Present Context

This article discusses about Al-quran opinion on the role of father in develoment of the child. The focus of this study is to reveal the verses of Al-qur'an that relate to the role of father in the family. Furthermore, this article will also illustrate the story of the father in the Qur'an. This article is a library research with descriptive-analytic method. The lens of contemporary and classic tafsir paradigm are also used as the aproach to analyse the data. From the analysis that has been carried out, this research concludes several important remarks. Firts, the Qur'an shows a role that should be applied by a father in the development process of his children, one of which is by monitoring and controlling the daily lives of children, instilling educational values, building good closeness and communication with children, and providing support and direction well. Second, several verses in the Qur’an describe the role of fathers who have their own way of educating their children, so that the method is relevant to be applied in the present context, They are Luqman, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Nuh, and Prophet Ya'qub. Keywords: Al-qur’an, child development, role of father.

Adapun yang menjadi fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengupas ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan peran ayah dalam keluarga. Selain itu, artikel ini juga akan menggambarkan kisah ayah dalam al-Qur’an. Artikel ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan paradigma tafsir klasik-kontemporer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara tematik, yaitu mengumpulkan ayat-ayat al-qur’an di berbagai surah yang memiliki korelasi tentang peran ayah. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: pertama, al-Qur’an menunjukkan peran yang seharusya diaplikasikan oleh seorang ayah dalam proses perkembangan anak-anaknya, salah satunya dengan memantau dan mengontrol keseharian anak, menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan, membangun kedekatan dan komunikasi yang baik bersama anak, dan memberi dukungan serta arahan yang baik. Kedua, beberapa ayat dalam al-Qur’an menggambarkan peran ayah yang memiliki cara tersendiri dalam mendidik anaknya, sehingga cara tersebut relevan untuk diaplikasikan dalam konteks kekinian. Sosok ayah yang dimaksud adalah Luqman, Nabi Ibrahim, Nabi Nuh, dan Nabi Ya’qub.Kata kunci: Al-Qur’an; Perkembangan anak; Peran ayah.

This article discusses the views of the Koran on the role of fathers in the process of child development. The focus of the study in this research is to explore the verses of the Qur'an related to the role of the father in the family. In addition, this article will also describe the story of the father in the Qur'an. This research is a type of library research. The method used in this research is descriptive-analysis using a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. From the analysis that has been carried out, this study concludes that: first, the Qur'an shows the role that a father should apply in the development process of his children, one of which is by monitoring and controlling children's daily lives, instilling educational values, building closeness. and good communication with children, and provide good support and direction. Second, several verses in the Qur'an describe the role of fathers who have their own way of educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be applied in the contemporary context. The father figures in question are Luqman, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Noah, and Prophet Ya'qub.

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

Family is a small community in society. Every Muslim is required to live in order to live the demands of Islamic teachings. The family is the most important unit for the development process of the ummah. a good personality is formed from a family that instills good manners. The concept of family in Islam is quite clear even Islam is very priority of individual and family coaching. Because the family is a good prerequisite for a nation and Country, especially if all families follow the guidelines submitted religion, in addition the family is also the closest environment with children, since children are born, in this family the children will have much experience to grow and developing for the future.  Inside the family parents can give examples of behaviors that will be imitated by children, because in the family is the most effective place to membelajarkan value of religion to the child. Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

This article will discuss the role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in creating happy families. This research is library research which is analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The approach used is a sociological legal approach. The results showed that the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) made efforts to foster happy families through religious education in the family, religious education in the community, religious education through educational institutions, bridal brokering courses, family counseling, fostering adolescents of marriage age, empowering family economies and improving nutrition. family.

Divisions based on the assumption that men and women are different from one another permeate all areas of social life as well as varying across space and between places. In the home and in the family, in the classroom or in the labour market, in politics, and in power relations, men and women are assumed to be different, to have distinct rights and obligations that affect their daily lives and their standard of living. Thirty years ago, there were no courses about gender in British geography departments. This chapter discusses the challenges to geographical knowledge, and to the definition of knowledge more generally, that have arisen from critical debates about the meaning of difference and diversity in feminist scholarship. It examines a number of significant conceptual ideas, namely: the public and the private; sex, gender and body; difference, identity and intersectionality; knowledge; and justice. Finally, it comments on the role of feminism in the academy as a set of political practices as well as epistemological claims.
