AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

Abstrac The aim of this research is to dscribe concept of the position of women in the worship according to 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 and to formulated what can be reflected in this time? Is the interpretation of this chapter still relevant in the midst of contemporary life? This research is used by descriptive qualitative research methods with using literature (library research). The interpretation that is use in this research is exegesis method with the right step to get the right interpretation. With the literature that have a relation with the title, the writer try to review 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 to get the clear meaning, point out view that was said by the writer of this hook about the position of women in the worship. In this chapter Paul said a women can't teach and she is better keep silence. Paul said these case have a corelation with the patriarch culture at the time. Paul aim to prevent women from teacher heretical at the time. This teaching is actually addressed to the woman who was involved in the heresy/ false, who have abuse the ercercise of power that is true in the church. So Paul said that such matter is not to be understood universally. From this research or exegesis the writer conclude that the woman also be used in God's work, a woman also can be a servant of God because nor only man can serve God woman also called to do the same thing. Proper or not is not about gender. Because man or women are same in the presence of God So. it's not true when this chapter be a reason to limiting the space of woman in the service both in the church and in the family and society. Instructors involved in teacher education believe that the language and skills required for qualitative research methods (QRM) provide teachers with the expertise needed for lifelong learning. In this research, I explore the learning experiences of pre-service teachers in a QRM course and examine the role of the lecturer in designing these experiences. I chose the design research method (Kali, Levin-Peled, & Dori, 2009; Wang & Hannafin, 2005) and collected data from 71 students over three academic years. Data analysis uncovered three types of student experiences: motivation for learning, mediation of learning, and meaningful learning – all of which are supported by the lecturer.

In the Islamic point of view, there is no prohibition for women to play a role in the publik scene. Even since the time of Rasulullah SAW, the role of women in the publik scene has occurred. Women at the time of the Prophet were present in the study attended by men, actively participating in spreading the religion of Islam, even women also participated in wars, treated and took care of sick, injured soldiers and provide for their eating and drinking needs. This shows the association of men and women in publik spaces is allowed. However, this does not mean eliminating barriers between men and women, and forgetting the restrictions of sharia prevailing in meetings that men and women participate in. Therefore, it is necessary to know the ethics for women when in the publik scenes, according to the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This research uses library research method by reviewing the verses and hadis that discuss the issue of women ethics while in publik scenes.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Teaching novice qualitative researchers how to move beyond first-cycle themes is a challenging endeavor. In this essay, we articulate four harmful habits that tend to impede our success: moving too quickly, privileging product over process, providing cursory coverage of analytic technique and artistry, and overlooking the role of synthesis in qualitative research. As a step toward replacing harmful habits with more healthy ones, we offer a number of practical suggestions for reimagining the qualitative research methods curriculum.

Many parents do not understand the concept of faith education inchildren. This could be based on an assumption that children are stilltoo young to be educated in matters of faith. Whereas the family, in thiscase the parents, is an educational institution that is directly related tothe child since he was born. So there is a thought that the family isbelieved to have a very strong influence on children’s religiouseducation. This happens because the relationship that exists betweenparents and children for 24 hours is very important in education.Zakiah Daradjat is an education expert who also believes that theimportance of faith education is given to children as early as possible,so the purpose of this study is to find out how Zakiah Daradjat’sthoughts about children’s religious education are in the family. Byusing qualitative research methods, the author seeks to explain theeducation of children’s faith in the family according to ZakiahDaradjat. The author found that Zakiah Daradjat had clear thoughtsabout children’s religious education in the family, which aims to makechildren as human beings, through the six pillars of faith, with methodsof exemplification, habituation, wrong correction, erroneous quarrelsthat occur and reminding the forgotten. The evaluations carried out inthe form of memorization tests, tests of understanding and practice ofworship. This makes Zakiah Daradjat’s thoughts still relevant to beapplied in today’s life and become a reference for psrents, teachers abdother related parties.

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find out the promotion and marketing strategy for steel companies in Indonesia. Abstract This study aims to look at economic education in the family carried out by parents to children. All parents have taught family economic education in different ways. The importance of economic education in the family is to form children to use money rationally. As for economic education in the family, namely modeling, habits, discussion and communication, and consumption rationality. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a phenomenology approach. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data technique is done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Parents' awareness to teach economic education in the family is high. By doing intense learning and full motivation from parents, children will quickly understand and apply it in everyday life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anak. Semua orang tua telah mengajarkan pendidikan ekonomi keluarga dengan cara yang berbeda. Pentingnya pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga adalah membentuk anak untuk menggunakan uang secara rasional. Adapun pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga yaitu keteladanan, kebiasaan, diskusi dan komunikasi, dan rasionalitas konsumsi. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesadaran orang tua untuk mengajarkan pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga cukup tinggi. Dengan melakukan pembelajaran yang intensif dan penuh motivasi dari orang tua, anak akan cepat memahami dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to highlight the role of qualitative research in service research. This study discusses what qualitative research is, what role it has in service research and what interest, rigor, relevance and richness mean for qualitative service research. Design/methodology/approach This study examines the most common qualitative research methods and discusses interest, rigor, relevance and richness as key characteristics of qualitative research. The manuscripts in the special issue are introduced and categorized based on their contributions to service research. Findings The findings suggest that the amount of research using qualitative research methods has remained stable over the last 30 years. An increased focus on transparency and traceability is important for improving the perceived rigor of qualitative service research. Originality/value This special issue is the first issue that is explicitly devoted to the qualitative research methodology in service research. In particular, the issue seeks to contribute to a better use and application of qualitative research methodology.
