<em>The toddler’s first words were unintelligible speech by adult. This study was conducted to investigate the language development undergone by a 18-months bilingual toddler. The study of language development had two perspectives in terms of clinical and linguistic perspective. This study was a linguistic perspective to find out the language development processes especially in phonological processes undergone by a 18-months bilingual toddler. This study employed descriptive case study as the method with observation and video recording as the data collection. The participant of this study was a 18-months Javanesse-Indonesian toddler. The data were collected for 30 days. The data were categorized and analyzed based on </em><em>Ingram's theory (1976)</em><em>. The result revealed that there were three categories of phonological processes undergone by 18-months Javanesse-Indonesian toddler such as substitution, assimilatory, and syllable structure processes. The syllable structure processes with initial consonant deletion is the most dominant types of phonological processes. The results are expected to enrich the study of language development especially in a 18-months Javanesse-Indonesian toddler in which the information will benefit for the practicing clinicians.</em>

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

The descriptive  research examines the effects of educational media on children’s language development . It aims to answer the following questions; a) To what extend does the educational media influences the children’s language development? b)  Do parents interact with their children during co-viewing ? Since many of the children in this era are exposed to educational media programs/apps/ games at a very young age, it is important for the researcher to find out the extend educational media influences children’s language development and  do parents co-view and interact with the children.  Five parents with children from age one year of age to pre-school were interviewed face to face. The research is carried out at Seberang Perai Urban Area targeting parents who send their children to middle income kindergartens. Face to face interviews were carried out to find out to what extend educational media  influences on children’s language development and to find out whether parents co-view and interact with their children. Upon completion of the data collection , the results will be used to determine the positive and negative part of educational media on children’s language development and how parents co-view and interactions can  benefit them.

Financing using a sale and purchase contract is one of the most dominant financing in Islamic financial institutions. One of the Islamic microfinance institutions namely baitul maal wat tamil has two types of sale and purchase agreements on its financing products, namely the contract of sale and purchase of murabahah and bai bithaman ajil. This study discusses the concept of financing based on the sale and purchase contract, namely murabahah and bai bithaman ajil on baitul maal wat tamwil (BMT) Pahlawan Tulungagung. The things that need to be reviewed in the practice of the ajabahah and bai bithaman contract are adjusted to the points in the DSN-MUI Fatwa on murabahah financing. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive case study strategies. Data collection through interviews with four respondents consisting of financing managers, managers and two members of the financing of buying and selling financing and documentation. Interpretation and conclusions are made by linking between data obtained in interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the concept of financing murabahah and bai bithaman ajil in BMT Pahlawan is not fully in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding the purchase of goods. However, this is still tolerated because of the limitations of BMT to purchase goods which then applies the Al-hajatu tunazzilu rule, manzilata al-dharurah, which is a requirement or need to occupy an emergency position so that the purchasing system is allowed.Keywords: Financing, Murabaha, Bai bithaman ajil, DSN-MUI, BMT Pahlawans

This study aims to figure how is the dynamic or economic condition change caused by the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga Tomb to stall sellers who most of them are the locals lives around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb. The research method used is descriptive case study method. Where the data collection done by interview and observation. In this research, the informant is the parties involved in the tourism activity, which is the seller, the visitor, and the worker around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb, Demak District. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and make a conclusion.The research result suggests that the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb Demak District brings economical change towards the seller works around.

This study aims to explain and describe the interaction of policy actors in the implementation of online learning. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, documentation, and interviews. The instruments in this study were: a) the researcher himself, b) interview guidelines, c) supporting tools in the form of books, pens, and d) related documents. The results showed that actor interaction can occur if there is communication between implementing actors. Communication in the implementation of online learning can be seen in the accuracy or accuracy of communication and consistency of communication regarding online learning information from the principal to the teacher and finally to students and parents. Interaction between actors, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents in the implementation of online learning has not been carried out effectively. This is because the interaction between implementing actors is unresponsive to one party, namely students and parents. Apart from that, giving complicated and difficult assignments by the teacher, which makes it difficult for students and parents to understand, is also a factor in the existence of negligence or delay

This article will try to analyze and to evaluate the Online Public Access Catalog that is available in Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Cikini. This research uses qualitative approach with the method of descriptive case study. The data collection is accumulated through participative observations, in-depth interview with selected informants, and analysis on supporting documents. The result of this research shows that the Online Public Access Catalog that is owned by Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Cikini has several problems. It can be seen from the limited choices of searching mode, the usage of INDOMARC indicator codes in describing information bibliography of collection that often cannot be comprehended by public, the search results from the local library’s collections that are mixed with other library’s collections, to collection’s status and filter system that is not available

The study focused on ascertaining the phonological processes that characterize the speech patterns of some selected preschool children. Data was collected from a sample of ten (10) pupils from ages 1-5 spanning the accepted age range for pupils to be in preschool in Ghana. Productions of the participants on words were recorded and later analyzed to determine the phonological processes present. It was found that the phonological processes that characterized the speech of the sample are syllable structure processes (e.g. cluster reduction); substitutions; and insertions. Further, it was found that age has a role to play in the presence of phonological processes in the speech of an individual. It was found however that some of the pupils were able to correctly articulate sounds when they were repeated to them. The study recommends that this study be extended to other school children in the country as well as teachers and other stakeholders towards ensuring the school-going children learn English pronunciation the right way. <p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0897/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>

This research aims to find out the role of At-Taqwa mosque in Simorejo Surabaya towards the community. It uses qualitative approach with descriptive case study methodology. The researcher used purposive technique for data collection to determine the informant. Based on the technique, the researcher obtained seven informants which were the head of takmir, and six mosque jamaah from At-Taqwa Simorejo Surabaya. The data collection was done bydoing observation, documentation, and in-depth interview. The analysis of the data was done by using interactive model which were data reduction, data display and drawing the conclusion.The result is At-Taqwa Simorejo mosque has a big role in social empowerment because the community is involved in productive process which is based on equality and security, sustainability and cooperation which can run simultaneously so that prosperity can be achieved.

This research aims to find out the budgeting process of the National Amil Zakat Agency (LAZNAS) Nurul Hayat. The research data was obtained through the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data collection techniques using direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Empowerment, and Director of ZIS. The analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is an institution that uses a mixed method; the budgeting process includes the stages of preparation, budget ratification, implementation, and evaluation reporting. The budget system used is in accordance with a non-profit legal entity in the form of a foundation as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2004.Keywords: budgeting process, non-profit, Nurul Hayat

This study discusses the mechanism for distributing tabarru's underwriting funds surplus. The purpose of this study was to find out and understand the concept of the mechanism for distributing tabarru's underwriting funds' surplus at the Surabaya Office Family Takaful Insurance. In this study using a qualitative approach with descriptive case study strategies and data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results in this study are the distribution mechanism at the underwriting surplus in accordance with the products used by participants and will be processed after the submission of profit sharing by filling out a form submitting the results of the results made by insurance participants.
