This study aims to examine the significance of the effect of the dollar exchange rate and inflation on the profitability of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Profitability in this study is measured by return on assets (ROA) with the research period from 2014-2020. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression. The study results concluded that the dollar exchange rate and inflation had a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang during 2014-2020.

Purpose- This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and exchange rates on Return On Assets in Islamic Banks for the period 2009 - 2017. Methods- The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Program Eviews. Finding- The results showed that CAR has a positive but not significant effect, while FDR has a significant positive effect, and the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on Return On Assets. AbstrakTujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan kurs terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Syariah periode 2009 – 2017. Metode- Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda berbantuan programEviews. Temuan- Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sementara FDR berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan kurs berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Return On Asset

Profitability is the ability of a company to earn a profit or measure the effectiveness of management of a company. The profitability ratio used in this study is Return On Assets (ROA). This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of liquidity, efficiency and bank size on profitability policies in state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks in Indonesia. The method used to determine the sample is a saturated sample, during the period 2013-2017. Data collection is done by the method of non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, efficiency has a negative and significant effect on profitability, bank size has a positive and significant effect on profitability and there are differences in profitability between state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks in Indonesia. Gold is a profitable investment from other types of investment. The price of gold in Indonesia increases every year. This is caused by several factors, namely US Dollar exchange rate, deposit interest rate, inflation, GDP per capita, and gold production. The Data used is time series data from 1990 – 2020 which are from Bank Indonesia, Kementerian Perdagangan, BPS Indonesia dan Gold Price. The research method is multiple linear regression. The result showed by partial test (t-test) that US Dollar exchange rate has a negative effect not significant on the price of gold, deposit interest rate has a significant negative effect on the price of gold, inflation has a positive effect not significant on the price of gold, GDP per capita has a significant positive effect on the price of gold, and the production of gold has a significant positive effect on the price of gold. For F-test US Dollar exchange rate, deposit interest rate, inflation, GDP per capita, and gold production has a significant effect on the price of gold. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) can be said that variance price of gold is 97,4% explained by US Dollar exchange rate, deposit interest rate, inflation, GDP per capita, gold production and the remaining is 2,6% explained by the other variables outside the research model such as Indonesia Composite Index (ICI), World Crude Oil Prices and the others.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between financial behavior based on income, financial literacy and a personal lifestyle. This study uses primary data through a data collection process by distributing questionnaires online (using Google Forms) among the total of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used here is SPSS, version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy variables and financial behavior. Meanwhile, income and lifestyle variables seem to have no influence on financial behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

The aim of this research to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership (MOWN) on Company value (Tobins) mediated by devidend Policy (DPR) in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for perid of 2013-2017. The population on this study were 14 companies with 7 companies that became the study sample. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative by emphasizing numeral data. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique using the path analysis test. The results showed that managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on firm value; Managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Devidend Policy; Devidend policy has a positive effect on company value; and Devidend policy mediates between managerial ownership of company value.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
