: The emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in Wuhan (china) named as corona virus disease 19(covid-19) caused by the novel corona virus SARS-CoV-2 has caused hundreds of thousands of mortalities across the world ,while the mortality rate is in millions, leading it to be declared as a global pandemic. Numerous research activities are undergoing to reveal the disease and etiological features of covid-19. In this review, some of the interesting aspects of covid-19 are discussed, that includes, the origin of the SARS-CoV-2, clinical manifestation, treatment and future aspects of the disease.

Introduction: This article includes the effect of Corona virus disease on cancer patients and their healthcare facilities. The global pandemic mentioned around the world has impacted the most vulnerable group of patients- cancer. With the assistance of RT PCR tests and HRCT, oncologists and doctors have tried to provide treatment to Covid-19 patients. Cancer patients are more susceptible to Covid-19 than non-cancer or non-survivor patients, according to reports. To avoid the prevalence and infection of cancer victims, WHO has suggested staying at home and continuing their treatment through telemedicine unless the situation is critical for which they might require therapy and/or surgery. Covid-19 is here to stay so we should practice with utmost care and precaution.

The corona virus disease, otherwise known as COVID-19, is an extremely communicable and pathogenic viral infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and has spread to almost all the countries in the world. The transmission of the virus is through touching of the nose, eyes, or mouth by a finger that has been contaminated through droplets on a surface when a carrier sneezes or coughs. Since the existing fingerprint devices are predominantly contact based, it implies that they can aid in the transmission of the virus. This paper discusses the application of fingerprint devices in notable places with high rate of COVID-19 infection as well as the threats to fingerprint technologies and the countermeasures. The need to change focus and orientation towards contactless biometric technologies as sure solution to the fear and animosity expressed towards contact-based fingerprint technology is also expatiated.

A series of acute and atypical serious respiratory illnesses were reported in December 2019 from Wuhan, a city of China. It spread to other places and became a global pandemic involving more than 200 countries of the world. Soon, it was discovered that this atypical respiratory illness was caused by a novel corona virus. It was named as the severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease caused by it as corona virus disease-19 (COVID-19). Since COVID-19 is a new viral disease, world is still struggling to find out a permanent remedy to control this serious health problem. It seems prudent to study or have a look on the pathophysiology of SARS CoV-2 in the light of available research. Further, a review on pathophysiology may give an insight on the potential therapeutic options. Being a new virus and having potential to cause significant morbidity and mortality in short span of time various approved drugs are being repurposed for the treatment of COVID-19.

Corona Virus Disease-2019 commonly known as COVID-19 which has been defined by the Novel Corona Virus. It is a family of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) and was first detected during respiratory outbreak. It was first reported to the World Health Organization on December 31, 2019. On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 eruption a global health emergency. As of 27-May-2021 169,095,283 confirmed cases have been reported in the world and 2, 73, 67, 935 cases in India. It is required to identify the infection with high precision rate but there are lots of deficiency in the diagnosing system that may resulted false alarm rate. Initially it could be detected through throat saliva but now it can also be identified thought the impairment in lungs from computerized tomographical imaging technique. This paper reviewed various researches over COVID-19 diagnosis approach as well as the syndrome in respiratory organs. There are so many imaging techniques through which lungs impairments can be detected that may diagnose COVID-19 with high level of accuracy. CT scan image is the best alternative for diagnosing COVID-19.

The novel corona virus disease (COVID-19) is a pandemic due to the global health crisis it has created in the world and greatest challenges that it has introduced in this 21ST century. COVID-19 is the the 5th pandemic which was first reported in Wuhan, China and gradually spread into the other parts of the world. This virus is a spillover of an animal virus and then also adapted the ability of transferring human to human. The virus is highly contagious due to rapid spread and constantly evolves in the human population.  COVID-19 pandemic is a lot more than just a health emergency, but it is also socio-economic because people are losing jobs and income. The COVID-19 disease affects physical and mental health due to isolation. Moreover, more and more countries are affecting the cases of COVID-19 which are rising very rapidly day by day. Therefore, every country needs to several actions which accelerates their safety health, balance between the protection of health, prevent economic and social disruption due to this pandemic. In the spirit of the solidarity, we all need to be contributing our self to protect this situation. However, every country is equally responsible for determining the measures to prevent or decrease the viral transmission. Government authorizes also trying to act for reduce disease’s trajectory and they focus on develop the vaccination and therapeutic drugs.  Aim: To find causes, symptoms, awareness, Prevention, and treatment of COVID-19. Conclusion: The world is going by the critical situation and that is COVID-19 pandemic which is originated due to corona virus. Shortness of breath, fever and dry cough are most common symptoms of the novel corona virus. COVID-19 is highly contagious, so we must keep safe distance from other people and wear a mast hand wash our hands frequently. As it were together can we overcome the interwoven wellbeing and social and financial impacts of the widespread and anticipate its acceleration into an extended compassionate and nourishment security catastrophe, with the potential misfortune of as of now accomplished advancement picks up.

Abstract Background: The novel coronavirus SARS‐CoV‐2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) and its associated disease COVID‐19 (Corona Virus Disease 19) has become a worldwide pandemic since its first cases in December 2019 in Wuhan Province in China. In Germany the pandemic started in February 2020.Case presentation: A 4 year old boy was presented and suffered from pain in the right hip. Arthrosonography demonstrated a significant effusion in the involved joint. The extended history revealed a slight but long lasting cold before. Serological findings were inconspicuous except for positive ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immuno Sorbent Assay) - test for SARS-CoV-2. Conclusion: In conclusion we believe that we can report the first case of reactive arthritis associated with SARS-CoV-2 in children.

 Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death   Initially, the World Health Organization (WHO) had mentioned 2% as a mortality rate estimate in a press conference on Wednesday, January 29 and again on February 10. However, on January 29 2020 WHO specified that this was a very early and provisional estimate that might have changed. 3.4% Mortality Rate estimate by the World Health Organization (WHO) as of March 3 2020.                           The concept of epidemic was very much well defined in Ayurveda, Acharya Charaka the great physician of all ages had mentioned the epidemic diseases under the heading of “Janapadodhwans”.The aim of this review study is to understand the ancient Ayurveda epidemic literature , to prevent people from getting affected by epidemic diseases and to enlighten on epidemic diseases prevention & Management through Ayurveda. The novel corona virus disease started  at Wuhan  in Hubei province of China as pneumonia of unknown origin  and it was found that  the causative organism of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) was Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus –type 2 (SARS-CoV-2).  Healthcare systems all over the world nearly collapsed due to unprecedented spread of the virus and the disease, COVID-19 was notified as a pandemic by WHO on March 11,2020.1,2  Until October 2020 more than 37 million cases and more than one million deaths have been reported worldwide from this highly contagious disease.

The world is currently witnessing a severe health crisis of its time. Everyone is juggling and struggling to fight a viral disease named Covid-19 (Corona virus disease 2019) caused by SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). The genome of newly identified virus is less than 30,000 letters long where pathogenesis involve from being asymptomatic to deadly in all age groups. Almost everybody is at a grave risk in such an unpredictable scenario where range of symptoms are so variable from people to people making this pandemic a threat to human race.

SARS CoV-2 i.e. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 is the cause for spread of contagious COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease-2019) in the world. According to resources, bats are the main source for SARS-CoV-2 communication, although the virus might have jumped from another transitional host to humans. COVID-19 was first diagnosed in Wuhan, China during end of December 2019 and has since increased progressively resulting in the current corona virus pandemic. The first case of COVID-19 in India was observed on 30th January 2020. Whereas the first case of COVID-19 in Indore (MP) was reported on 23rd March 2020 and since then it is increasing rapidly resulting in scores of casualties. Before the arrival of pandemic, Indore Administrative Department, Municipal Corporation, Health Department in co-operation with private hospitals were prepared to face the change. Jagadguru Dattatray Hospital & Research Center, Indore was one of the CDCP (Center for Disease Control & Prevention) and Isolation Centers in Indore. This paper highlights the challenges and strategies adopted by a hospital as an isolation center to fight against a world spread pandemic i.e. COVID-19.
