Problem setting. The development of the information theory conflicts is connected with the need to form new models that take into account new factors and features of real actions of conflicting parties in the information area. Currently, a fairly developed scientific and methodological apparatus for study of information conflict are models in the formalism of the Markov theory processes and game theory. At the same time, models based on dynamic systems are not sufficiently developed, and dynamic models of multilateral conflicts are not available in well-known publications.Target. The purpose of the work is to form a dynamic plurilateral information conflict model with different participant strategies.Results. The research results in a dynamic plurilateral information conflict model with different participant strategies. The elements of the model scientific novelty are: the conflict formalization in the form of differential equations system, which are based on the original modification of the Lotki-Voltera model equations; nine strategies for action by parties to a multilateral conflict with varying degrees of conflict; each strategy formalization in the form of coefficients or complex functions with the modeling possibility of their application and change in duel conflicts between each pair of sides.Practical significance. The model presented using in the article allows: to study the dynamic of changes in the conflict parties resources; identify local wins and losses in transition mode; to make conclusions about global wins and losses of the parties over the conflict duration; to make recommendations about party-specific strategies choice and parameters of their strategies usefulness for achieving global wins. These studies may be useful to those skilled special purpose information systems field, electronic warfare or information warfare.

The relevance. The priority of information confrontation in the postmodern era is to change the mentality of the nation and the deformation of national memory patterns, which is clearly reflected in the events associated with the attempts of the Russian Federation to restore its imperial status. Complex transformation processes in the development of the modern library system, the problem of determining its role and place in the protection of national cultural heritage, resisting attempts to purposefully instill hostile cultural values in the Ukrainian state in the context of integrated use of information warfare are given. The purpose of our scientific research is to reveal the essence of the socio-cultural dimension of information warfare in its memetic and network varieties and to identify the potential for library system functioning in the context of information conflict. The methodology. The author’s vision of the problem is based on the main principles of science: scientificity and objectivity. A systematic approach to determining the functionality of libraries enabled to establish the content and prospects of transformation processes of the modern library system in the information war and to determine its effectiveness in terms of performing tasks of effective information confrontation. The results. It is proved that the library, as a traditional collector and translator in the time and space of documented knowledge, the guardian of the national cultural heritage becomes the object of influence and manipulation in the terms of information warfare. At the same time, it can and should be an effective tool for information confrontation. The role and place of the library system in the types of information wars — memetic and network wars — are clarified. A number of functions of libraries for effective confrontation in the context of the specified types of information wars of the present are characterized in detail. The scientific topicality. For the first time, an attempt was made to comprehensively analyze the role of libraries in the information conflict. The tasks and functions of the library system as an effective tool for the protection of the national information space are specified. The practical significance. The results of the study can be used by librarians, as well as higher education institutions that implement educational programs in the specialty 029 “Information, Library and Archival Affairs” in the development of new disciplines (e.g. “Information Warfare and National Security”). It will provide training for library and information specialists at modern requirements level, taking into account the peculiarities of modernization processes development in the library and archives.

Problem setting. The coefficient of dynamic viscosity of metals is used in many branches of human life, but its search, for a more accurate assessment and interpretation, is currently insufficiently studied due to the variety of its application [1-4], as well as due to the uncertainty of the constant parameters of the environment in which it is applied or investigated. Target. Consider a number of known methods for estimating the viscosity coefficients of metals at different ranges of strain patterns. Results. The methods considered for estimating the viscosity coefficient of metals, during their scientific and theoretical study, did not give an unambiguous answer for determining the viscosity of metals. Practical significance. Further study of the dynamic yield strength and the dynamic viscosity coefficient of metals is necessary to achieve more complete results of the method of evaluating the viscosity coefficient of metals.

AbstractThe twenty-first century is the era of electronic warfare and information warfare. The focus is of the battle between all parties. CEEMD can link the time domain and frequency domain, describe the two-dimensional time–frequency characteristics of the signal, and draw the time–frequency diagram of the signal, so as to reduce the noise signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal. The purpose of this paper was to study how to adjust the signal square spectrum bandwidth ratio in the subject of identifying the intra-pulse modulation of radar, so as to solve the problem of identifying the type of radar intra-pulse modulation. The experimental results in this paper show that the decomposition result of EEMD is incomplete and the signal reconstruction error is larger. Compared with the previous two methods, not only the CEEMD method can effectively suppress modal aliasing, but also the decomposition result is complete; the signal reconstruction error is very small, and the decomposition results close to ideal value. The interleaving filter with a bandwidth ratio of 1:2 can divide the 100 GHz channel spacing into asymmetric output spectra with bandwidths greater than 60 GHz and 30 GHz, which effectively improves the current mix of 10 Gb/s and 40 Gb/s The bandwidth utilization of the system illustrates the success of the simulation experiment.

Problem setting. The theoretical and practical significance of the subject of contract result in the need of studying this issue in the context of the corporate agreement, especially in the terms of its concise and incomplete regulation. Analysis of recent researches and publications. V.A. Vasilieva, Yu.M. Zhornokyi, M.M. Sigidin, K.O. Ryabova, D.V. Lomakin, M.V. Trubina, V.G. Borodkin, M.S. Varyushin and others have been researched the subject of corporate agreements. Theirs scientific minds formed the basis of this research, but in the conditions of the corporate law revision, the relevance of this study is obvious. The purpose of the article is to identify the subject of corporate agreements based on a critical understanding of fundamental doctrinal and legislative principles of its definition. Article’s main body. Formalization of corporate agreements in Ukraine led to the studying of its subject matter at higher level and gave the possibility of systematizing the basic, constitutional considerations of such subject. Thus, at legislative level the corporate contract subject definition should (a) stand with organizational nature of the corporate agreement as the economic agreement; (b) define widely the object of obligations what is such agreement about - participation rights; (c) indicate the active or passive nature of the mutually agreed activities what are subject of the corporate agreement; (d) provide a broad approach to the increase the nature of the actions to be established - the development of an organization (including management, control). Conclusions and prospects for the development. Based on the research, the subject of corporate agreement should defined as mutually agreed procedure and peculiarities of realization of corporate and other rights of members of the company or abstaining from its realization and fulfillment of obligations during organization of activity of the company

The dominant physical phenomena in hydraulic drives are generally well known, why the model equations describing the dominant dynamics may be established with a high level of certainty. To some extend, this is also the case for the model parameters when these are based on data sheet information. However, parameters such as the effective bulk modulus, leakage, external disturbances etc. may be difficult to evaluate, and may furthermore be varying. In regard to control design, linear methods may be difficult to apply and stability margins difficult to evaluate, unless dynamic models are established prior to the control design. This problem may be overcome using adaptive controllers, adjusting themselves to uncertainties/variations. This often shifts the problem from adjusting the controller parameters, to adjusting the parameters of the control parameter adaption mechanism, which in many cases involves a significant number of parameters. This paper considers a novel adaptive control algorithm, theoretically applicable to systems of arbitrary orders, and potentially only with three tuning parameters. The proposed algorithm is considered in relation to the position control of a hydraulic winch drive, and results imply that excellent motion tracking performance may be achieved utilizing only state feedback.

Berlyne's stimuli were presented in a stereoscope to test his hypothesis that Ss prefer the more irregular member of a pair of stimuli. 32 Ss, screened for normal acuity and phorias, were tested. Contrary to Berlyne's hypothesis and consistent with earlier stereoscopic studies, Ss tend to report more frequently the less irregular member of a pair of stimuli. These data can be explained by an information-conflict model; however, the clearest implication of this study was that experiments concerned with familiarity of stimuli should be qualified by the method.

Information warfare is a challenge of modern society, concealing a huge destructive potential, which is no longer possible to ignore. The purpose of this research is to show the need, relevance and prospects for the study of the pedagogical aspects of the multifaceted, multi-level interdisciplinary problem of information warfare, which remains insufficiently developed and requires close attention of educational researchers. Among the spectrum of pedagogical aspects, we consider educational ones related to the formation of the readiness of military universities’ cadets for information warfare; use axiological, personality-active and hermeneutic methodological approaches and the principles corresponding to them. The presented results have scientific novelty, since they reveal the possibilities of improving the professional training of future officers of the Russian Army through the formation of their readiness for information warfare, these especially relevant and significant possibilities are not reflected in Russian psychological and pedagogical literature. We specify the key concepts necessary to study the role of education in the formation of the readiness of military universities’ cadets for informational warfare, shows methodological approaches and principles of the research, present a brief description of the technology of cadets' education, the implementation of which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of formation of such readiness. The practical significance of the research of the mentioned problem’s aspects and its results is determined by the opportunities that open up by the implementation of the educational technology for forming cadets' readiness for modern information warfare. Prospects for further research of the problem are associated, among other things, with the development of the pedagogical aspects related to the formation of an integral personality of a future officer in the educational process of military universities, and with the study of the readiness of military personnel for informational warfare as an interdisciplinary problem.
