Phlebitis is inflammation of the vein wall due to intravenous fluid therapy, which is characterized by pain, redness, palpable soft, swollen and warm to the location of the stabbing (Prastika, 2011). Plebitis as one form of nosocomial infection is still a serious problem faced by hospitals throughout the world, especially hospitals in developing countries (Ministry of Health, 2008). The study design used by researchers is the correlation, this surveys or research that attempts to explore how and why the health phenomena occur. The population in this study are all adult patients in hospitals Gambiran Flamboyan Room Kediri in May. Sampling technique, which is used in this study is the probability sampling which simple random sampling method. Data already collected was processed and identified, then analyzed analytically using logistic regression test. Results of the study appear no link nutritional status in adult patients with phlebitis incidence (p=0.604; 0.05). The risk of the occurrence of phlebitis is caused by chemical factors, mechanical factors and infection.; Keywords: Nutrition, Plebitis, infection

Tree-Month injectable hormonal contraceptive quarterly causes an increase in BMI. Increased BMI is one of the main reasons why the contraceptive users stopped their contraceptive. However, increased BMI was not experienced by all users, there are other factors that can influence increased BMI, such as consumption, physical activity and sedentary behaviour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle to anthropometic change in the injectable hormonal contraceptive users. This study used observational analytic study and case control design. The sample size use simple random sampling technique. To determine the effect and odd ratio, this study used a simple logistic regression test. The results showed that lifestyle factor that affect and risk for anthropometric changein the three-month contraceptive users is sedentary behavior. Sedentary behavior ≥ 3 hours per day can increase the risk of increased BMI 9,048 times compared with sedentary behavior < 3 hours per day. The conclusion is sedentary lifestyle affected increased BMI among three- month injectable hormonal contraceptive users. By reducing sedentary behavior habit and increasing exercise behaviour, three-month injectable contraceptive users can prevent the risk of increased BMI.Keywords: contraceptive, acceptor, lifestyle, BMI, sedentary

Preeclampsia is a hypertension caused by pregnancy that is characterized by hypertension, edema,and proteinuria after the 20 week. One of the causes of maternal death is preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of preeclampsia at Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun The population is 236 respondents and the sample is 148 respondents with a random sampling technique. Data collection is observation. Data analysis using logistic regression test . Based on the logistic regression test results obtained a history  of  significance hypertensi  (0,000)., Gemelly significance (0.999)., Obesity significance (0.000). Simultaneously influenced the incidence of preeclampsia. The most influential variable was a history of hypertension with values (Exp.B: 131,238). History of hypertension (X1) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted. Gemelly (X2) obtained p value 0.999> 0.05 so there is no influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is rejected. Obesity (X3) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted The most dominant factor influenced the incidence of preeclampsia is a history of hypertension with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with (ExpB 131.238).

This study aims to examine the effect of enforcement regulations, organizationalethical culture, organizatioal commitment to the tendency of fraud based on fraudtriangle theory in Yogyakarta City Goverment . The data used is primary. Multipleregression analysis is the analytical method used. The sampling technique usedin this study was the purpose sampling method and obtained 83 data samples.The regression test results show that organizational commitment negatively affectthe tendency of fraud in the public sector. Whereas enforcement regulations,organizational ethical culture have on effect the tendency of fraud.

ABSTRACT Nursing documentation is an important instrument to ensure patient care can be carried out continuously. Quality nursing documentation will guarantee patient safety. Incomplete documentation causes information to be unclear and confusing so that it can cause errors in handling patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between attitudes and supervision with the completeness of nursing documentation at the emergency department of Dr Kariadi Hospital Semarang. The research method used an observational quantitative analytic design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling uses a total sampling technique with a total of 58 nurses. Data was collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. The Spearman test results show that attitudes related to completeness of nursing documentation (p = 0,000; r = 0.706). Supervision relates to completeness of nursing documentation (p = 0,000; r = 0.733). Based on the results of the logistic regression test it is known that attitude is the most dominant variable associated with completeness of nursing documentation (OR = 0.075). Strengthening of nurses themselves in emergency department and hospital management were required for better quality nursing documentation. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge of taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta, the independent variables in this research were taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge, while the dependent variable was compliance taxpayer. This research was conducted using the Survey Research method using a questionnaire as a data collection. Sampling was done using the Simple Random Sampling method and then the data collected was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Regression test results in this research indicate that the independent variable partially has a positive effect but not significantly to the dependent variable while simultaneously the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta.

AbstrakLatar belakang. Penyebaran virus COVID-19 telah mengakibatkan langkah-langkah yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, seperti membatasi perjalanan dan aktivitas sosial di banyak negara. Physical distancing sangat penting untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dan diperkirakan akan berlanjut untuk beberapa waktu.Tujuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku physical distancing pada mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakartadi awal masa pandemi COVID-19.Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 417 sampel dengan menggunakan metode voluntary sampling. Informasi dikumpulkan secara online melalui google form pada bulan April 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda.Hasil. Perilaku physical distancing yang baik dilaksanakan oleh 55,9% mahasiswa. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan determinan perilaku physical distancing adalah jenis kelamin perempuan (OR=3,438, 95% CI: 2,037-5,804); pengetahuan yang baik terkait physical distancing (OR=1,757, 95% CI: 1,057-2,919); serta adanya dukungan keluarga (OR=1,854, 95% CI:1,219-2,819). Dukungan TOMA tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan perilaku physical distancing (OR=1,469, 95% CI: 0,961-2,246).Kesimpulan. Perilaku physical distancing masih perlu ditingkatkan. Mahasiswa perempuan lebih baik dalam menerapkan perilaku physical distancing. Dukungan keluarga dan pengetahuan terkait physical distancing mempengaruhi perilaku physical distancing. AbstractBackground.  The spread of the COVID-19 virus has resulted in unprecedented measures such as restricting travel and social activity in many countries. Physical distancing is critical to fighting COVID-19 and is expected to continue for some time.Objective.The aim of the study was to assess the determinants of physical distancing behavior of university students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Method. This study used an observational analytic method with cross-sectional study design. A total of 417 respondents was selected by using voluntary sampling method. Information was collected online using google form in April 2020. Data were analysed using a multiple logistic regression test. Results. Good physical distancing behavior carried out by 55.9% of students. The results of multivariate analysis showed that factors associated with physical distancing behavior were female gender (OR=3.438, 95% CI: 2.037-5.804), good knowledge of physical distancing (OR=1.757, 95% CI: 1.057-2.919), and family support (OR=1.854, 95% CI: 1.219-2.819). Meanwhile, support from community leaders was not significantly related to physical distancing behavior (OR=1.469, 95% CI: 0.961-2.246). Conclusion. Uptake of physical distancing behavior needs to increase. Female university students were better at uptaking physical distancing behavior. Family support and knowledge about physical distancing effect the uptake of physical distancing behavior.

Mount Merapi eruption has occurred several times in Indonesia and the biggest eruption that last occurred in 2010. The community were suffered losses and were affected by eruptions. The purposes of this research are to analyze community resilience, to analyze the level of vulnerability, and to analize the community adaptive capacity. The research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method and the informant was taken purposively. The results of this research showed that when the eruption occurred the community has a high vulnerability. The adaptive capacity is also high with innovative learning based on institutional memory and supported by the connectedness. Communities achieve resilience and can adapt to changes with high adaptive capacity.  Keywords: adaptive capacity, community resilience, eruption, vulnerability ABSTRAK Erupsi Gunung Merapi sudah terjadi beberapa kali di Indonesia dan erupsi terbesar yang terjadi terakhir kalinya yaitu pada tahun 2010. Komunitas mengalami berbagai kerugian dan terkena dampak dari erupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis resiliensi komunitas, menganalisis tingkat kerentanan komunitas, dan menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi komunitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana sedangkan pemilihan terhadap informan dilakukan secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat erupsi terjadi komunitas memiliki kerentanan yang tinggi. Kapasitas adaptasi komunitas tinggi dengan adanya innovative learning yang didasari oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan didukung oleh jaringan yang dimiliki. Komunitas berhasil mencapai resiliensi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan dengan kapasitas adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci : kapasitas adaptasi, kerentanan, erupsi, resiliensi komunitas

Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the capabilities of business performance in creative culinary ventures in Makassar City, Indonesia. Data were obtained from sources using a questionnaire distributed to 1,402 entrepreneurs in the small and medium business category. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin formula of 311 people, totalling 197 respondents who received the questionnaire in full. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with structural equation modelling techniques. The research findings explain dynamic capabilities that are important for enhancing innovation and business performance, as well as to assist future researchers to examine other factors that are predictors in improving business performance.
