Article described capitalist social life of modern Japanesse that was having individualistic characteristic. This high indivialistic life affected the availability of disconnected family life called muenshakai (無縁社会). This phenomenon caused social and economic shifts in the Japanese family. This research used qualitative approach elaborated in descriptive analysis. The object of research or data corpus was the problem of a decline in Japan population in terms of the breakdown of the family. The research results indicated that muenshakai phenomenon has emerged in Japan caused by some sequential events, those are: the 2nd World War “legacy”, the availability of baby boom, the abolition of shūshinkoyō (終身雇用), the decreasing of marital rate, the increasing of divorce rate, the decreasing of bith rate (少子化), and the lost of family relationship. It can be concluded that the urban individualistic life style is able to change the traditional thinking pattern into oportunistic one that becomes one of the causal factors of muenshakai phenomenon.

Today's family members face increasingly difficult situations. Changes in the times have shifted and shot far, which has an impact on the pattern of family life. So that the family must rebuild and rebuild a foundation that can answer the needs of the times and be in line with God's teachings. The family in managing and laying the foundation for future generations must have a solid foundation; Includes the foundation of family understanding, the foundation of family relationship patterns, the foundation of family goals, and the foundation for achieving goals. To find the results of this study using a qualitative approach that is based on the initial step by collecting the required data, then clarification and description are carried out. Meanwhile, the results are obtained through creating concepts that reveal one's personality and views of the future. Membina keluarga dizaman sekarang ini menghadapi situasi yang semakin sulit. Perubahan zaman telah bergeser dan melesat jauh, yang berdampak pada pola kehidupan dalam berkeluarga. Sehingga keluarga harus merekonstruksi ulang dan membangun kembali pondasi yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan zaman dan sejalan dengan ajaran Tuhan. Keluarga dalam pengelolaan dan menanamkan pondasi bagi generasi penerus harus memiliki dasar yang kokoh; meliputi pondasi pemahaman keluarga, pondasi pola hubungan keluarga, pondasi tujuan keluarga, dan pondasi pencapaian tujuan. Untuk menemukan hasil penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang didasarkan pada langkah awal dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan, kemudian dilakukan klarifikasi dan deskripsi. Sedangkan hasilnya didapatkan melalui membuat isntrumen konsep-konsep yang menyingkapkan kepribadian diri, menggali potensi dan pandangan terhadap masa depan.

This paper re-constructs how the reality of Indonesian marriage law is related to the decision on child rights disputes after divorce. Ideally, marriage wants the couple to be a happy and lasting family bond without ending in divorce. Legal events such as divorce, instead of being a solution to family problems, will actually cause new problems such as property or child disputes. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the reality of marriage law works, especially with regard to court decisions regarding child custody disputes. descriptive-analytical research method, an in-depth academic search related to this issue is certainly still a must, given the importance of this study as a means and recommendation to related parties in anticipating and reducing the reality of the high divorce rate in Indonesia. The panel of judges can break away from normative regulatory ties as long as it will bring justice and benefit to children. Child custody, for certain reasons such as the principle of appropriateness and propriety, even though juridically if before the child is 12 years old, custody of the child is in the power of the mother, it can fall to the father as long as the panel judges with sufficient evidence and testimony. However, this attitude still has a claim of legality from both theoretical sources and statutory regulations, and even becomes a reflection of the accommodation of the family relationship pattern entity that still upholds local cultural values.

AbstrakJenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey (lapangan) dengan pendekatan  kualitatif dengan mengeksploitasi data dilapangan dengan metode analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana ‘Model Pendekatan Sosiokultural dalam Pembinaan Keluarga pada Komunitas Pemulung TPAS Tamangapa di Kota Makassar. Dalam konteks pembinaan keluarga, khususnya pada komunitas tertentu, model pendekatan sosiokultural sangat penting. Karena setiap kelompok masyarakat memiliki budaya sebagai karya mereka sekaligus sebagai pengikat kebutuhan mereka. Pendekatan sosiokultural dalam pembinaan keluarga Islam, misalnya, lebih bersifat akomodatif terhadap nilai budaya tertentu secara inovatif dan kreatif tanpa menghilangkan aspek substansial keagamaan. Model pendekatan sosiokultural sangat tepat digunakan pada Komunitas Pemulung atau dalam bahasa Makasssar disebut Payabo yang bermukim dan melakukan aktifitas mereka di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Sampah, Antang, Kelurahan  Tamangapa, Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar. Dimana kehidupan seseorang dimulai di dalam lingkungan keluarga. Ia bertumbuh, jadi besar dan dididik di dalam sebuah lingkungan keluarga. Orang tua mengajar anak-anaknya bagaimana mereka harus bertindak. Karena itu, pembangunan keluarga seyogyanya selalu diarahkan pada terwujudnya kehidupan keluarga sebagai wahana persemaian nilai-nilai agama dan nilai-nilai luhur budaya bangsa. Kata Kunci; Sociocultural Approach, Komunitas dan Pemulung Abstract The type of this research is survey research (field) with qualitative approach by exploiting data field with descriptive analysis method which aims to give description about how 'Sosiokultural Approach Model in Family Development at TPAS Tamangapa Scavengers Community in Makassar City. In the context of family coaching, especially in particular communities, the sociocultural approach model is very important. Because every community group has culture as their work as well as binding their needs. The sociocultural approach in the fostering of Islamic families, for example, is more accommodative to certain cultural values in an innovative and creative manner without removing the substantial religious aspect. Sociocultural approach model is very appropriate to be used in Community Pemulung or in Makasssar language called Payabo who live and do their activities in the Final Disposal Place Garbage, Antang, Village Tamangapa, District Manggala Makassar City. Where a person's life begins in the family environment. It grows, gets big and is educated in a family environment. Parents teach their children how they should act. Therefore, family development should always be directed to the realization of family life as a vehicle for nursery religious values and noble values of the nation's culture. Keywords; Sociocultural Approach, Community and Scavengers

There are in the literary sources few examples of curial life extending over three generations with such a continuity of detail as is provided by Libanius in his references to the family of Argyrius. Yet in the more accessible works of reference, the student of the social life of the later Roman Empire will discover merely a shortened version by Ensslin (PW. Suppl. VII, 680) of Seeck's note on Obodianus (Briefe, 222). In addition, the index of the Teubner edition of Libanius presents much confusion between grandfather and grandson.Towards the end of his life, Libanius addressed to the Emperor Theodosius an open letter upon the parlous state of the curiae at the time, contrasting their present hard lot with the state of things which had prevailed earlier in the century. In dealing with the recruitment of fresh blood into the curia, he cites as an example of previous practice the conduct of his own grandfather (Or. xlix. 18). He, some years before his death in 324, had been instrumental in securing for a young foreigner named Argyrius an introduction into the curia of Antioch. This he had succeeded in doing, despite Argyrius' alien birth, his youth, and lack of property, even against the opposition of the then governor and the then sophist of the city, Zenobius. Oddly enough, there was a family relationship between Zenobius and Argyrius, which Libanius mentions at a later time (Ep. 101).

After the end of World War I and Poland regaining independence after 123 years of captivity, its situation was difficult in every respect. Entangled in various political problems, Second Polish Republic could not direct the right forces and resources to those areas of social life that were the most neglected and required quick and radical action. Lack of work after the war and increasing unemployment every year resulted in the deepening poverty of those less resourceful, inheriting poverty from generation to generation. Often the only salvation for the family was sending the children to work immediately after graduating from primary school or even earlier. The Polish government, aware of this situation, did not have the possibility to address the problem properly. The aim of the article is to show how difficult the situation of children and families can be when the national support system is ineffective. By analogy, it is also intended to emphasize the importance of activities undertaken by the present government for the benefit of children and families. Owing to the interest and various forms of support, children, regardless of their financial status, are provided with opportunities for development and a dignified life.

Abstract: Conflicts between religions that lead to violence. The clashes between religious communities in Indonesia cannot go away and happen continuously. Family indifference is also a problem for building religious tolerance. This study aims to describe family education as a major force in overcoming the threat of intolerance and its implications. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, literature study and online. For in-depth interviews, the informants consisted of seven people, namely academics, community organization leaders, Islamic studies researchers, and students. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that educational activities initiated by parents in the family need to be continuously encouraged to develop the importance of the spirit of unity. Parents can provide education about noble and positive values in social life. The danger of intolerance that increasingly threatens the integration of the nation, thus family education becomes a capital of strength in countering these worries. Overall family education has an important value in teaching children to have open insights in the midst of multicultural differences in society, religion and nationality.   Abstrak: Konflik antar agama yang berujung pada kekerasan. Benturan antar umat beragama di Indonesia tersebut tidak bisa hilang dan terjadi terus menerus. Sikap acuh tak acuh keluarga juga menjadi masalah untuk membangun sikap toleransi agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan keluarga sebagai kekuatan besar dalam mengatasi ancaman bahaya intoleransi beserta implikasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode  pustaka dan daring. Untuk wawancara mendalam, informan terdiri dari tujuh orang, yaitu akademisi, tokoh organisasi masyarakat, peneliti studi Islam, dan mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kegiatan edukatif yang diprakarsai oleh orang tua di dalam keluarga perlu terus-menerus digalakkan untuk mnegmbangkan pentingnya spirit persatuan. Orangtua dapat memberikan pendidikan tentang nilai-nilai luhur dan positif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Bahaya Intoleransi yang semakin mengancam integrasi bangsa, maka pendidikan keluarga menjadi modal kekuatan dalam menangkal kekhawatiran tersebut. Secara keseluruhan pendidikan keluarga memiliki nilai penting untuk mengajarkan anak agar mempunyai wawasan yang terbuka di tengah perbedaan multikultural bermasyarakat, beragama dan berbangsa. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Keluarga, Toleransi Beragama, Intoleransi.

Perempuan yang bekerja di sektor maritim mempunyai peran ganda, karena penghasilan suami sebagai pencari nafkah tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga. Dari fenomena itu, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah bagaimana peran ganda perempuan nelayan di Desa Muara Gading Mas Lampung Timur sehingga kedua tanggungjawab baik peran domestik dan publik berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran ganda perempuan nelayan di sektor maritim terkait dengan kontribusi perempuan nelayan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dan peran domestik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni pendekatan yang dipakai untuk memahami aktivitas kehidupan dan peran perempuan nelayan secara utuh dan holistik. Penelitian bersifat analisis deskriptif yakni menganalisis dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematis sehingga mudah dipahami dan disimpulkan. Adapun pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, dan foto. Hasil penelitian, terungkap mereka berhasil mengembangkan strategi adaptasi sehingga peran ganda tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Upaya yang dilakukan  adalah menciptakan sumber usaha baru, mengatur alokasi waktu, dan meningkatkan keterampilannya mengikuti berbagai pelatihan, serta usaha simpan pinjam. Women who work in the maritime sector have a dual role, because the husband's income as a breadwinner cannot meet the needs of the family. From this phenomenon, the problem is how the dual role of fisherwomen in Muara Gading Mas village, East Lampung, so that both responsibilities both domestic and public roles are successfully implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the dual role of fisherwomen in the maritime sector related to the contribution in meeting economic needs and domestic roles. This study uses a qualitative approach. The approach used to understand the activities of life and the role of fisherwomen holistically. The research is descriptive analysis that is analyzing and presenting the facts systematically so that they are easily understood and concluded. The data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and photographs. The results of the study revealed that they had succeeded in developing adaptation strategies, so the dual role could be carried out well. Efforts are made to create new business sources, manage time allocations, and improve their skills in participating in various trainings, as well as savings and loan businesses.

The Impact

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors and the impact caused by the problem of low teacher discipline. This study uses a qualitative approach, with problem analysis techniques using tree diagrams and descriptive analysis techniques. The location of this study was conducted at Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Through this research can find findings from data analysis or the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that the low discipline of teachers in Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency is caused by the following factors: (1) the teacher arrives late and returns before his time; (2) school regulations that are not implemented optimally; and (3) there is no supervision from the principal regularly and continuously. Keywords: Quality of Education, Teacher Discipline   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari masalah rendahnya kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis masalah menggunakan diagram pohon dan teknik analisis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian ini dapat menemukan temuan dari analisis data atau masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor sebagai berikut: (1) guru datang terlambat dan pulang terlebih dahulu sebelum waktunya; (2) peraturan sekolah yang tidak dijalankan dengan maksimal; dan (3) tidak ada pengawasan dari kepala sekolah secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.
