation analysis. The tool for data analysis was Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17 program. The results were presented using tables and pie charts to give a clear picture of the research findings.Results: The findings indicated that information technology has significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The findings also showed that customer relationship management (CRM) has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage of banks. The findings further implied that internal marketing has a significant effect on competitive advantage. Further the findings implied that information technology has significant positive effect on competitive advantage.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Following study results, it was recommended that investment in Information technology be emphasized in the banks as it has an effect on the overall achievement of competitive advantage. The study also recommended that banks should emphasize customer relationship by investing in a customer relationship management system. It was further recommended that employees are central to an effective CRM and as such firms must manage its relationships with their employees if they have any hope of fully serving customer needs and that this is especially important in firms where employees are the eyes of customers.

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. This studyaimed to examine the effect of budgeting participation, public accountability and job relevant information to managerial performance. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study are 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionnaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 20.00 program. The result of the study showed participation has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. However public accountability and job relevant information have no effect on managerial performance.
