In the Republic of Serbia, education reforms have been implemented since 2000 with the aim of harmonizing this important field of society with the so-called European Education Area. The whole range of changes lawfully adopted and applied in practice at all levels of institutionalized education is mainly directed towards the standardization and unification of "domestic" education with the educational paradigms of a neoliberal society. Maintaining the continuity of cultural development and the formation of cultural identity are important issues for overall social development, and they are not given proper attention in the education strategy. In addition to that, the institutional preparation of future teachers does not sufficiently focus on this issue.In this paper we consider: (1) the normative framework that regulates the field of primary education and the formation of cultural identity in the Republic of Serbia, (2) the factors influencing the process of training future teachers for the formation of cultural identity and (3) the teachers’ competencies as a support to the formation of the cultural identity of younger school-age children.The importance of the harmonization of the basic guidelines of the normative framework regulating primary education and the formation of cultural identity with the basic intentions of preparing future teachers is emphasized. Especially from the perspective of the role of teachers in the process of establishing and preserving the cultural identity of generations reaching compulsory primary education in the context of intergenerational transmission of culture, cultural patterns and values. At the same time, the paper emphasizes the insufficient presence of content in the education of future teachers that would adequately prepare them for understanding the complex problem of forming a cultural identity.The authors point out the importance of the groundedness of future teachers’ preparation in terms of their academic knowledge of society, history and culture. The aim of the paper is to emphasize the importance of developing teachers’ competencies necessary for understanding identity issues and forming a cultural identity.The paper employs the descriptive-analytical method.

The article talks about the author's scientific and tourist trip to the Republic of Buryatia. Some cultural and natural attractions are described. An attempt is made to identify the main trends in the cultural development of Buryatia. The problem of preserving cultural identity by the people of Buryatia is raised. As a favorable factor in the preservation of cultural identity, the peculiar cultural stability of the national culture of the indigenous population of Buryatia is indicated, which can be traced both by examples from everyday life, in particular the immunity of the population to large fast-food chains, and the attention of representatives of the Buryat people to the preservation of spiritual traditions, attention to which runs through the life of modern Buryats. However, there are also negative factors. The main one is the outflow of the young population to other subjects of the Russian Federation. Thus, according to Buryatstat data, natural population growth in 2020 could not compensate for the volume of negative migration. Despite the stable economic development of the region, including due to the growth of exports, this situation, unfortunately, is not unique.

The article analyzes the process of enforcing the peoples’ constitutional right to ethno-cultural identity, which is especially relevant in the conditions of multinationality and polyethnicity of the Russian Federation. The Constitution of our country guarantees the ethno-cultural development of the peoples of Russia. The choice of the study region is due to the fact that the Komi Republic is one of the most multi-ethnic national-territorial entities within the Russian Federation. The norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Constitution of the Komi Republic in the field of national life are successfully implemented in practice. The diverse national life of the Komi Republic, as a historically formed multi-ethnic community, found its direct reflection in 12 out of 103 articles of the Komi Republic Constitution that is currently in force. The constitutional norms analyzed in the study have been successfully working and implemented in the diverse national life of the Republic for a quarter of a century. The region has created a developed infrastructure in the field of interethnic and inter-confessional relations. At the expense of the republican budget, subsidies are allocated to support the activities of social movements and national-cultural autonomies. The state language policy is aimed at cultivating the traditional values of the Russian language, of the native languages of the peoples living in the Republic. Based on the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the model of state national policy is aimed at serving the peoples’ interests in a multinational region in its composition. Thus, the main importance of this model is that it enables the authentic culture of Komi people to develop; it is aimed at meeting ethno-cultural needs and the needs of other nationalities, as well as contributes to the formation of an All-Russian civil identity.

A growth in the number of deer and an increase in their productivity are closely related to the solution of the complex problem of reproduction and rational use of deer females. Significant damage to reindeer husbandry is caused by the barrenness of northern domestic deer, the level of which has been quite high in recent years. So, in the Republic of Sakha, on 01.01.2020, the number of domesticated reindeer was 152,068, of which female deer and heifers — 71,818, offspring per 100 females — 59, business yield amounted to 52 fawns per 100 females. The causes of infertility are very diverse, as the natural and climatic conditions of the breeding zones have a significant influence on the reproductive function of reindeer. In Yakutia, the main population of northern domestic deer is bred in mountain taiga and tundra natural-climatic zones, so there are about 55 thousand deer in the mountain taiga zone and more than 65 thousand deer in the tundra zone. In this regard, the study of the peculiarities of the postpartum period course in domestic reindeer females, its morphophysiology, and behavioral reactions depending on the natural and climatic conditions of breeding is of great importance.

В статье речь идет о роли произведений Чингиза Айтматова в воспитании молодежи. В условиях перехода в новый социально-экономический период меняется нравственно-духовный мир молодежи, в том числе у студентов. С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Ключевые слова: общечеловеческие ценности, гуманность, нравственно-этические принципы, духовные ценности, рыночная экономика. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. Keywords: universal values, humanity, thinker, wise, moral and ethical principles, spiritual values, market economy.

Introduction. One of the regions of compact settlement of the Mordovian people is the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Mordovian population of the region was formed during the resettlement migration process of the ethnic groups to the Bashkir lands in the 17th and early 20th centuries. There is a small stand-out group of Mordva-Erzya in Bashkiria. They call themselves Murza and they have their own identity. They live in the village of Kozhay-Andreevo in the Tuimazinskiy district and in the village of Kozhay-Maximovo in the Ermekeevskiy district. Materials and Methods. This work attempts to reconstruct the history of formation of the class community of Mordva-Murza and to identify its ethno-cultural features. The study is based on the principle of historicism; the main methods are historical-genetic, comparative-historical, and problematic-chronological. Results. Based on the study of published sources and literature, it is shown the chronology and the main stages of the formation of the Mordva-Murza community in Bashkiria. It was revealed, this community was formed on the basis of a resettlement group of the Mordovian sluzhilye-served people in the 18th century. Field ethnographic materials testify to their ethno-cultural identity. Discussion and Conclusion. Mordva living in the villages under consideration can be defined as a separate ethnic-class community, which has its own identity, self-name, specific linguistic and ethno-cultural characteristics. In their language and culture, it is interweaved both Erzya and Moksha traits. Almost disintegrated in the 1980s the community of the “Kazhay Murzas” began to revive in the year of 2000. The observations show the desire of the inhabitants and natives from these villages to preserve and develop their “Murza language” and traditions.

This paper discusses the normative framework of regulating the right to protection of personal data relating to biomedical treatment procedures of patients as human rights. The subjects of analysis are the European Convention, the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine and the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia. The right to protection of personal data in the field of biomedicine is analyzed comparatively in terms of the content of this right and in terms of basis for limiting this right. The analysis is carried out to find answers to the question if the constitutional framework is consistent in terms of exercising this right, taking into account the constitutional provision on the direct application of human rights guaranteed by international treaties and other provisions that determine the status of international sources of law in our legal system.

This paper tries to examine "cultural existence" which is one of Bung Karno's "Trisakti" concepts delivered in his speech on the 20th birthday of the Republic of Indonesia, August 17, 1965. This ideology was deliberately brought up by Bung Karno in response to the practice of neo-colonialism. imperialism (nekolim) in the form of Western cultural hegemony towards Indonesian culture which is felt to be very detrimental in the future development of its people. Existence in a culture is actually a cultural identity, is the identity of a person as a citizen of a nation that is obtained from birth through the process of interaction that is done at any time in his life and then forms a special pattern that radiates characteristics to the person concerned. The Indonesian nation is a multicultural nation, a nation of diverse ethnic, cultural and religious diversity. This diversity has contributed to the formation of this nation, but when symptoms of disintegration occur it is often accused of being a source of conflict. Being in culture is an inspiring ideology that is absolutely needed by a multicultural nation such as Indonesia in anticipating various dynamics in society including dynamics due to globalization.

The article covers education integration, application of the integrated approach in developing educational programs for the vocational training of experts in primary and preschool education; different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «integration» are analyzed. It is noted that the use of interdisciplinary links was a prerequisite for the emergence of an integrated approach in education. The sequence of implementing integrated educational programs in the practice of higher education institutions is determined; the advantages and problems of using integrated educational programs in the vocational training of preschool and primary school teachers are characterized. The most effective ways of developing integrated educational programs are identified; the expediency of using the experience of training specialists for preschool and primary education of the Republic of Poland and Romania is shown.
