This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work ethic on employee performance in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in March to April 2019. The sample used in this study were all employees, amounting to 57 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method or takes the entire total population. Data collection methods used were qualitative using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analysis of the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test. Multiple linear analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value of organizational culture of 2.986> t-table 2.004. (2) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value of t-work ethic of 0.386 > t-table 2.004. (3) Organizational culture and work ethics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the f-count value of 22.723 > f-table 3.16. The adjusted R square variant value = 0.437 or 43.7%, meaning that the organizational culture and work ethic variables are able to explain the employee performance variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine and prove the appropriateness of theory with facts, the influence of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance. The quantitative method approach with an associative (causal) form is used in this study. The sample-based on the existing population is 103 respondents. The entire population is sampled with a non-probabilistic sampling technique that is a saturated sample. Data analysis techniques that use inferential statistics (parametric) with the data eligibility test include validity and reliability tests, tests of prerequisites or regression assumptions that are residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis test is performed using the F test, the t-test, the correlation analysis, the analysis of the coefficient of determination and the multiple regression equations. The results based on the series of tests can be concluded. The predictive variables of F (simultaneous) test results (work ethic and work discipline) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) the value of Fcount>Ftable (34,855>3.09). The results of the test of the importance of work ethic in the performance of employees have a positive and significant effect, the value of tcount>ttable (5,212>1.98). Similarly, labour discipline in the performance of employees has a positive and significant effect, the value of tcount>ttable (4,997>1,998). The magnitude of the correlation predictor variables, namely work ethic and work discipline on employee performance, obtained a number of 0.641, which means a strong correlation (0.600-0.799). The percentage coefficient of determination of the predictive variables (work ethic and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) is 39.9%, where 60.1% are other factors that are not identified. While the regression equation obtained Y = 0.799 + 0.428 + 0.432. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta membuktikan kesesuaian antara teori dengan fakta terkait seberapa besar variabel-variabel prediktor etos kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel yang dipengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk asosiatif (kausal) penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel berdasarkan populasi yang ada berjumlah 103 responden, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial (parametris) dengan uji kelayakan data meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji prasyarat atau asumsi dasar regresi yaitu normalitas residual, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji F, uji uji t, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan persamaan regresi berganda.Hasil temuan penelitian berdasarkan rangkaian uji dapat disimpulkan. Hasil uji F (simultan) variabel prediktor (etos kerja dan disiplin kerja), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) di mana nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (34.855>3.09). Hasil uji signifikansi etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (5.212>1.98). Demikian pula disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (4.997>1.98). Besaran korelasi variabel prediktor yaitu etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat angka 0.641 yang mengartikan adanya korelasi yang kuat (0.600-0.799). Persentase koefisien determinasi variabel prediktor (etos kerja dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 39.9% di mana 60.1% adalah faktor-faktor lain yang tidak teridentifikasi. Sedangkan persamaan regresi didapat Y= 0.799 + 0.428 + 0.432.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of role overload, budgetary participation, environmental uncertainty, organizational culture, competence, and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah. The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. Saturated sample method is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples so that the number of respondents in this study is 90 respondents. The data used in the form of primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that role overload negatively affected employee performance, budgeting participation had a positive effect on employee performance, environmental uncertainty had a negative effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance, competency had a positive effect on employee performance, and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance On Eternal PT.Bandar Shipyard. Samples were employees working in PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard 66 people, sampling using sampling Nonprobably. This method is used by the sampling technique drawn from all members of the population .. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2) and t test (partial test), while the data processing using SPSS version 20.0 Results showed that test the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0268 which can be interpreted variable Organizational Culture able to explain the existence of the variable Employee performance is at 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study, but it is partially contained research the influence of organizational culture on the performance 4.844 0.000 Employee significantly. This shows that the t-test 4.844 is greater than t-table 1.699 which means that the independent variable is organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely Performance At PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard

This study aims to determine the interest, independence and learning resources of students' learning achievement in mathematics. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study were all students of class VII MTS Ar-Ridha Tanjung Mulia. The sample of this study uses a saturated sample, the saturated sample method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire with written techniques. The results of data analysis on the influence of interest in multiple regression, namely through the t test, the amount of 0.014 <0.05, it is known that the t count is 3.2k10. The result of independence thus, it is known that the value is 0067> 0.05 t count 1.927 <t table 2.07387. The coefficient of determination to determine the R square of independence (X2).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire, the sample was taken using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at the PT XYZ office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile Employee Engagement becomes a mediation between Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Engagement perfectly mediates Intrinsic Motivation. And Employee Engagement partially mediates Organizational Culture.

This study's research background aims to determine how much influence discipline, selection, and organizational culture have on employee performance. The object of research was carried out on employees who work at PT United Rope. The population used in this study was 136 employees with a sample of 101 PT United Rope employees who were obtained using a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Samples were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variables in this study are discipline, selection, organizational culture. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, data analysis with multiple linear regression, simultaneous test, and partial test. Based on the research results, discipline, selection, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study, variable field, selection, and corporate culture will improve employee performance. Employee performance will increase if employees can be disciplined in carrying out their work. The company can select employees well in occupying a position, and employees who can apply organizational culture properly will have increased performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at T. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the effect of motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at pt. the world of wirasubur magic. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti numbered 75 people with a saturated sampling technique using total sampling obtained a research sample of 75 people.The results showed that partially and simultaneously motivation, leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.492, this result means that 49.2% of employee performance variables can be explained by motivation, leadership, organizational culture variables, while the remaining 50.8% is explained by other variables not examined.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi (X1), Pelayanan Prima (X2) dan Budaya Orgnaisasi (X3) dan pengaruhnya terhadp Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta, yang mana semua karyawan sejumlah 67 orang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi yang ada di perusahaan turut menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data melalui teknik pengambilan survey yakni dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Meski setelah dilakukan, hanya 59 orang yang mengembalikan kuesioner untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yakni SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, pelayanan prima dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelayanan Prima, Budaya Organisasi, KinerjaThis study aims to determine the effect of Competence (X1), Excellent Service (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) and its effect on Employee Performance (Y). This research was conducted at Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta, where all 67 employees were respondents in this study. So the sampling technique in this study is saturated sample, that is, all the population in the company also become the research sample. The method of collecting data through survey collection techniques is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Even after it was done, only 59 people returned the questionnaire for further data processing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using an application that is SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that competence has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Excellent service has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance. Competence, excellent service and organizational culture together have a positive (significant) effect on the performance of Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta employees.Keywords: Competence, Excellent Service, Organizational Culture, Performance
