Abstract: This study aims to understand: 1) What is the role of the teacher as a guide in improving the morale of young children in kindergarten IT Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo; and 2) What is the role of the teacher as an educator in improving the morale of young children in kindergarten IT Qurrota A 'Yun Ponorogo. The research used is qualitative research. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques taken by the concept proposed by Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and discussed conclusions. The results showed that: 1). In accordance with the preconventional morality of children who do not comply with the rules, they are subject to punishment, such as children who argue without reason, the way the teacher reminds them is by singing; 2). Children are born in good condition, so that learning is requested to be processed by being carried out, carried out, and evaluated and then poured into RPPH.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. Learning interaction is a reciprocal relationship between students and educators, between students, students with learning resources, and students with the learning environment in teaching and learning activities to achieve goals. In learning interactions also occur social interaction and communication. The purpose of this study, first, is to analyze the interaction of learning of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang, including; learning interactions between Islamic Religious Education teachers and autistic students, and learning interactions between students in general and autistic students. secondly, to analyze the constraints of the learning interactions of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, and the type of research used in this study is a case study, data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The purpose of this research is to know the role of Indonesian teachers in familiarizing the positive character in MI Al-Ihsan Medi. The methods in this study use qualitative with this type of case study. Data and data sources in this study include basic data and supporting data collection techniques in this study, using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis technique with data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions (verification). Checking the validity of data using triangulation. The results of the study concluded that the role of Indonesian teachers when familiarizing the behaviour of positive character in the school is, first the teacher domiciled into someone who caused the change. The teaching of a teacher as a figure is being drafted and imitated, because the teacher is a mirror for the development of students ' character education. The two teachers must continue to revive the spirit and ability of the learners.  All three teachers are able to unleash the potential of their own learners. The four teachers must be able to teach the learning that contains the character and contain activities on the stage of the deers, reading, writing, and speaking, so that the learners can know the qualities that have themselves.

This research was aimed to find out one of the Da’wah activists, namely KH Asyhari Marzuqi in delivering Da’wah material. Was it using persuasive words or just the opposite, coercive that causes fear? By using persuasive communication theory and other related theories, researchers analyzed the data using qualitative research methods. The approach used in this study was a case study. Data analysis model was with explanation development. Qualitative research is identical to a critical and interpretative research. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained the result that KH Asyhari Marzuqi was a figure of Da’i who was able to preach persuasively. As a communicator, he meets the standards for persuasive da’i. Meanwhile, the message delivered was also a language of invitation that is soft and without coercion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu aktivis dakwah, yakni KH. Asyhari Marzuqi, dalam menyampaikan materi dakwah. Apakah menggunakan kata-kata persuasif atau justru sebaliknya, koersif yang menimbulkan ketakutan? Dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi persuasif dan teori terkait lainnya, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Model analisa data dengan pengembangan penjelasan. Penelitian kualitatif identik dengan sebuah penelitian yang bersifat kritis dan interpretatif. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa KH Asyhari Marzuqi merupakan sosok da’i yang mampu berdakwah secara persuasif. Sebagai seorang komunikator, ia memenuhi standar untuk dikatakan da’i persuasif. Sementara, pesan yang disampaikan juga berupa bahasa ajakan yang bersifat lembut dan tanpa paksaan.

The research aims to analyze the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study.  Research to analyze the online learning process during pandemic Covid-19 in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. Violence cannot be separated from the role of humans as the perpetrators. One of the many cultural activities owned by Madurese tribe in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang is carok, a deeply rooted culture that has become a tradition. Inspired by A Latief Wiyata's thoughts, the problem that will be raised in this research is how the role of local ulama to resolve such problem. This study employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Its orientation is to understand the meaning of the indications and phenomena that occur in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang. In the process of retrieving data, researchers uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study shows that carok in this area is described as an attempt to kill each other which is committed by men using sharp weapons in the form of celurit. The causing issues are self-esteem harassment, inheritance and revenge actions. Key words: Ulama, Carok, and Criminal Law

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aimed to find out. Implementation of Family Planning Program in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used in this study was descriptive qualitative research with phenomenology that was inductive. Data collection techniques used by researchers were interviews with eight informants, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity was used triangulation that was source triangulation, triangulation time, and triangulation technique. The results of this study indicated that the Family Planning Program seuccessfully run well wuth evidence that the satisfaction of people who had used KB, but still needed to improve access to quality services in Family Planning Program in Baraka District Enrekang Regency Keywords implementation of Family Planning Program (KB).Key words: The implementation of Family Planning Program (KB).
