Himmati is deliberately created as a textbook modification to recognize the Qur'an prepared for beginners. This research aimed to describe the characteristics of teaching material contained in Himmati. This research was a qualitative approach and content analysis of the perspective of Thu’aimah.  It also belonged to library research with the main data source is a book, named Himmati: Modifikasi Pembelajaran Dasar Mengenali al-Qur’an from volume 1 to volume 5. The results showed that: 1) Generally, the teaching materials in Himmati were divided into 5 volumes which were presented inductively, namely the introduction of letters, words, tajweed, gharib, and verses in the Qur’an. Specifically, the teaching materials in Himmati were divided into 7 volumes which were presented with examples from the Qur'an and colored in the order of the frequency of visible light, from red to violet. The 1st volume focused on pronunciation, the 2ndA volume was on short vowels, long vowels, nunation (tanwin), and original sukuun, the 2ndB volume was on non-original sukuun and shadda, the 3rdA volume was on the law of nuun sukuun, nunation, germination nuun and miim, the 3rdB volume was on the law of miim sukuun, definite article al, and madd, the 4th volume was on the rule of exception, and the 5th volume was on the stop sign. Testimony is a statement made by a witness who saw the incident by himself and was at the scene at that time. Nothing can escape this evidence in the afterlife, nor can it be manipulated in the slightest. So the source of the problem that will be discussed is how to witness the body and the interpretation of the rationality of the testimony of the limbs in QS. Yasin: 65. The research approach used by the author is a qualitative approach and is more inclined to follow library research and uses thematic analysis methods, this research will rely on the interpretation of Al-Jawahir Fi Tafsiril Qur'an by Tantawi Jauhari and books. as primary sources, research journals, and research theses as secondary sources. And what is relevant to this research, the results of the testimony of the limbs according to tantawi Jauhari are that the limbs will testify and it is not only in the afterlife, the body can testify against its owner. but even in the law that applies in the world, the limb that can be used to prove it, to reveal a crime such as murder or abuse. Here the limbs are like hands, it can help to expose the crime. One of them uses a DNA or fingerprint test, and only Allah will see what the testimony on the Day of Judgment is.

This study aimed to provide explanation and overview related to the law of tarawih prayers at home in an pandemic situation (Covid-19), the law of performing prayers at home with the intention of participating in congregation in the mosque, and the law of reciting the mushaf or mobile phones while leading tarawih prayer. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis techniques and library research. The results show that if in an area where the potential for outbreaks of the covid-19 outbreak is high and there has been an appeal from the local government and scholars (MUI), then in these state the more important thing is to perform tarawih prayers at home, both congregationally with family members, and this is the preferred, or individually; (2) invalidity of the prayers of a person who follows the congregational prayers outside the mosque building, where the scholars agree that he must go to the mosque; and (3) it is permissible to recite from the mushaf in the sunnah (optional) prayers, such as tarawih prayer for imams who do not memorize the Koran. As for the obligatory prayers, it is disliked because there is no need to do so. This law also applies to someone who wants to recite the Koran with the software of Koran on mobile phones.

This research was conducted with the aim to explain the law of fasting during the Covid-19 pandemic upon those who are Covid-19 positive, those who were Covid-19 positive yet asymptomatic, and health workers who treat Covid-19 patients. This research used a qualitative approach using content analysis and library research. The results showed that, first, people who are Covid-19 positive are considered sick so that they have excuse to break the fasting; Second, those who are Covid-19 positive but show no symptoms are considered sick people so that they may not fast; Third, those who are still healthy and have not been infected with Covid-19 and have met the conditions of fasting and have no excuse that prevent them from fasting then it is obligatory upon them to fast; Fourth, medical workers who treat Covid-19 patients are still required to fast. If in conducting their duties they are very thirsty, hungry, or exhausted who are feared to be vulnerable to falling ill and be infected with Covid-19, then they may break their fast.

A research and development of teaching materials will focus on the development of textbook products in accordance with the needs of students, lecturers and also majors. Culture and literature knowledge that has been studied in Mandarin Darma Persada University program is not maximal and in accordance with the needs of students. So to adjust to the needs of these students making these teaching materials using the theme of contextual Chinese and cultural literature-based. To test the effectiveness of the model researchers have conducted experimental teaching materials to read the works of literature and culture-based Mandarin contextual, research conducted using the theory of experimental pre so that only implemented in one class reading 5 faculty of Chinese language and culture of Darma Persada University in academic year 2016/2017 in Jakarta. Respondents of the study were 18 students who had mastered Mandarin well, the results of this study indicate that T count (4.060) is greater than T table (2.101), thus it can be concluded that this significant mean difference means Ho is rejected and H1 be accepted. Thus the teaching material model of reading the literature and culture culture of Mandarin based on contextual is more effective in improving students' reading skill in semester 5.

This journal describes the Evaluation of Islamic Perspective Education. Assessment is intended to determine educational decisions, which consist of planning, management, process and follow-up of education, both involving individuals, groups and institutions. In this context, the assessment in Islamic perspective education is aimed at making decisions related to education truly in accordance with Islamic values so that the educational goals proclaimed can be achieved to the fullest. This evaluation system is based on the evaluation system outlined by Allah SWT, in the Koran and explained in the Sunna, which was carried out by the Prophet Muhammad in the process of fostering Islamic treatises. This research is a type of library research (library research), because the data source that will be explored is more focused on the study of literature: the written texts. Therefore this researcher will emphasize a qualitative approach.

21st century learning discourse is getting bigger in the current global world. All countries are competing to prepare the best possible human resources. It's just that if not accompanied by morals will backfire for the country. This study aims to look at the urgency of the moral learning material of ideas from K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari in welcoming 21st century learning. This research is library research. The data source is obtained from the book of adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’alim. Methods of data analysis using descriptive methods, the data obtained by documentation techniques. Then the descriptive data are analyzed deeper using content analysis.  The results showed that in the book of adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’alim by K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari has education significance, ethics that students must possess (ethics in learning, ethics towards  teachers, ethics towards subjects, ethics that must be possessed by teachers (teacher ethics, teacher ethics in teaching, teacher ethics to students, ethics towards books and learning media). While the urgency is clearly seen that the moral teaching material of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari to directs close to Allah.  hen with the moral teaching material K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari can equip characters in multiple dimension. And with these materials students can have a foundation of integrity in life.

Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa, FBS, UNNES E-mail: [email protected]   ABSTRACT       This study aims to describe the contextualization of teacher teaching materials based on the 2013 curriculum in Javanese / high school / vocational language subjects in Purwokerto. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are document review and interviews. The data source in this study is in the form of text studies. The instruments in this study used content analysis techniques. Based on the analysis, the majority of teaching materials used are printed teaching materials namely panginyongan textbooks, magazines and modules and given material from other sources originating from the internet. The results of the analysis show that from fifteen basic competencies, which meet the contextual criteria there are nine basic competencies. In basic competencies that meet contextual criteria, eighteen contextual teaching materials are obtained. The basic competencies included in the criteria for personal contestation are four and there are seven contextual teaching materials. Furthermore, there are five basic competencies and five contextual teaching materials. In cultural contextual criteria there are five basic competencies and six teaching materials that meet contextual criteria.   Keyword: 2013 curriculum contextual dimensions, teaching materials ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikam wujud kekontekstualan bahan ajar guru berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa jenjang SMA/SMK di Purwokerto. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah telaah dokumen dan wawancara. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kajian teks. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Berdasarkan analisis, bahan ajar yang mayoritas digunakan adalah bahan ajar cetak yakni buku paket, majalah dan modul panginyongan serta diberikan materi dari sumber lain yang berasal dari internet. Hasil analisis menunjukan dari lima belas kompetensi dasar, yang memenuhi kriteria kotekstual ada sembilan kompetensi dasar. Pada kompetensi dasar yang memenuhi kriteria kontekstual, didapatkan delapan belas bahan ajar yang kontekstual. Kompetensi dasar yang termasuk dalam kriteria kontestual pribadi ada empat dan terdapat tujuh bahan ajar yang kontekstual. Selanjutnya, kriteria kontesktual sosial terdapat lima kompetensi dasar dan lima bahan ajar yang kontekstual. Pada kriteria kontekstual budaya terdapat lima kompetensi dasar dan enam bahan ajar yang memenuhi kriteria kontekstual. Kata Kunci : dimensi kontekstual, kurikulum 2013,bahan ajar.

This article discusses how al-Tufi's views on maslahat are the supremacy of the sharia law. This research uses library research method with the primary data source of this research is the book Sharh al-Arba'in al-Nawawi Mulhiq al-Maslahah fi al-Tashri 'al-Islami, and Sharh Mukhtasar al-Raudah, which is al-Tūfi. The findings of this study are that the maslahat in the view of al-Tufi is all the reason for delivering goodness both in the field of worship and mu'amalah as well as all efforts to realize the maqasid al-shari'ah. The concept of maslahatnya is based not only on the mind, but also based on nas}, both the Qur'an and Hadith and ijmak. The priority priorities with the takhsis method and the town referred to as al-Tufi only apply to naskah-nascans rather than the qat'i nas. Furthermore, the priority of al-Tufi's maslahat only applies to the field of mua'malah and which is attributed to him, not to the field of worship and to which it is attributed to the last cause given to the law and ijmak.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the structure of the poem "Autumn" by John Dami Mukese which consists of physical and inner structures and their relevance to the study of literature in high school. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The data in this study are in the form of words that contain physical and inner structure in the poem "Autumn" by John Dami Mukese. The data source is a collection of books "Jelata Poel Jelata" by John Dami Mukese. Data collection procedures in this study are reading, identifying, modifying, and classifying in accordance with the focus of the study. Data analysis uses in-depth understanding techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done through triangulation techniques. The results of the poem builder research structure consisting of physical structures in the form of: connotative and denotative diction; visual imaging; concrete words; style of personification and repetition; rhyme; and typography. The inner structure of themes; feeling (taste); tone; and mandate. The structure of the builders of "Autumn" poetry by John Dami Mukese can be used as teaching material in the study of literature in high school specifically at KD 3.17 analyzing the elements of poetry builders. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur puisi “Musim Gugur” karya John Dami Mukese yang terdiri atas struktur fisik dan struktur batin dan relevansinya dengan pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata yang mengandung struktur fisik dan batin dalam puisi “Musim Gugur” karya John Dami Mukese. Sumber data adalah buku kumpulan “Puisi-Puisi Jelata” karya John Dami Mukese. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah membaca, mengidentifikasi, mengodifikasi, dan mengklasifikasikan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pemahaman arti secara mendalam. Pengecekan keabsahan  data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian struktur pembangun puisi yang terdiri atas struktur fisik berupa: diksi konotatif dan denotatif; pengimajian visual; kata konkret; gaya bahasa personifikasi dan repetisi; rima; dan tipografi. Struktur batin berupa tema; feeling (rasa); nada; dan amanat.  Struktur pembangun puisi “Musim Gugur” karya John Dami Mukese dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran sastra di SMA secara khusus pada KD 3.17 menganalisis unsur pembangun puisi.

This study aims to explore anything ethnomatematics related to woodwork in Tutul Village, Jember. Woodcraft is a craft made from wood. This type of research is a study using a qualitative approach with ethnographic design. Research subjects in this study were craftsmen and owners of "Ara Collections" wood production houses. In this study the object is focused on bracelets, necklaces, and keeping. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that wood crafts have mathematical elements. The mathematical elements found are ball, tube, cube, integrated cone, rectangular flat, circle, parabolic, ellipsoid, hyperbole, hyperbole, geometric patterns, reflection, dilation, and congruence and concordance. The teaching material made is in the form of a geometry test package related to ethnomatematics in wood crafts in Tutul Village, Balung Sub-District, Jember.   Keywords: Ethnomatematics; Woodcraft; Geometry; Teaching Materials
