This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership in increasing employees psychological capital and creativity moderated by job satisfaction. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Telecommunications Company (Telkom). The sample used in this study amounted to 100. The data used are quantitative data by collecting primary data and secondary data. (1) primary data, in the form of distributing questionnaires in the field to employees of Telecommunications Company (Telkom) and (2) secondary data in this study. are literature, books, literature studies, and online media that can be found in libraries or the internet as supporting information for this research. The analysis used in this research is using smart PLS software to determine the effect of the independent, moderation and dependent variables. The independent variable in this study is authentic leadership (X1), the dependent variable is psychological capital (Y1) and creativity (Y2), while the moderating variable is job satisfaction (Z). The results showed that the authentic leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on Creativity. Authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital. authentic leadership moderated job satisfaction has an influence on creativity. authentic leadership moderated by job satisfaction has an influence on psychological capital. <p class="Default"><em>This study aims to look at the factors that influence managers’ productivity at PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero). Where was researchers wanted to see whether the training and motivation effect on managers’ productivity. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data were two kinds of primary data and secondary data. In this study, researchers used data needed by doing of direct observation in the relevant company, either through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples were  taken from this study as many as 100 managers’s. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that evident from the calculations, the t-count was 4</em><em>.</em><em>005 with sig</em><em>. 0000. This means that there is a positive and significant impact partially between the independent variable training to variable productivity. The calculation result obtained t count was 3</em><em>.</em><em>217 with sig</em><em>. 0002. This means that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the independent variable motivation and the dependent variable productivity. F test support the hypothesis that training and motivation influence simultanously managers’ productivity. The result of coefficient determination was 46</em><em>.</em><em>1 percent, which was</em><em> meant that other factors influenced managers productivity was 53</em><em>.</em><em>9 percent. Therefore, for further research that examines other factors that can affect managers’ productivity.</em></p><p class="Default"><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas manajer. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data ada dua jenis, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 manajer. Berdasarkan analysis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terlihat dari perhitungan, t-hitung adalah 4.005 dengan sig. 0000. Ini berarti bahwa ada dampak positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara pelatihan variabel independen terhadap variabel hasil perhitungan produktivitas. Dan diperoleh t hitung adalah 3.217 dengan sig. 0002. Ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel independen dan motivasi pada variabel dependen produktivitas. Uji F mendukung hipotesis bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas manajer. Hasil penentuan koefisien adalah 46.1 persen, yang berarti bahwa faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi produktivitas manajer adalah 53.9 persen. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berharap untuk penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas manajer yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</em></p><p class="Default"><em> </em><em></em><em></em></p>

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

This research is an examination and a study on the influence of rewards on job satisfaction of lecturers at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT). In academic industry, rewards are one of the factors that affecting job satisfaction of the employees and this will lead to affect their performance in their jobs. So, when rewards are more the job satisfaction will be high and when rewards are less the job satisfaction will be less. On the other hand, the age will not affect the job satisfaction. Previous research reveals that Job satisfaction is very important to success the industry and the rewards are the main factors which affect job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to know the influence of rewards in job satisfaction among the lecturers in ShCT. Moreover, this research attempts to identify how much rewards affect the job satisfaction in ShCT.  For this study used two types of data which are: primary data and secondary data. The sources of primary data is the response from lecturers at ShCT. It is collected through structured questionnaire and distributed such to 60 respondents. Secondary data, collected from internet, books, journals, articles etc.

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance

Humans as labor in company activities have a very important role. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the position placement factor on employee performance at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 44 people. Sampling is done using the census method. Whereas to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Simple Regression analysis was used with the help of the Set 17. Package for Social Science (SPSS) device based on the results of the Simple Linear Regression. employee work at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. Thus to obtain high work performance, the management at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru needs to pay attention to the application of work placements that are in accordance with what is owned by the employee such as ability, skills and experience and the better the work placement that is set by the company, the better the workplace pays generated by the employee. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of South Kalimantan Police Biddokes personnel. The benefits obtained from this study are providing input or additional information that is meaningful to organizations, companies and further research on leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance as a reference for further research.This research variable consists of indentpent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction. Whereas the dependent variable consists of employee performance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results of the Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction research of the South Kalimantan Police of Biddokkes went well. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the South Kalimantan Police Biddokkes. Leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes compared to work motivation and job satisfaction.

<p class="Style1"><strong>The </strong>purposes of this study are to find out whether professional auditor has under-stood ethic code values in Accountant Ethic Codes in Indonesia and whether there is correlation between ethic value understandings with decision-making based on moral standard approach.</p><p class="Style1">In this study the author uses descriptive and correlational research method. The purpose of descriptive method is to describe facts and the nature of research object systematically, actually and accurately. Whereas the purpose of correla-tional researches to see correlation between independent and dependent variables. The supporting variables used in this research are auditor understands of ethic values (properness, fair and moral value) and auditor's decision making. Primary data gathered from questionnaire, whereas secondary data gathered from literatures, books, reports and other science writing.</p><p class="Style1">Based on the result of data analysis, the author concludes the auditors generally are less understood in ethic values as their guidance, thus decision making is not in accondance with the provision of Indonesian Accountant Commission, espe-cially in understanding of accountant ethic codes. In relation to responsible decision-making, the author concludes that there is correlation between ethic values understanding and such decision making. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of Teacher Certification on Professionalism, Sustainable Self Development, and Job Satisfaction Teachers IPS MAN Malang Post- Certification. This study uses a quantitative approach and data taken by means of cross- section data collected at the same time from many subjects and retrieval of this data is only done once. In this research the data collection method used is by using questionnaire (questionnaire) that is given to all teachers IPS MAN Se Malang city that has been certified. Primary data taken are data about teacher professionalism, ongoing self-development and job satisfaction. While the questionnaire about teacher performance is filled by the Principal. Other secondary data is the number of teachers who have certification / teacher identity already certified. Measurement scale for primary data by using Likert Scale. Testing data  used validity and reliability test. The result of this research is that Teacher Certification to Professionalism, Self Development and Work Satisfaction of Teacher IPS MAN Malang Post Certification ". This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction, on employee engagement and employee performance. The research data used are primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company data. The sample method used is the nonprobability method. The population comes from all employees of PT. Abyor International which is still active in September 2019. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structured Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results showed that organizational communication and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to employee engagement. Organizational communication and job satisfaction have no significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement becomes mediator for organizational communication and job satisfaction variables in influencing employee performance.
