Cilok was a traditional food originating from Bandung and comes from the abbreviation of "Aci dicolok". As the name implies, a snack made from tapioca flour mixed with condiment and sometime using meat or fish fillet. It was tasty and chewy. Cilok has quietly different from meatball because meatball using wheat flour. Cilok usually consumed using a sauce made from crushed peanuts, sugars, salt, mixed with chili sauce, tomato sauce, or soy sauce which can be modified as you want. Recently, cilok sales in the city of Surakarta have become increasingly popular. In almost every corner we can find cilok sellers. This study aims to determine the level of microbiological contamination found in cilok and peanut sauce in Surakarta. The research method used was simple random sampling method from 5 districts in Surakarta. The number of contaminants was calculated by the direct plate count method. The tests performed were to determine the total plate count (ALT), total Staphylococci, total Salmonella shigella, and total coliforms of the cilok and also for the sauce. As for the cilok sample, the average log value of ALT was 6.57 - 7.97 log CFU / g, total Staphylococci 4.57 - 4.96 log CFU / g, Salmonella shigella was 0.53 - 1.23 log CFU / g, and total coliforms 1.00 - 2.26 log CFU / g. Peanut sauce sample, the average log value of ALT was 7.40 - 8.18 log CFU / g, total staphylococci 5.84 - 6.68 log CFU / g, total Salmonella shigella was 2.24 - 3.23 log CFU / g, and Escherichia coli 2.35 - 5.79 log CFU / g. From the test results of the peanut sauce and peanut sauce samples, it can be concluded that the peanut sauce and peanut sauce sold in Surakarta are still not suitable for consumption.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the capabilities of business performance in creative culinary ventures in Makassar City, Indonesia. Data were obtained from sources using a questionnaire distributed to 1,402 entrepreneurs in the small and medium business category. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin formula of 311 people, totalling 197 respondents who received the questionnaire in full. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with structural equation modelling techniques. The research findings explain dynamic capabilities that are important for enhancing innovation and business performance, as well as to assist future researchers to examine other factors that are predictors in improving business performance.

Psychosocial development is a developmental stage that every child will pass. This study aimed to analyze the influence of family and child characteristics, child value, social support, mother's involvement in psychosocial stimulation in boys and girls. The research design that was used in this study was a cross-sectional study. Site selection was chosen purposively, namely in the city of Medan. Research locations were in two villages, namely Kota Maksum, Medan Labuhan Subdistrict and Kota Besar Village, Medan Area District. The sample pulling technique uses simple random sampling with a sample of mothers who have children aged 2-3 years and come from a complete family of 150 people. Respondents interviewed with the questionnaire were mothers. Correlation test results showed a significant positive relationship between maternal age, children's values, dimensions of psychological value and dimensions of economic value, social support, dimensions of information support and dimensions of reward support, and mothers' role in care with psychosocial stimulation.

The aim of this study is to investigate the mental toughness levels of individuals who actively do sports in the face of events they face during sportive performances. Mental toughness is among the psychological characteristics to achieve the highest performance by athletes and coaches. Mental toughness is also important in terms of evaluating the performances of athletes and support their development. The population of the study consisted of individuals who actively do sports in the city of Elazig while the sample of the study consisted of 156 active athletes, who were chosen by the simple random sampling method. As the data collection tools, the personal information form, which was created by the researchers, and the Mental Toughness Scale (MTS), which was developed by Madrigal et al. (2013) and adapted into Turkish by Nevzat Erdogan by 2016, were used. In conclusion, of the athletes who participated in the study, it was observed that male athletes had higher levels of mental toughness compared to female athletes according to the gender variable. Furthermore, no significant differences were observed in terms of the variables of marital status, age, educational status, sports experience and sports branch.

Gout caused by hyperuricemia is a condition of high of uric acid in the blood. The condition of hyperuricemia in elderly is related to metabolic syndrome which is caused by slow rate of the body's metabolism. This activity aims to determine a prevalence of hyperuricemia in elderly at four Posbindu as a working area of ​​Kalibaru Health Center. Type of research is cross sectional with a simple random sampling method. The activity was carried out in August 2019. The method to measurement of uric acid levels by the strip method. The Descriptive test results showed a modus of the elderly is at the age of 65 years and the oldest at the age of 89 years. The percentage of elderly people who experience hyperuricemia based on WHO 2013 criteria as many as 8.8%  from a total of 68 elderly. The conclusion of this activity  indicates that 90% of elderly  in the working area of the Kalibaru Helath Center have normal of uric acid levels.

Characteristics of Chemical Composition and Total Bacterial of Roa (Hemirhampus sp.) Smoke Marketed in the Bungku District of Central Morowali DistrictABSTRACT         The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of chemical composition (water, ash, protein, and fat) and total bacteria (TPC) of smoked roa fish. Data analysis this study used descriptive analysis. The method used study is the survey method (Simple Random Sampling). The results of the chemical composition of the highest treatment water content P2 13.02%, ash P3 5.65%, protein P3 40.82%. and fat P3 13.87%. The best organoleptic test results were found in P1 with 7.30 appearance, 8.20 odor, 8.00 taste, 7.80 texture, and the best mushroom specifications were at P2 9.00. The lowest total bacteria test was found with 0,83×105 Log CFU/gr.Keywords: Ikan roa (Hemirhampus sp.) Asap, Total Plate Count (TPC),Uji Kimia, dan Uji Organoleptik ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik komposisi kimia  (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein dan kadar lemak) dan total bakteri (TPC) terhadap ikan roa asap. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey (Simple Random Sampling). Hasil penelitian komposisi kimia perlakuan tertinggi kadar air P2 13,02%. Kadar abu tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P3 5,65%. Kadar protein perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada P3 40,82%. dan kadar lemak perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada  P3 13,87%. Hasil penilaian uji organoleptik terbaik terdapat pada P1 sepesifikasi kenampakan 7,30, bau 8,20, rasa 8,00, tekstur 7,80 dan pada spesifikasi jamur nilai terbaik terdapat pada P2 9,00. Total bakteri terendah terdapat pada P3 dengan nilai 0,83×105 Log CFU/gr.Kata kunci: Ikan roa (Hemirhampus sp.) Asap, Total Plate Count (TPC),Uji Kimia, dan Uji Organoleptik

This study  aims  to: first, to find and  analyze the correlation and  effect of ethnic background of the selecting preferences in the  mayor  election of Bengkulu City in 2012. Second, to find and  analyze whether there was a shift or change in preferences based on ethnic backgrounds in the elections of the Mayor of Bengkulu City between 2007 and2012.This study applied a quantitative approach that classified as causal explanatory descriptive and comparative study. This research is located in the  Bengkulu City by taking  a sample of 100 respondents by simple random sampling method. To answer the  first research objective, statistical analysis is used  multinomial logistic  regression analysis, whereas to answer the second research purposes used  non-parametric statistical analysis of the Mc Nemar test.The results of the  data  analysis shows  there are significance correlation and  influence of the  ethnic background with preference vote in the election of Mayor and  Deputy Mayor of Bengkulu City in 2012. Specifically,  ethnic background influence someone to choose candidate for Mayor and  Deputy Mayor from ethnic Serawai  - Minang, Serawai  - Beng- kulu City, and Serawai - Palembang. Then, there was a preference change to choose based on ethnic background in the elections of the city of Bengkulu in 2007 with the election in 2012. Voter preferences based on ethnicity has declined in2012 compared to 2007

In conducting the entire business activity, small businesses can not be separated from the operating result(profit) enterprises in the previous period. To determine the end of each period's operating results can be seen from thefinancial statements prepared by the small businessman. By knowing the operating results (profits) is, theseentrepreneurs can perform management and better funding. But the reality on the ground is still a lot of small businessesthat do not make financial statements. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of individualcapacity and use of accounting information to the preparation of financial statements of small business in the city ofBengkulu. The sampling method in this research using random sampling of 100 small business in the city of Bengkulu.Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine the main factors forming sustainable leadership in organizations. The sampling method of this study was simple random sampling, which got as many as 289 employees or members of organizations in the city of Batam. Principal Component Analysis is used in the process of analyzing the data of this study using statistical programming tools in R and RStudio. The results of this study are the Sustainability Leadership of Human Resources in the organization formed by 4 factors, namely factor 1- Harmony Leadership, factor 2- Ethical Leadership, factor 3- Personal value Leadership and factor 4- Care Leadership.

Higher education in a place of final educationwhich has an important role in creating human resources who are able to compete in the world of work. Business development that is done by students is growing, especiallyin the city of Surabaya. Tecresearch of population was Surabaya students the samples were determinated using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire to 75 responden. The purpose of the  research is to determine the interest in doing business is the impact of Self – Efficacy, Motivation and locus of control. The results of study show that interest in doing business is a significant impact of self-ethification, this can be seen from t count3.801>t table 1.99394 and a significant value of 0.00< 0.05 and from the control locus it can be seen from t count -3.081>-1.99394 and the significant value is 0.003<0.05, while motivation has no impacton the interest in doing business, it can  be seen from the t count 1.565< t table 1.99394 and the significant value 0.112 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that interest in trying to impact to impact from of self-ethics and locus of control

Phlebitis is inflammation of the vein wall due to intravenous fluid therapy, which is characterized by pain, redness, palpable soft, swollen and warm to the location of the stabbing (Prastika, 2011). Plebitis as one form of nosocomial infection is still a serious problem faced by hospitals throughout the world, especially hospitals in developing countries (Ministry of Health, 2008). The study design used by researchers is the correlation, this surveys or research that attempts to explore how and why the health phenomena occur. The population in this study are all adult patients in hospitals Gambiran Flamboyan Room Kediri in May. Sampling technique, which is used in this study is the probability sampling which simple random sampling method. Data already collected was processed and identified, then analyzed analytically using logistic regression test. Results of the study appear no link nutritional status in adult patients with phlebitis incidence (p=0.604; 0.05). The risk of the occurrence of phlebitis is caused by chemical factors, mechanical factors and infection.; Keywords: Nutrition, Plebitis, infection
