<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of information technology and innovation to the benefit of rivalry and the effect to the company performance. The population of this research is all freight forwarding company in Semarang, Central Java. The sample was selected by sampling technique where the sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis used was multi regression analysis of SPSS Version 17 for windows. The results of this research showed that: 1) Technology Information have a significant positive effect on the benefit of rivalry with a probability value of 0.01&lt;0.05; 2) Innovation have no significant advantage with a probability value 0f 0.06&gt;0.05: and have a significant positive effect on performance with a probability value of 0.000&lt;0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2)is 0.71 or 0.71%. This shows that 71% of the competitive advantage is affected by the information technology affected by other independent variables not under study.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Information Technology , Innovation , Competitive Advantage And Performance</strong></p><p><strong></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknologi informasi dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Freight Forwading di Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,01&lt;0,05; 2) inovasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,06&gt;0,05; 3) keunggulan bersaing secara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai probability 0,00&lt;0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 71 %. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 71% keunggulan bersaing dipengaruhi oleh penerapan teknologi informasi dan inovasi sedangkan sisanya 29 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Penerapan Teknologi Informasi, Inovasi, Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan</strong></p>

This study aimed to find out the influence of supply chain integration, information technology and innovation on competitive advantage. The research population comprised freight forwading company in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in the study was multiple regression analysis using the program of SPSS Version 17 for Windows. The results of the study showed that supply chain integration, information technology and innovation had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.71 or 71%, the coefficient shows that 71 % of competitive advantage is affected by supply chain integration, information technology, innovation while the remaining 29% is affected by other independent variables not study.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish the need of creating sustainable competitive advantage in banking through technology, customer relationship management and internal marketing.Methodology: The research was carried out through an explanatory research. The target population of the study was 3,193 employees of the Co-op Bank. A sample of 68 employees spread across the bank was selected. The researcher used descriptive and inferential statistics in this study.  The study used primary data. The study used a questionnaire as the preferred data collection tool. This study used the quantitative method of data analysis which included inferential and descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistics included frequencies and measures of tendency mainly means and frequencies. Inferential statistics included correlation analysis. The tool for data analysis was Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17 program. The results were presented using tables and pie charts to give a clear picture of the research findings.Results: The findings indicated that information technology has significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The findings also showed that customer relationship management (CRM) has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage of banks. The findings further implied that internal marketing has a significant effect on competitive advantage. Further the findings implied that information technology has significant positive effect on competitive advantage.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Following study results, it was recommended that investment in Information technology be emphasized in the banks as it has an effect on the overall achievement of competitive advantage. The study also recommended that banks should emphasize customer relationship by investing in a customer relationship management system. It was further recommended that employees are central to an effective CRM and as such firms must manage its relationships with their employees if they have any hope of fully serving customer needs and that this is especially important in firms where employees are the eyes of customers.

<div><p>This study analyzes the influence of human capital, leadership on performance and competitive advantage at 206 head of the study program university courses owned by private colleges in the Scope of Private High Education Coordinator has called KOPERTIS Region IX Sulawesi in Makassar. Sampling is done using the total population sampling technique. A result of testing the hypothesis with support of analysis moment of Structures Ver. 21 provides evidence that human capital, organizational learning and leadership and significant positive effect on the performance of the institution. Influences among other variables provide evidence that human capital, leadership and agency performance and significant positive impact on competitive advantage. On the other hand organizational learning and leadership are not significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The role of the institution's performance significantly effect in explaining the effect of human capital, organizational learning and leadership to competitive advantage.</p></div>

This study aims to investigate the effects of the learning motivation and parents’ incomes on the college student interest in joining the PPG program study at the Department of Economic education FE UNP. This research is associative descriptive. The research variables were the college student interest in joining the PPG program, learning motivation, and parents’ incomes. The research sample comprised college students 2015 and 2016 admission year using the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total of 130 college students. The data was collected through a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study partially show: (1) there is a significant negative influence between learning motivation and college student interest in joining the PPG program, (2) there is a significant positive effect of parents' income on college student interest. in joining the PPG program, and (3) there is a significant positive effect between learning motivation and parents' income on college students' interest in joining the PPG program. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.086. this means that the contribution of independent variables of learning motivation and parent's income to the dependent variable of student interest in joining the PPG program was 8,6%. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer buying interest at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga South Jakarta Branch. The method uses explanatory research and hypothesis testing with survey techniques, by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis or inverential with the test instruments and classical assumptions. The statistical analysis uses multiple regression tests, correlation coefficient values, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are promotion and a significant positive effect with a correlation of 0.576 and determination of 33.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest, with a correlation value of 0.645 and a determination of 41.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest with a correlation value of 0.695 and a determination of 48.3% while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, the use of information technology, and the capability of innovation on competitive advantage and performance of SMEs through competitive advantage. In this research, the sample was 125 SMEs joined in the digital class "X" in Semarang City. The result of the analysis using SEM shows that entrepreneurial orientation positively affects performance and competitive advantage of SMEs. Innovation capabilities also have a positive effect on SMEs' competitive advantage and performance. The result also suggested that use of information technology has a positive effect on the competitive advantage and competitive advantage has a positive effect on the business performance of SMEs

This study aims to determine the effect of halal lifestyle, halal awareness, price on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Kedu Susu shop in Temanggung, Central Java. Researchers used quantitative data with a population of all visitors to the Temanggung Kedu Susu shop and used a sample of 100 respondents using purposive random sampling technique. The method used by the researcher is by distributing questionnaires through an online method. The researcher conducted an analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, statistical test, and path analysis to test the intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that the halal lifestyle variable has no significant positive effect, halal awareness has no effect while price has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. The results of the path analysis test showed that consumer satisfaction was not able to mediate the effect of halal lifestyle on repurchase intention, while consumer satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of halal awareness and price on repurchase interest.

<p><em>This study aims to find out the effects of the consumption pattern, entrepreneurship on the family welfare in Tanggulsari, Semarang. The research population comprised all fishermen conducting fishing activities in the coastal area of Nornth Beach, Semarang City, with a total of 106 fishermen. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in the study was multiple regression analysis using the program of SPSS Version 17 for Windows. The results of the study show that: 1) consumption patterns have a significant positive effect on family welfare with a probability value of 0.030&lt;0.05; 2) entrepreneurship have a significant positive effect on the family welfare with a probability value of 0.000&lt;0.05; and 3) as an aggregate/simultaneously the consumption patterns  entrepreneurship have effect on family welfare with a probability value of 0.000&lt;0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.707 or 70.7%. The coefficient shows that 70.7% of the consumption level is affected by the consumption patterns, entrepreneurship while the remaining 29.3% is affected by other independent variables not under study.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em><em>: Consumption Patterns, Entrepreneurship and Family Welfare</em></strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola konsumsi, kewirausahaan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Tanggulsari . Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pola konsumsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,02&lt;0,05; 2) kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,03&lt;0,05; 3) secara bersama-sama/ simultan pola konsumsi , kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahateraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,00&lt;0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,707 atau 70,7%. This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence and innovation on competitive advantage with entrepreneurial marketing as an intervening variable in the Food and Beverage Industry in East Java. This research is a quantitative research. The sample was determined as many as 100 entrepreneurs by purposing sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using SEM with the Smart PLS application tool. The results showed that the competence of HR and entrepreneurial marketing partially had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, while innovation had no significant effect on competitive advantage. HR competence and innovation significantly affect entrepreneurial marketing. Likewise, it is proven that entrepreneurial marketing is proven to be able to mediate HR competencies and innovation to competitive advantage.

This study has the following objectives: Specifically, this researcher aims to prove and analyze whether:Strategic Environment, Public Trust, and Entrepreneurial Orientation influenced  on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance. The population is batik SMEs belonging to the Tuban batik center totaling 84 SMEs batik and samples using the snowball sampling method and the number of samples are 84. To retrieve data using the questionnaire method and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed the following findings: 1. The strategic environment has a significant effect on competitive advantage 2. Public trust has a significant effect on the competitive 3. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the competitive advantage 4. Strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, 5. The strategic environment has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 6. Public trust has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies,7. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 8. Competitive advantage has no significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 9. The strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance.
