This study discusses the work discipline, work motivation, employee performance, and work environment. Research uses a quantitative approach, using path analysis. With the number of respondents 54. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance through the work environment as an intervening variable. Based on the results of the analysis, shows that work discipline and work motivation affect directly or indirectly on employee performance and through the work environment. 1) Work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by tcount is 2,611 ttable 2.00758 with a significant level is 0.012 0.05. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by tcount  is 2,240 ttable 2.00758 with a significant level is 0.030 0.05. 3) The work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by tcount  3,351 ttable 2.00758 with a significant level is 0.002 0.05. 4) Work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on the work environmentby tcount  2,084 ttable 2.00758 with a significant level is 0.042 0.05. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment tcount 3.364 ttable 2.00758 with a signifcation level is 0.001 0.05. 6) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the work environment with an indirect influence coefficient of 0.112776 with a tcount of 2.720275 ttable 2.00758 with a significance of 0.05. 7) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the work environment with an indirect influence coefficient of 0.002257 with a tcount of 58.961679 ttable 2.00758 with a significance of 0.05

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This research aims to know the influence of organizational commitment Through compensation and Motivation of work on performance of employees of PT Penta Valent-Jambi. The diginakan method in the research of using path analysis (path analysis). Results of the study prove that compensation and organizational commitment to simultaneously effect positively and significantly to the motivation of working employees at PT Penta Valent-Jambi. Where the total direct and indirect influence of the compensation and the commitment of the Organization together against the motivation of 52.4%, where the figure explains that directly compensation and organizational commitment to contribute against the work motivation of 52.4%, while the rest of 47.6% is affected by other variables that are not included in this model. Keywords: compensation, commitment, motivation, employee performance

The conclusion from this study is that employees’ exchange doesn’t have noteworthy impact on employees’ performance somewhat. Work inspiration has positive and noteworthy impact on employees’ performance. Workers exchange and work inspiration together have a critical commitment on representatives performance.

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the environment and motivation on employee performance. The sample used was saturated sampling with 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the Timber Mill with work motivation as the dominant variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and this research data is obtained through a questionnaire.

This study a purpose to know and analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable of mediation either simultaneously or partially in PT. Metiska Farma. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling is the way of sampling by chance, ie anyone who happens to meet with this researcher and considered suitable to be a source of data will be a sample of this study. The sample of respondents in this study was 80 people. Data analysis using path analysis or path analysis. From result of analysis and discussion hence can be concluded that: (1) partially compensation have positive, strong and significant effect to employee performance with correlation coefficient equal to 0,618; (2) partially working environment has positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.679; (3) partially job satisfaction has a positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.618; (4) simultaneously compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.723; (5) the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction is 0.618 x 0.776 =0.479. While the effect of compensation on employee performance is 0.618. In this case, the direct impact of compensation on employee performance is greater when compared with indirect influence through job satisfaction is 0.618> 0.479, so it can be said that job satisfaction variable not as a mediation variable; and (6) the effect of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction is 0,640 x 0,618 =0,395. While the effect of the work environment on employee performance is 0,679. In this case, it is known that the direct effect of work environment on employee performance is greater when compared with indirect influence through job satisfaction is 0.679> 0.395, so it can be said that job satisfaction variable, not as a mediation variable.

This research aims to analyze and test the impact of work motivation on employee morale, the impact of employee morale on employee performance, the impact of work motivation on employee performance, and the impact of work motivation on employee performance. This research is a type of research that uses an explanatory research model, this research has a quantitative approach using a population of 77 people with details of 32 civil servants and 45 non-civil servants and a sample of 76 people. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis. Based on the test findings, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, employee work enthusiasm has a positive and significant impact on employee work results, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through enthusiasm for work.

The establishment of the company aims to get maximum benefit. Competition for maximum profit can be achieved if the company has good performance. Capital facilities and infrastructure, technology and applicable regulations require human resources Performance is closely related to human resources in the company. Human performance is greatly influenced by the work environment and motivation of an employee in carrying out their work. The influence of the work environment and one's motivation at work can be investigated through a quantitative approach that aims to find out how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on performance and find out which has the dominant influence of the two variables. In the research conducted at PT. Karya Mandiri, it addressed the results that one's work motivation has a more dominant influence on employee performance. It can be from a work motivation value of 0.523 while the influence of the work environment on performance is only 0.128. This primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees and then the data is processed using software.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation towards employee performance at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. Research design used in this study is quantitative causal. The research subjects were 122 employee who worked at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel and the objects in this study were work environment, work motivation and employee performance. Data collected through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (2) work motivation has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant affect on work motivation and (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

This research entitled "The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to employee’s Performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Rubber Processing Department Plantation Kotta Blater Jember Jember ". This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment to employee’s performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The population in this research were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The sampling method used is saturated sample or census with the number of respondents as many as 34 people. Variables used as many as 4 variables. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on work motivation in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember; 2) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember, and; 3) Motivation significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember. This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.
