Objectives: Selecting technologies for formal assessment poses a great challenge to health technology assessment agencies. This study aims to contribute to the creation of a reference framework for the identification, filtering, and prioritization of new and emerging technologies which could be demanded in clinical practice within the next 1–2 years. Methods: Technologies were identified using a prevalidated systematic Medline strategy. They were classified by medical specialty and then sent to selected professionals belonging to the medical units or areas responsible for their application, until there was a minimum of three participants per health care setting. A self-administered questionnaire was drawn up and health professionals were asked to: (1) assess the degree of innovation of the technologies, and (11) score their foreseeable clinical impact on the basis of predefined prioritization criteria (n = 4). Intra-rater reliability was analyzed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC).Results: The Medline search yielded 246 potentially relevant technologies. When analyzed by health care area or unit, sixty-eight were deemed to be high-impact innovative technologies (median score >6), with ICCs ranging from 0.03 to 0.83. The final list resulting from the aggregate analysis comprised fifty-one technologies. Conclusions: This study constitutes an innovative contribution to horizon scanning, providing a systematic and reproducible basis for the identification and selection of relevant new and emerging technologies based on the views and values of health professionals involved in their use. In our opinion, the current proposal could be helpful and useful to many other organizations worldwide, serving to complement already existing strategies.

Innovations were the source of development of all spheres of life activities at all times. At present, the management of any organization is greatly influenced by the active development of innovative technologies of the third and fourth industrial revolutions. At the same time, innovative technologies can have both positive and negative effects. Therefore, when managing innovation activities of an enterprise, the requirements for thoroughness of their analysis are increased. It is necessary to make decisions about the expediency of choosing innovations for a particular enterprise (organization), taking into account the utility and consequences of implementation, to choose models that allow to take into account the specifics of a particular situation, the nature of innovations, their correspondence to the profile, resource and scientific and technical potential of the enterprise, market requirements, stages of the life cycle of the production technology, industries of the enterprise. The paper aims to substantiation of the models for management of innovative activity of the industrial enterprise. To realize the goal, a short analysis of modern technological innovations is carried out, recommended in the works of J. Rifkin [19, 20], K. Schwab [24] and the “Strategy of the Information Society Development in the Russian Federation for 2017–2030”. Based on this analysis, innovations are selected that can be used to develop a particular enterprise, and then models are proposed for more thorough evaluation and selection of innovations. The article briefly analyzes the technological innovations of the third and fourth industrial revolutions and suggests models for comparative analysis and selection of innovations. When developing models of analysis and selecting innovative technologies for specific enterprises and organizations, it is proposed to use methods of system analysis that are combined on the basis of an approach based on a step-by-step limitation of the domain of acceptable solutions and a gradual formalization of the model for selecting innovations. The analysis of innovative technologies and the proposed models are useful for the educational process of the university. The research was carried out on the example of the shipbuilding enterprise of Joint-Stock Company “Admiralteyskie Verfi”.

The relevance of the study is due to the establishment of scientific data on the inferiority of child nutrition and the possibility of improving the diet through innovative technologies of beverages based on vegetable raw materials. The data on the substantiation of the choice of vegetable raw materials for the production of child smoothies are given. Their expediency, nutritional and energy value are characterized. Data on the chemical composition of the created beverages are given, which confirm the effectiveness of used raw materials. Functional foods should meet 10‑50 % of daily needs. When creating functional compositions, a key place is occupied by a set of predicted functional and technological characteristics and properties, compatibility and specificity of interaction with other components of recipe mixtures and finished products. Just this complex determines the feasibility of using functional compositions for culinary products. Functional products are created on the principle of food combinatorics by reasonable quantitative selection of basic raw materials, ingredients, food supplements, the combination of which provides the formation of the desired organoleptic and physicochemical properties, as well as a given level of nutritional, biological and energy value. The aim of the study: to establish the chemical composition of vegetable raw materials and the development of innovative technologies for child food beverages based on functional compositions, recipe mixtures and finished products

Abstract The articles presents the methodology and results of electromagnetic compatibility tests conducted on a non-commercial prototype of the Mining Mobile Inspection Robot. The tests were carried out in an accredited laboratory of the Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG in compliance with European standards harmonized with the 2004/108/EC (EMC) directive. In the article the testing stands were characterized along with the test types, performance criteria and test results. The testing methodology and the selection of standards can be a pattern to conduct electromagnetic compatibility tests for similar products designed for the mining industry.

In order to meet the current requirements of the automotive industry, associated with the creation of a machining center for the production of cylindrical welded and turned components for the construction of solenoid valves, innovative technologies are needed for joining different materials of construction. The article presents the results of the research on the applicability, production of steel electrovalves elements in the AISI303 and 11SMnPb30 grades, an innovative solution consisting in the combination of HSFW high speed friction welding and friction welding using the FSW method. As part of the research, inter alia, a welding station, selection of the shape and dimensions of tools, selection of welding parameters for the HSFW / FSW method, and tests of mechanical properties of the resulting joints were carried out. The obtained results indicate that the obtained connections are characterized by high and reproducible quality.

The selection of appropriate wastewater treatment technologies for coastal tourist areas is important in the sense that they have to meet stringent effluent limits in a simple and easy to operate flow scheme. This paper outlines different effluent standards implemented in sensitive coastal areas and briefly discusses the merit of a number of innovative technologies, namely the sequencing batch reactor, the intermittent aeration process, the moving bed reactor and the biofim-filter-sequencing batch reactor system, either as a batch or continuous flow process applicable in these areas.
