Nowadays, a stream of various information, including hybrid information, is aimed at young people. That is why students are most focused on the virtual environment, and the sensuality of the individual goes back to the periphery of their spiritual life. Such a reality requires the use of complex efforts directed at returning a person to their essence. The relevance of our study is due to the young people's need to develop a sense of taste as an aesthetic category and the formation of criteria that would allow them to distinguish between the verity from distorted reality and the good from evil. The purpose: to confirm the need for aesthetic education in future doctors' training because it strengthens students' active national and civic positions. Aesthetic education lays down self-consciousness, self-determination, and individualization. It helps to find life landmarks and affects relations with the outside world. Aesthetic education is the essence of the humanization of the individual, their socialization. It is a necessary basis and prerequisite to realize the individual abilities in the process of real life. During lectures and practical classes at the departments of Ukrainian Studies and Linguistics, as well as during extra classes, teachers pay considerable attention to the aesthetic education of IFNMU students. The methods of aesthetic education, which are used in the classroom discussion of artworks are as follows: respect for the individual, appeal to feelings, conversations and debates, problem situations, individual and group creative work. In particular, respect for the individual is especially needed when discussing ethical issues. For the formation of the aesthetic culture of youth, the basic thing is the sincerity of the student, the appropriate attitude of the teacher and the team. It is the expression of one's impressions, experiences, and thoughts, rather than a blind repetition of the view imposed by the teacher. Thus it enables the teacher to direct the aesthetic development of the personality in the right direction. Every opinion should be heard and discussed because this is how the teacher will be able to see the real level of students' development. This approach enables correcting erroneous judgments on time. Addressing the feelings of future professionals (conscience, dignity, and empathy) involves a thoughtful contemplation of works of art, which is preceded by the disclosure of cultural and historical conditions of the work. This process should be accompanied by a discussion and teachers' explanation. Conversation and debate presuppose a free exchange of opinions, a collective discussion of aesthetic problems, as a result of which aesthetic views and judgments are formed. During the debate, students defend their position. The reasoned speech of the future doctors is based on their level of awareness, erudition, and culture. The exchange of ideas and facts develops logical thinking, the ability to analyze, generalize and make conclusions. There are various ways of humanization and enrichment of future specialists' potential, but aesthetic training is the main one. Society pays attention in the critical periods of its development on aesthetic training. It acts as a final element in the higher education system, giving completeness and saturating the whole structure with the main content. The process of studying in a higher education institution is the moment in a young person's life when they should understand and realize their life meaning following their moral and aesthetic ideals.

Purpose of the study: The study is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of interaction between institutions of employment and development of higher education in modern Russian society. The current arrangement of socio-economic priorities in Russia contrasts with the true economic needs of the labor market and opportunities of the higher education system. In this regard, there is a need to create an integrated system of organizational and institutional mechanisms providing employment regulation and maintaining a balance of interests of the higher education system and the subjects of social and labor relations. Methodology: The study is conducted on the basis of the principle of interdisciplinarity to research the specifics of interaction of the subjects of social and labor relations in the sphere of higher education. The problem is considered in the context of institutionalism and neo-institutionalism methodology, both in foreign and domestic research traditions. The higher education institution is treated in the context of institutional methodology. Results: The work is based on the idea that the system of modern higher education is integrated into the subject space of social and labor relations. Thus, the state, the individual, the employer, and higher education institutions are both the concerned parties and the subjects of social and labor relations. But there is a certain disproportion in their interests. The sphere of higher education is characterized by some immanent features that distinguish it from other socio-economic systems that create public goods.  The provision and consumption of educational services involve benefits, both for the individuals and for the entire nation. The mission of higher education and the interests of social and labor relations subjects are closely linked. The interest boundaries of the subjects of social and labor relations necessitate their qualitative characteristics in order to summarize the specifics of satisfaction of their interests. Applications of this study: The results allow us to conduct a full and detailed study of social and labor relations phenomenon in close relationship with the system of higher education. Within the very framework of neo-institutional theory, it is possible to create a mechanism of management and control for development of employment, social and labor relations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The research problem of the study is the development of the higher education system in the context of subjective social and labor relations in order to find the solution to the employment problem.

Transnational teaching collaborations have many advantages, but also create challenges. Many challenges relate to distances between partner countries. The CAGE (cultural, administrative, geographic, economic) framework helps to assess and classify the impact of various distances. The framework was initially developed for a business context. We test the usability of the CAGE model in a higher education institution (HEI) context by relying on insights from an EU-teaching collaboration project. Within the project, students and lecturers from different HEIs consult real-life firms in going abroad. Teams from the home and the host country of the firms work together in these collaborations. We conclude that the framework is helpful for HEIs. Administrative distances seem to be the most crucial aspect in selecting the right partners for teaching collaborations, whereas geographic and economic distances are manageable. Cultural distances had less of an impact in our setting, but we expect a stronger impact for other projects. The teaching community can learn from the insights of the illustrated collaborations to avoid specific challenges and successfully set up cross-country teaching collaborations.

Education is considered as one of the main pillars of society. An educated society leads the development of a nation. Education is also one of the areas which is also strongly influenced by it and social change. The fact that the educational systems are in permanent change does not show instability. But rather on the other side, they serve to better adapt the society which is changing. Starting from the beginning the education system in Albania has experienced changes after the collapse of the communist system and the approach of society to these changes has been a sensitive issue. These changes were not very studied, since they were in a very unfavorable environments, in which our education system came from a widespread politicization, and they did not always have the right fruits which was often perceived by us as experiments. These changes have not passed without debate, not only by academics, but also by students and civil society. Methodology: The work is based on a comparative analysis over these three decades, relying also on INSTAT’s statistical data.Main results: In this paper, I will show the transformation of the higher education system and how today the Law on Higher Education after three years of implementation has encountered a number of problems where the state and universities are moving from one to the other and finally that those who suffer the consequences of this law are the Albanian young who are not finding themselves in the Albanian market.

A Deputy does not have to inform the Marshal of the Sejm about an intention of being employed as an assistant professor in a higher education institution, because it is a creative activity of an individual nature. Such obligation would exist if a Deputy had to perform additional responsibilities (apart from a pure academic or didactic work). In such case a Deputy would lose the right to receive a salary. However, s/he could apply for a partial salary – in the sum equal to the difference between a full Deputy’s salary and an additional one (received as a result of an additional employment).

Authentic assessment plays a great role in enhancing students' learning and makes them competent in their study area. Studies indicate that assessment is authentic when the tasks have real-life value and students perform real-world tasks. Therefore, this chapter shows how lecturers practice authentic assessment to enhance students' learning in a higher education institution. To achieve this, the authors used a phenomenological qualitative research design. An interview was used to collect data. The result indicated that lecturers are highly dependent upon traditional assessment methods, which have no significant contribution to the competency of students. The practice of authentic assessment methods as a tool to enhance students' learning is limited. Therefore, the authors can conclude that enhancing students' learning using authentic assessment in their study areas is untenable if the lecturers continue to utilize their current assessment practices.
