The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of role overload, budgetary participation, environmental uncertainty, organizational culture, competence, and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah. The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. Saturated sample method is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples so that the number of respondents in this study is 90 respondents. The data used in the form of primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that role overload negatively affected employee performance, budgeting participation had a positive effect on employee performance, environmental uncertainty had a negative effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance, competency had a positive effect on employee performance, and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work ethic on employee performance in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in March to April 2019. The sample used in this study were all employees, amounting to 57 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method or takes the entire total population. Data collection methods used were qualitative using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analysis of the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test. Multiple linear analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value of organizational culture of 2.986> t-table 2.004. (2) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value of t-work ethic of 0.386 > t-table 2.004. (3) Organizational culture and work ethics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the f-count value of 22.723 > f-table 3.16. The adjusted R square variant value = 0.437 or 43.7%, meaning that the organizational culture and work ethic variables are able to explain the employee performance variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

The application of the principles of good governance and organizational culture is very important in managing the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principles of good governance and organizational culture on the financial performance of the Denpasar City Credit Institution (LPD). This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data. The population in this study were all LPDs in Denpasar City as many as 35 LPDs. The sampling method used in this research is the saturated sample method so that the entire population is sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis note that the principles of good governance consisting of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and equality simultaneously have a positive effect on financial performance. While organizational culture has no effect on financial performance. Keywords : Good Governance; Organizational Culture; Financial Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, and Individual Innovation Capability variables on the improvement of Employee Performance. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 50 respondents of functional functional employees in the Center for Agricultural Technology Study in Central Java.The section consists of instructors, researchers, technicians and librarians. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Testing of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables used the sobel test. The results showed that (1) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance,(2) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(3)individual innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance,(4) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance,(5) learning organization has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(6) learning organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In this study, of the 4 variables that have the most influence in relation to one another. Namely the Individual Innovation Capability variable with a beta amount of 0.530. This shows that the real employees in their hearts need support to explore themselves. Then get the freedom to express new innovations they find and be given training in new technologies. This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire, the sample was taken using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at the PT XYZ office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile Employee Engagement becomes a mediation between Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Engagement perfectly mediates Intrinsic Motivation. And Employee Engagement partially mediates Organizational Culture.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.
