The purpose of the research is to demonstrate the productivity of using the lecturer’s training web-site of Russian as a foreign language in the preparatory courses at the University. Lecturer’s training website is an effective means stipulated with principal of consciousness and activity of scholars under the guidance of a lecturer. Training web-site as informative and communicative instrument is able to combine didactic matter, learning techniques and methods for different forms of work organization: full-time, mixed and distance; also, didactic material means educational complexes, information and communication means, control and training. An important principle underlying the proposed teaching method is the refusal to use the methods of unconscious repetition.Materials and methods. To identify the ef fectiveness in application of lecturer’s training web-site various educational platforms were used having different target and national groups. The analysis of studies on mechanical repetitions of well-known physiologists, biologists, lecturers was carried out, which allowed us to come to the conclusion about the ineffectiveness of using techniques with unconscious repetitions in the educational process. Systematic use of lecturer’s web-site in educational process shows that most effective methods and techniques are audio-visual, textual exercises from simple to complex with further audio dubbing, audio method of teaching phonetics and literacy, “lively dialogue” as a new technique in teaching Russian for foreigners, vocabulary works and differentiated approach. Observation, comparison and matching methods were applied, which helped to identify the productivity of learning with the use of multimedia. To identify scientific novelty, an empirical method was used by introducing author’s personal educational web-site project www.russian-teacher.ru with a description of observations and summarizing the results.Results. It is noted that the offered website format is innovation in the field of teaching Russian for foreigners during preparatory course. It was proved with high positive result that the use of a lecturer’s personal training website with the possibility of feedback gives good results when teaching Russian as a foreign language in a short time  at the nonlinguistic university during the period of distance learning, with a mixed form of education.Conclusion. Research using the site continues in different groups by nationality (it is possible that there are several linguistic ones), by the number (it is possible to train a group of up to 15 people), by the degree of preparation (possibly A1-B1). The site has a number of advantages: the ability to edit as needed, change the interface and generate content. The study shows how didactics is interconnected with physiology, and the lecturer’s competence includes creativity, which in modern informational conditions is considered through the use of multimedia the lecturer’s training personal website www. russian-teacher.ru.

The article examines the problems and methods of teaching russian spoken speech at a chinese university, taking into account the ethnocultural characteristics of the chinese audience and the specifics of the chinese student education system. A system of methods and approaches is justified, which contributes to the effective mastery of russian spoken speech. The article describes the features of the chinese audience, complicating the mastery of russian spoken speech in the RCT lesson. The principles and exercises proposed in the article contribute to the organization of such an educational process that will ensure the achievement of a high level of communicative competence of chinese students, the author considers certain didactic techniques that allow achieving a high level of formation of foreign-language communicative competence, neutralization of passion and psychological barrier («psychological counseling», debates, «brainstorming», «fun pictures», comic dialogues, thematic autostoritelling, «black box», «director himself», roleplaying games, «lexical physical education», etc.). The article notes that the main way to overcome this is to use means, methods and techniques in the process of training based on the pedagogical impact of humor, the use of which should become an integral component of the process of teaching chinese students of oral speech and be consistently implemented in all aspects of this process: in the speech behavior of the teacher, in the selection of didactic material, in the typology of the proposed tasks. The author justifies the concept of lessons in colloquial speech as an «encyclopedia of life» and the need to expand the outlook of students by providing them with new information from the field of «background knowledge», not only aimed at expanding the lexical base, but also containing interesting information about psychological and cultural phenomena.

Sports anatomy is one of the compulsory courses in college. It is an important course for undergraduate students to complete the teaching link of practicing. This course is extremely practical and operational, and requires active learning. However, due to the limited classroom time, the increase in the number of students and the shortage of anatomical specimens, the traditional teaching of anatomy fails to inspire students' interest in learning and becomes unable to adapt to the requirements of the times. In this study, a three-track teaching mode was designed on the basis of combining the innovative talent training theory with the characteristics of sports anatomy. The teaching mode in this study is composed of eight learning stages: identifying problems, analyzing problems, generating hypotheses, confirming already-known knowledge, establishing required information, confirming resources, collecting new information, combining old and new knowledge. Meanwhile, case teaching method and team teaching method were incorporated into this mode. In addition, before, during and after class, 3D anatomy software both in the mobile version and CP version was used to urge students to take the initiative to learn and complete the learning tasks. Finally, according to the purpose of training innovative talents in this study, a new learning performance evaluation system was constructed in accordance with the characteristics of sports anatomy. It was found in this teaching experiment that this new teaching mode is conducive to improving the teaching effect, lays a foundation for promoting the quality of the teaching link of practicing, and stimulates the innovation ability of college students.

In 1998, the SEC expressed concern that conference calls encourage selective disclosure by revealing new information to financial analysts privy to the call. This study investigates whether the regular use of earnings-related conference calls increases the amount of information available to financial analysts by examining the effect of conference calls on analysts' forecast error and dispersion. Results indicate that conference calls increase analysts' ability to forecast earnings accurately, suggesting that these calls increase the total information available about a firm. We also find some evidence that conference calls decrease dispersion among analysts. Given conference calls were generally restricted during our sample period, our evidence suggests that conference calls may have contributed to an information gap between analysts privy to the call and the remainder of the investment community. We also investigate whether conference calls differentially affect analysts' forecast errors depending on analysts' prior forecasting ability or brokerage-house affiliation. We find evidence suggesting that analysts with relatively weak prior forecasting performance benefit more from conference calls, suggesting that conference calls help “level the playing field” across analysts.

The current situation in higher medical education requires not only the widespread introduction of new information and communication technologies, but also a serious revision of traditional forms and methods of teaching. The author points to the urgent need to rethink the role, place and specific weight of lectures in the educational process of the university, which for a long time has been the main way of transferring knowledge. The article presents the results of a survey, which includes questions about the relevance of lectures and the format of their conduct in teaching medicine, before and after the end of the semester. It was found that in the process of teaching at a medical university, students' interest in lectures as a source of new knowledge and skills progressively decreases, but at the same time, a consistently high interest in lectures as an effective teaching method remains. The main conclusion is that when choosing the best methods and technologies for training future doctors, one should reasonably combine traditional and new approaches. The danger of replacing live communication with digital remote communications leads to the loss of human relations, and, as a consequence, to the loss of the individuality of future specialists.
