This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of e-learning content design in the economic subject on learning outcomes moderated by student gender. The level of content design is measured through indicators of interface design, functionality, system support, usability, convenience, satisfaction, goals, active learning style, basic concepts, problem solving and experience. The level of learning outcomes is measured through the indicator of the test score results. This study uses an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires those are distributed to 197 students of the Social Sciences major with a sample of 132 students at SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate 1) The level of content design has a positive effect on the level of learning outcomes. The higher the level of e-learning content design on the economic subject, the higher the learning outcomes will be obtained by students. 2) Gender does not moderate the positive effect of the level of content design on the level of learning outcomes. However, the positive influence on content design for the male group is stronger.

Educational technology is developing rapidly, making education more accessible, affordable, adaptable, and equitable. Students now have the option to choose a campus that can provide excellent blended learning curriculum with minimal geographical restraints. We proactively explore ways to maximize the power of educational technologies to increase enrollment, reduce failure rates, improve teaching efficiency, and cut costs without sacrificing high quality or placing extra burden on faculty. This mission is accomplished through open source learning content design and development. We developed scalable, shareable, and sustainable e-learning modules as book chapters that can be distributed through both computers and mobile devices. The resulting e-learning building blocks can automate the assessment processes, provide just-in-time feedback, and adjust the teaching material dynamically based upon each student’s strengths and weaknesses. Once built, these self-contained learning modules can be easily maintained, shared, and re-purposed, thus cutting costs in the long run. This will encourage faculty from different disciplines to share their best teaching practices online. The end result of the project is a sustainable knowledge base that can grow over time, benefit all the discipline, and promote learning.

Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

In gesture-aided learning (GAL), learners perform specific body gestures while rehearsing the associated learning content. Although this form of embodiment has been shown to benefit learning outcomes, it has not yet been incorporated into e-learning. This work presents a generic system design for an online GAL platform. It is comprised of five modules for planning, administering, and monitoring remote GAL lessons. To validate the proposed design, a reference implementation for word learning was demonstrated in a field test. 19 participants independently took a predefined online GAL lesson and rated their experience on the System Usability Scale and a supplemental questionnaire. To monitor the correct gesture execution, the reference implementation recorded the participants’ webcam feeds and uploaded them to the instructor for review. The results from the field test show that the reference implementation is capable of delivering an e-learning experience with GAL elements. Designers of e-learning platforms may use the proposed design to include GAL in their applications. Beyond its original purpose in education, the platform is also useful to collect and annotate gesture data.

The ability to understand concepts is one of the goals of mathematical ability. One of the factors for the lack of ability to understand concepts is self-confidence. This study aims to determine the relationship between students' self-confidence and understanding of mathematical concepts in class XI MIA SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. This study uses inferential research where inferential research is a study that tests a hypothesis, and relates one variable to another with quantitative analysis. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA 1 SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. The research instrument used was a self-confidence questionnaire and a test for understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and product moment correlation.Based on data analysis, the regression coefficient of the questionnaire score (b) is with a significant level of 0.05 because the regression coefficient (b) is positive, so there is a positive effect of X on Y. It means that the bigger X, the bigger Y on average. The close linear relationship between X and Y can be seen from the correlation coefficient r = where r approaches 1, then a positive linear relationship between X and Y so that it can be concluded that the bigger X, the greater Y and self-confidence has a positive influence on the ability to understand concepts of class XI students. MIA 1 SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam.
