Balinese women today want to feel more beautiful and acceptable in society. Therefore, women do yoga inner beauty which makes practitioners healthy, someone's beauty will shine clearly, and lead to a healthy and harmonious life. In addition, women also need their self-actualization in the form of a career path for them. This study uses a qualitative-analytic method with an interactive approach. The results obtained are as follows. First, the reason why women choose inner beauty yoga at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is because women believe that doing inner beauty yoga and meditation every day can radiate inner beauty energy, making the body healthy, beautiful, and youthful. Second, the process of applying inner beauty yoga for women at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is starting from socialization, initiation process, worship, the yoga implementation process is carried out from level I to level V and level of purification. Third, the implication of the application of yoga inner beauty for women at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is that after participating in yoga, women become more patient, healthier, more beautiful, more harmonious, and more sincere in accepting the situation, and full of confidence.

Introduction: Osteoporosis is often not clinically recognized until after a fracture occurs. Individuals who have 1 fracture are at increased risk of future fractures. Prompt initiation of osteoporosis treatment following fracture is critical to reducing the rate of future fractures. Antiresorptives are the most widely used class of medications for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Many providers are hesitant to initiate antiresorptives in the acute post-fracture period. Concerns include interference with bone remodeling necessary for successful fracture healing, which would cause increased rates of non-union, malunion, and refracture. While such concerns should not extend to anabolic medications, physicians may also hesitate to initiate anabolic osteoporosis therapies due to high cost and/or lack of familiarity. This article aims to briefly review the available data and present a digestible narrative summary to familiarize practicing orthopaedic surgeons with the essential details of the published research on this topic. Results: The results of 20 clinical studies and key pre-clinical studies related to the effect of anti-resorptive medications for osteoporosis on fracture healing are summarized in the body of this narrative review. Discussion & Conclusions: While few level I studies have examined the impact of timing of initiation of osteoporosis medications in the acute post-fracture period, the few that have been published do not support these concerns. Specifically, data from level I clinical trials indicate that initiating bisphosphonates as early as 2 weeks post-fracture does not increase rates of non-union or malunion. By reviewing the available data, we hope to give clinicians the confidence to initiate osteoporosis treatment promptly post-fracture.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to examine school leaders' experiences with adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence systems in their schools. It examined the factors that led educational administrators to adopt one artificial intelligence program (ALEKS) and their perceptions around the implementation process.Design/methodology/approachThis was a qualitative case study that included structured interviews with seven individuals who have adopted artificial intelligence programs in their schools. Participants were identified through purposive and snowball sampling. Interview transcripts were analyzed and put through a two-step coding process involving in vivo coding as well as pattern coding.FindingsTwo major themes emerged from this study pertaining to the state of the diffusion of artificial intelligence through the adoption and implementation process. The findings indicated that school leaders were actively engaged in conversations related to AI adoption and implementation. They also created structures (organizational) to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence.Originality/valueThis is an original study that examined the experiences of school leaders who have adopted and implemented artificial intelligence in their schools. The body of literature related to artificial intelligence and school leadership is extremely limited.

This article focuses on representations of the yoga body on social media, explaining what the female body in an asana pose stands for in consideration of the dichotomy between Foucault’s docile body controlled by the technology of power and Anita Seppä’s “aestheticization of the subject” as a means of resistance. While socio-technological changes have introduced a new context in the modern era, the dominance of seeing and visual culture has remained central in late-modern society. Through social media, we have entered a new era of constructing self-identity in relation to gender and the body. Looking into the relationship between asana practice and self-identity in postural yoga, I investigate the imaged bodies of yoginis that function under the control of power and as a technique for self-actualization. Drawing from a visual analysis of Instagram posts and interpreting the bodily practices of yoginis, I will search for what happened to modernity’s docile body in the context of this new media.

It is well known that breast cancer carries many psychosocial consequences. For a deeper understanding of this topic, this study aims to analyze the relationship between life satisfaction, meaning in life, optimism, body image and depression in 55 women with breast cancer, organized into two groups: mastectomized and submitted to conservative surgery. The variables were characterized based on the results from the Auto-Actualização-SentidoVida [Self-Actualization-Life Meaning] sub-scale, the Escala de Otimismo [Optimism scale], the Body Image Scale, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and the Escala de Satisfação com a Vida [Life satisfaction scale]. Meaning in life and optimism were positively correlated with life satisfaction. Higher depression and body image disturbance appeared associated with lower life satisfaction. Body image disturbance was higher in mastectomized women. It was concluded that women submitted to conservative surgery do not have more life satisfaction than mastectomized women, requiring equal attention in terms of preventing depression and promoting positive variables.

Objek utama kajian psikologi ialah manusia yang terdiri dari jiwa dan raga. Dalam psikologi, raga manusia dapat berfungsi atau beraktifitas ketika jiwa mampu menggerakkannya dalam bentuk motif. Secara garis besar, jiwa bergerak yang berpadu dengan raga membentuk sebuah nama “diri/aku (self)” atau dalam satu konsep “kepribadian”. Hal senada juga menjadi bagian dalam kajian Islam (tasawuf/sufisme), kepribdian (akhlak) melibatkan dua substansi yaitu jasad dan ruh. Dua substansi yang saling berlawanan ini pada prinsipnya saling membutuhkan. Dalam hal ini tentu saja term “nafs” merupakan jembatan untuk memadukan keduanya. Berawal dari ulasan komparatif atau bahkan menyamakan antara Psikologi Barat dan Tasawuf, Robert Frager (seorang psikolog sekaligus syekh) dalam dalam bukunya juga membicarakan term yang sama (nafs). Dalam buku Psikologi sufi yang ia tulis, ia mengaskan bahwa tasawuf adalah pendekatan yang sangat holisik (mengintegasikan antara fisik, psikis dan spirit) dan memahamkan bahwa tasawuf adalah disiplin spiritual bagi semua orang tanpa kelas dan kasta. Dengan demikian, rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini ialah apa dan bagaimana definisi nafs, posisi dan karakteristik nafs dalam Psikologi Sufi dan tingkatan nafs dalam Psikologi Sufi perspektif Robert Frager. Dalam bagian kesimpulan, penulis menilik pada dua sudut pandang, yaitu sudut perkembangan nafs secara tasawuf dan mengkritisi aspek psikologis yang digunakan Robert Frager. Dalam sudut pandang sufisme, Robert Frager telah melakukan pengembangan dari konsep nafs yang telah dirumuskan al-Ghazali maupun al-Hifni. Namun demikian dalam tulisannya Robert Frager belum menyinggung hirarki kebutuhan yang diprakarsai Abraham Maslow ,terutama tingkat aktualisasi diri.The main object of psychology study is the human being as a wealth of body and soul. In psychology, the human body can function or act when the soul is able to move it in the form of motive. Broadly speaking, the moving soul that blends with the body forms a name called "self / I" or in a "personality" concept. The same thing is also a part of Islamic studies of tasawuf or sufism, personality (akhlak) involves two substances namely the body and spirit. These two opposing substances in principle need each other. In this case, of course the term "nafs" acts as a bridge to combine the two. Starting from a comparative review or even equating between Western Psychology and Sufism, Robert Frager, a psychologist as well as a sheikh, in his book also speaks of the same term (nafs). In his book of Sufi Psychology, he asserts that Sufism is a very holistic approach for it integrates physical, psychic and spirit and underlines that Sufism is a spiritual discipline for all people without class and caste. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this paper is what and how the definition of nafs, positions and characteristics of the nafs in Sufi Psychology and the level of nafs in the Sufi Psychology perspective of Robert Frager. In the conclusion part, the writer looks at two points of view, i.e. the nafs development in tasawuf and critiques the psychological aspects used by Robert Frager. In the view of Sufism, Robert Frager has been developing the concept of the nafs that al-Ghazali and al-Hifni have formulated. However, in his writings Robert Frager has not touched upon the hierarchy of needs initiated by Abraham Maslow, especially the level of self-actualization.

In July 1910 a letter, signed by Şamlı Abdülkadir Hikmet'ul-Hatib, arrived at the ministry of Şeyhülislam (Bab-ı meşihat or Bab-ı fetva) in Istanbul. The writer notified the ministry about the death of his father, the former shari'a judge (naib) of Jaffa, Hatibzâde Ebu'n-Nasr Efendi, adding that before his father died, he had appointed him as executor of his will. Accordingly, he asked the officials to allocate him financial support on behalf of his father's dependents: two widows and three orphans, a son and two daughters (SA dos. 3720, 3 Temmuz 1326/17 IIV 1910). The letter was passed on to the Council for Orphan Affairs (Meclis idare-i eytam), the body in charge of supporting the widows and orphans of deceased ulema. From there, it was transmitted to other departments in the ministry with requests to provide information about the late judge's career path, apparently in order to calculate the financial support for which the judge's relatives were eligible (ibid., doc. 1852, 19 B 1328/27 IIV 1910; doc. 417, 4 Ş 1328/11 IHV 1910; list, 17 Ş 1328/24 IIIV 1910). This letter, with the comments and information added by the clerks, was the last document filed in the personal dossier of the late judge in the archive of Bab-ı meşihat.

Abstract: The pulse is a pressure that is delivered in the form of a wave when the heart pumped up blood around the body.  Pulse is determined by the elasticity of blood vessels.  There are research showing the difference in pulse rate in the highlands and lowlands.  This research aimed to determine the ratio between the pulse of the people that live in the highlands (mountain area) and lowlands (coastal area). This research is an analytic method using cross sectional study.  The subjects of this research is 80 people living in the highlands and 80 people living in the lowlands.  The subjects are 18-65 years, physically and mentally healthy and they have been living at the area for 5 years.  The data were analyzed using non-parametric test Mann Whitney test. Based on the results of the Mann Whitney statistical test, it shows that there is a difference between the result  of pulse measurement  of the people living in the highlands and lowlands with asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) α = 0:03 (α <0.05), which means that there are significant difference between highlands and lowlands. The result of this research can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the measurement of the pulse between people living in the highlands and lowlands. Keywords: Pulse, highlands, lowlands.     Abstrak: Denyut nadi adalah suatu tekanan yang dihantarkan dalam bentuk gelombang saat darah dipompa jantung ke seluruh tubuh. Denyut nadi ditentukan oleh elastisitas pembuluh darah. Terdapat penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan denyut nadi di dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan denyut nadi  antara penduduk yang tinggal di dataran tinggi (daerah pegunungan) dan dataran rendah (daerah pesisir pantai). Jenis penelitian ini adalah bersifat metode analitik dengan pendekatan rancangan cross sectional study. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 80 orang yang tinggal di dataran tinggi dan 80 orang yang tinggal di dataran rendah. Subjek berumur 18- 65 tahun, sehat jasmani dan rohani serta tinggal menetap 5 tahun. Data di analisis menggunakan uji non parametrik yaitu uji Mann Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil pengukuran denyut nadi antara penduduk yang tinggal di dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah dengan nilai asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) α = 0.03(α < 0.05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada pengukuran denyut nadi antara penduduk yang tinggal di dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah. Kata kunci denyut nadi, dataran tinggi, dataran rendah.

Welding work which results in conjunctivitis is highly related to occupational health and safety science. Based on Outpatient Visits in all Hospitals in Riau Islands Province in 2019, 1767 outpatient visits were found with Conjunctivitis as well as other visiting disorders. Conjunctivitis in welding workers can occur due to factors such as the length of time a worker is exposed to welding light. The duration of exposure can cause an unsafe situation on the body especially on the eyes, which can cause photoelectric conjunctivitis. So the researchers wanted to find a long association with exposure to welding rays with the incidence of photoelectric conjunctivitis. This research method was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach conducted at PT. Bintang Inti Persada Shipyard Batam City. The sampling technique is total sampling with a population of 48 workers in 2019 and obtained the results of 48 workers determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed by frequency distribution in cross-tabulation then tested by Chi-square. The results of this study found workers who were exposed to welding light less than 4 hours a day and did not experience conjunctivitis as many as 16 (69.5%) workers, then in workers who were exposed to welding light less than 4 hours a day and experienced conjunctivitis as much as 7 ( 30.5%) workers. Whereas workers who were exposed to welding rays more than or equal to 4 hours a day and did not experience conjunctivitis were 6 (24%) workers, then workers who were exposed to welding rays more than or equal to 4 hours a day and experienced conjunctivitis as many as 19 (76 %) workers. From the analysis results obtained p = 0.002 with a significance level (α) ≤ 5% (0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the length of exposure to welding rays with the occurrence of conjunctivitis. Conclusions: Based on this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the length of exposure to welding rays with the incidence of photoelectric conjunctivitis at PT. Bintang Inti Persada Shipyard in 2019
