The practice of giving evaluations from students to lecturers is often the moment when the halo effect occurs. Sex and age as individual attributes contribute to positive or negative evaluations of teaching evaluations. The purpose of this study is whether the attributes of age and sex interact with the halo effect in giving evaluations from students to lecturers. This research uses a one-shot case study with an online between-subjects design. One hundred twenty participants were divided into four groups. Each group evaluates 1 of 4 different photos (young men, older men, young women, and older women) labeled with the identity as a lecturer. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show: (1) The sex of the lecturer has no effect on student evaluation (F=0.730, p=0.395); (2) Lecturer age has no effect on student evaluation (F=0.587, p=0.445); (3) The interaction of sex and age has no effect on student evaluation (F=0.649, p=0.525). The sex and age of the lecturer do not affect the evaluation by students. The halo effect did not occur in the students in this study.

This research is a case study of retail companies, namely PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk / Alfamidi related ordinances in order to meet the four right purchase is the right price, time, quantity and quality and how to get the optimum model of purchasing goods. The research method in the form of descriptive analysis through questionnaire surveys and interviews with employees of the company that as many as 153 employees with a sample of 111 respondents. Data processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which are of significant value is the standard total purchase the total purchase 0.061 and 0.000, and results of SWOT states need to do a strategy that focuses on process improvement purchases. The results that the process of re-engineering process involves the purchase of goods with the GA department to better ensure the availability of goods to be ordered, so the purchase is really controlled.

<p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of relationship marketing in the form of understanding customer expectations, building service partnership and trust simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction on choosing banking products, a case study of priority customers on public Banks in Banjarmasin. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis to find the influence of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y), simultaneously and partially. The results showed that simultaneously relationship marketing variables significantly influenced customer. Partially, understanding customer expectations has no significant effects to customer satisfaction. Building service partnership and trust significanly influence customer satisfaction and trust is a dominant variable in achieving customer satisfaction. Public Bank in Banjarmasin should be able to increase trust its customers with all efforts.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. The purpose research to determine the effection of halal label, realization, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product for consument Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Binjai. The total of samples in this research are 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative research. The method of data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables simultaneously on the halal label , halal realization, product pricing, and respect for the trademark with the decision to purchase in Binjai get the effects to buy cosmestic Sariayu Martha Tilaar. The variabel of effection of halal label, realization halal, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product for consument Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Binjai are individually not significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the price of individual products has positive influence on purchase decisions cosmetics Sariayu Martha Tilaar. The result of coefficient determination test indicates that the variable of halal label, realization, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product by 15.8% (low), while the balance of 84.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

ABSTRACTEFFECT OF FEED AND OPERATING COSTS ON PROFIT OF CHICKEN LAYING FARM OWNED BY VONY KANAGA AT TAWAAN VILLAGE IN BITUNG CITY (Case study). This research was conducted in Vony Kanaga laying farm located in District Ranowulu Bitung City. The research problem was how the influence of feed and labor costs to the amount of profits and how much profit can be obtained at the company laying chicken farm in the district of Bitung City Ranowulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of feed and labor costs against profits in laying chicken company, to find out the benefits of the company laying chicken farm in the district of Bitung City Ranowulu. The data collection method is using a field survey using primary and secondary data. Subdistrict Ranowulu Bitung determined based on the largest population in the city of Bitung. Model analysis of data that multiple linear regression analysis and profit. The measured variable is the cost of feed, labor costs and profits. The result showed that the average cost of laying chicken feed per day is Rp. 7.813.410. The average labor cost per day is Rp. 2.388.000. Total Proceeds from the sale of eggs and feces in the company-owned chicken laying Vony Kanaga Rp. 13.514.520 so as to obtain profit of Rp. 3.313.110. Based on the results of this study concluded that the cost of feed and labor simultaneously significant effect on profits in the company-owned farm chicken laying Vony Kanaga in District Ranowulu Bitung City. Haryono, Malang, Jatime-mail: [email protected] increasing number of students, faculty and staff that occurred at UB will produce a number of traffic movements are quite large due to use of each vehicle to campus, so that the number of vehicles entering volume resulting difficulty in obtaining adequate parking. Therefore this study aims to find out what the existing parking capacity at UB Campus, knowing what the parking needs at the present time, how the model predictions parking needs for the purpose of parking for 5 years to come, and make recommendations to the parking arrangement of five years to come. Models obtained from multiple linear regression analysis are: Y1 = 132.437 + 0.068 X2 0,780 R2 value, and Y2 = 17.149 + 0249 X3 0,952 R2 value. The capacity of the existing car park at the Campus UB at this time in the amount of 624 SRP, while the capacity of the motorcycle that is equal to 5.312 SRP, and the need for car parking space at the moment at UB in the amount of 693 SRP, and to the needs of motorcycle parking space that is equal to 5.902 SRP. In order to meet the parking needs for the coming 5 years is the provision of alternative parking deck in 5 regions, with a total overall SRP for motorcycle with an area of 1.405 SRP of 2.107,5 m2 and parking for four-wheeled vehicles by 35 SRP with a land area of 437,5 m2 parkingKeywords : Parking capacity, SRP, Regression Analysis, Parking BuildingAbstrakPeningkatan jumlah mahasiswa, dosen dan karyawan yang terjadi di UB akan menghasilkan jumlah pergerakan lalu lintas yang besar karena menggunakan kendaraan pribadi menuju kampus, sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan mendapatkan tempat parkir. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapakah kapasitas parkir, berapakah kebutuhan parkir pada saat sekarang , bagaimanakah model kebutuhan parkir untuk keperluan prediksi parkir untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang, membuat rekomendasi penataan parkir pada 5 tahun yang akan datang. Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linier berganda adalah :Y1 = 132,437 + 0.068 X2 memiliki nilai R2 0.780, dan Y2 = 17,149 + 0.249 X3 memiliki nilai R2 0.952. This study aims to analyze Sharia Maqashid, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking,andshariacomplianceontheperformanceofKS212(KoperasiSyariah212). Case study on the 212mart. The hypothesis test is using multiple linear regression analysis with Maqashid Sharia, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking, and sharia compliance as independent variables, and cooperative performance as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are primary data with purposive sampling techniques collected through interviews and questionnaires in May 2018. The 112 respondents in this study consist, KS212 manager, 212 community administrators and managers of 212mart in Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency, and Bogor Regency. The results showed that all independent variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, although partially maqashid sharia, entrepreneurial networking, and sharia compliance did not significantly influence cooperative performance.

The purpose of this research are to determine the factors that affect the volume of premium rice sales of Perum Bulog Sub Division Regional Region V Kedu and to know the effect of rice quality and price on it. Method that been used in this research is case study. Data collection used observation and interview method. Data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data analyze uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that quality and price have simultaneous and partial effect on the sales volume of premium rice and both of them have same effect on sales volume of premium rice.Keywords: Premium rice, Bulog, quality and price, sales volume.

The Village

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of variables of transformational leadership style and working discipline towards the performance of village devices. This research uses a case study method conducted against the village device in Madukara Sub-district, Banjarnegara district. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 village device people. The result of this research has a number of advices for village officials, especially in Madukara sub-district of Banjarnegara district, to further improve its performance so that the village governance system is well maintained. The data analysis technique used is test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variables of the transformational leadership style (X1) were significantly affected by the performance (Y) variables. Then the work discipline variable (X2) significantly affects the performance variable. Variables of the transformational leadership style and work discipline are simultaneously affecting the performance variables. The working discipline variable is the variable that most affects the performance of village devices in Madukara sub-district, Banjarnegara district.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Performance
