PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS MANAJER PT. SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) PUSAT

<p class="Default"><em>This study aims to look at the factors that influence managers’ productivity at PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero). Where was researchers wanted to see whether the training and motivation effect on managers’ productivity. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data were two kinds of primary data and secondary data. In this study, researchers used data needed by doing of direct observation in the relevant company, either through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples were  taken from this study as many as 100 managers’s. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that evident from the calculations, the t-count was 4</em><em>.</em><em>005 with sig</em><em>. 0000. This means that there is a positive and significant impact partially between the independent variable training to variable productivity. The calculation result obtained t count was 3</em><em>.</em><em>217 with sig</em><em>. 0002. This means that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the independent variable motivation and the dependent variable productivity. F test support the hypothesis that training and motivation influence simultanously managers’ productivity. The result of coefficient determination was 46</em><em>.</em><em>1 percent, which was</em><em> meant that other factors influenced managers productivity was 53</em><em>.</em><em>9 percent. Therefore, for further research that examines other factors that can affect managers’ productivity.</em></p><p class="Default"><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas manajer. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data ada dua jenis, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 manajer. Berdasarkan analysis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terlihat dari perhitungan, t-hitung adalah 4.005 dengan sig. 0000. Ini berarti bahwa ada dampak positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara pelatihan variabel independen terhadap variabel hasil perhitungan produktivitas. Dan diperoleh t hitung adalah 3.217 dengan sig. 0002. Ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel independen dan motivasi pada variabel dependen produktivitas. Uji F mendukung hipotesis bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas manajer. Hasil penentuan koefisien adalah 46.1 persen, yang berarti bahwa faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi produktivitas manajer adalah 53.9 persen. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berharap untuk penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas manajer yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</em></p><p class="Default"><em> </em><em></em><em></em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership in increasing employees psychological capital and creativity moderated by job satisfaction. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Telecommunications Company (Telkom). The sample used in this study amounted to 100. The data used are quantitative data by collecting primary data and secondary data. (1) primary data, in the form of distributing questionnaires in the field to employees of Telecommunications Company (Telkom) and (2) secondary data in this study. are literature, books, literature studies, and online media that can be found in libraries or the internet as supporting information for this research. The analysis used in this research is using smart PLS software to determine the effect of the independent, moderation and dependent variables. The independent variable in this study is authentic leadership (X1), the dependent variable is psychological capital (Y1) and creativity (Y2), while the moderating variable is job satisfaction (Z). The results showed that the authentic leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on Creativity. Authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital. authentic leadership moderated job satisfaction has an influence on creativity. authentic leadership moderated by job satisfaction has an influence on psychological capital. Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research.   The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. People living in the surroundings feel uncomfortable and insecure due to the activity of the night until the early hours Keywords :Response of Local People, Night Entertainment, Legian Kuta

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. Selection of research on "Cooking Class as Tour Packages at the Restaurant Laka Leke in Ubud Bali" is motivated the potential that cant be find anything in Ubud area which can be put into a package "cooking class", and how to plan a tour package "cooking class" in support of the potential that exists in Ubud. Data collection in this study was done by observation, interviews, and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source are the primary data and secondary data. Results of this study showed that of the observations made on potentiality of tourism in Ubud village is still a lot of potentials that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in Ubud village just focus on a few places in the Ubud area. For the Bureau of Tourist’s Travel or restaurant should pay more attention to making travel packages which involving local communities and make a package that is unique and different so will not appear tour packages that already exist.

The purpose of this study was to determine the price picture and customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. Next to determine the effect of prices on customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data and data sources are derived from primary data and secondary data. Research data were collected by conducting interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis includes qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded from the total respondents' answers about prices with the dimensions of price affordability, discounted prices, and payment methods to obtain good answer criteria. Then from the total respondents' answers regarding buying interest got high answer criteria. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis it is concluded that there is a positive influence between price on customer buying interest.

The background of this research is the decrease of service provide to tourist . Tourist destination should be able to give good service to the tourist. by giving good service, will creating satisfaction for tourist enjoying attraction and culture in the Jakarta pavilion Taman Mini Indonesia Indah The target of this research is to know about perception of tourist to the service quality of staff or guide in the pavilion Jakarta . Kinds of that are used are qualitative and quantitative, data source are primary data and secondary data, data collection by observation, deep interview, questionnaire and literary study. Technic of data analysis that is used descriptive qualitative and likert scale analysis. The result of the study is perception of tourist to the service quality of staff and guide in the Jakarta pavilion is neutral which means is not good or not bad with average of all is 3,45 from 50 respondents. The suggestion that can be given to the management of pavilion Jakarta the effort to the quality of service to improve the staff and guides quality in Jakarta pavilion.

Tenganan village of Karangasem regency is one of the ancient Balinese village. Tenganan village has the potential to be used as a variety of attractions both natural and cultural potential. One is the tourist tracking. Given that there are many potential Tenganan village that can be used as a tracking tour, but have not got a touch of communities and local governments. Lack of promotion and accessibility is one obstacle why several other attractions have not been able to flourish. In this regard, the issues raised are (1) what potential there is in Karangasem regency which is used as a tracking tour? (2) How to plan a tour package tracking can be developed to support the potential in Tenganan village? As for who becomes goals of this research was to determine the potential for tracking in the Tenganan Village, and how to plan a tour package tracking to support the potential of Tenganan village. Data collection in this research was done by observation, interviews, documentation and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source is the primary data and secondary data. Results of the research showed that of the observations conducted of the potential tracking in Tenganan village is still a lot of potential that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in the village of Tenganan just focus on gringsing fabric crafts and architecture of ancient houses, so that promotion to tourists to attractions alternative needs to be improved.

This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The purpose of this reseach to compare the income tax revenue of Article 4 paragraph 2 and the number of taxpayers before and after the implementation of PP No.46 of 2013 in the KPP Pratama Pamekasan. The data of this research is quantitative data. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. whereas secondary data were the Taxpayer Data and acceptance of Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 which is registered in KPP Pratama Pamekasan.Using descriptive analysis, the results showed that the implementation of PP No.46 of 2013 affect the acceptance of income tax article 4 paragraph 2. average growth before the implementation of  PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 12.01%, after the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 the average growth of after 16.72%. The result is strengthened by the result of paired test of t-test that is 0.000 0,05. So the acceptance of Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 increased by 4.71%. Average growth The number of taxpayers has increased. before the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 25.44% and after the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 for the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 33.80%.
