A number of accommodations are available in Tegallalang Village, because of its location that is close to central Ubud. Along with the increase in foreign tourist arrivals, then this study aims to analyze the factors that determine the interest of foreign tourists in the selection of accommodation in the village of Tegallalang, Gianyar Bali. This study used 50 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data will be analyzed by factor analysis. The results showed characteristics of tourists who stay at accommodation in Tegallalang Village were dominant  Australian citizenship 18%, Length of their stay is 3-7 days (72%),  based on age in  26-30 years old  (36%). Characteristics based on occupation dominant as employed (48%) and purpose of visit for leisure (58%). Tourists choose villa for 68% as a place to stay, this is because the villa is more privacy than others. The factors that influence the buying interest of foreign tourists in choosing accommodation are the first is the factor of room quality, the second is the location factor, the third is the price factor and the fourth is accommodation security factor. The dominant factor that determines it is the room quality factorThe next research that will be conducted in the future is guest satisfaction toward accommodation in Tegallalang Village is highly expected.

Penempatan tenaga kerja Indonesia di Jawa Tengah terutama di kabupaten Grobogan merupakan salah satu sumber tenaga kerja Indonesia yang cukup berkontribusi.Kontribusi yang dimaksud adalah sumbangan tenaga kerja Indonesia yang berasal dari Kabupaten Grobogan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dominan faktor umur, status pernikahan, status pekerjaan, pendidikan terakhir, jumlah tanggungan, dan pendapatan terhadap keputusan menjadi tenaga kerja Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang akan bekerja menjadi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) di Kabupaten Grobogan..Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling sejumlah 100 responden.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh dominan terkonsentrasi menjadi 3 faktor, faktor pertama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 43,93% terdiri dari status pernikahan, pendidikan terakhir, dan umur. Faktor kedua memberikan pengaruh sebesar 21,54% terdiri dari status pekerjaan dan pendapatan. Faktor ketiga memberikan pengaruh sebesar 14,27% terdiri atas jumlah tanggungan. Placement of Indonesian workers in Central Java, especially in Grobogan is one source of Indonesian workers who contribute enough. The contribution in question is a donation of Indonesian workers coming from Grobogan. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the dominant factor of age, marital status, employment status, recent education, the number of dependents, and income to the decision to become Indonesian labor. The population in this study are people who will work to become Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) in Grobogan District..Sampling using incidental sampling technique of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection used questionnaire method. The method of analysis in this study using factor analysis using SPSS 16.00 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the most dominant factor is concentrated into 3 factors, the first factor gives the effect of 43.93% consists of marriage status, last education, and age. Conclusion from this research that the factor of marriage status, last education, and age have the most dominant influence to the decision to become Indonesian Workers (TKI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan terkonsentrasi menjadi 3 faktor, faktor pertama memberi pengaruh 43,93% terdiri dari status perkawinan, pendidikan terakhir, dan usia. Faktor kedua memberikan pengaruh 21,54% yang terdiri dari status pekerjaan dan pendapatan. Faktor ketiga memberi pengaruh 14,27% terdiri dari jumlah tanggungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa faktor status pernikahan, pendidikan terakhir, dan usia memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan untuk menjadi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI). Saran bagi pihak terkait (pemerintah) untuk memberikan pelatihan dan kompetensi khusus di masyarakat yang akan berangkat sebagai TKI.

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors determine decision making of debt and what are the most dominant factors in  decision making of debt for SMEs on the island of Lombok.  This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population is all SMEs located in Lombok island. The sample is selected by Non probability sampling technique with a judgment sampling method where the SMEs that selected as samples are SMEs in handicraft industry of pottery and already exporting the products. Of the existing population, there are 25 (twenty five) SMEs that can be sampled. Respondents in this study are managers who also the owner of the SMEs. Data was collected using questionnaire. To achieve the research objectives, the data obtained will be processed according to needs using Factor Analysis.The results of this study indicate there are three groups of factors that determine  decision making of debt, namely the First Factor Group consists of: Variable Excessive Optimism, Variable Overconfidence, Variable Confirmation Bias and Variable Aversion to sure loss. This factor is named Factor Overconfidence. The Second Factor Group consisted of Representativeness Variables, Avaibility Variables and Anchoring and Adjustment Variables. This factor is named the Avaibility Factor. The third factor group consists of Affect Variables and Aversion Loss Variables. This factor is named the Factor of Loss Aversion. The most dominant factor in determining debt decision making for SMEs in Lombok Island is the Overconfidence factor group consisting of Variable Excessive Optimism, Variable Overconfidence, Variable Confirmation Bias and Variable Aversion to sure loss .

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor yang menjadi keputusan mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sam Ratulangi (FMIPA UNSRAT) dalam memlilih indekos. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 60 responden mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Matematika FMIPA UNSRAT angkatan 2016-2019. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada empat faktor yang terbentuk dan bisa menjelaskan variabel-variabel yang ada dengan baik. Faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Indekos adalah faktor lokasi dan harga dengan nilai eigen 4.130 dengan keragaman varian sebesar 31.769%.Kata kunci: Analisis faktor; fasilitas; indekos;Decision Students in Choosing Indekos with Factor AnalysisABSTRACTThe objective of this research was conducted to determine what factors are the student of mathematics study program Sam Ratulangi University decision in choosing boarding house. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents, namely, active students of the Mathematics Study Program Elemental School of 2016-2019. By using factor analysis, the results of the study showed that there explain the variables correctly. The most dominant factor affecting students’ decision to select indexes is the location factor and price of 4.130 with a varied varan of 31.769%.Keywords : Factor analysis, facility; indekos

Abstrak. Personal branding seorang eksekutif merupakan proses menjaga identitas, reputasi, dan citra publik seseorang. Mantan Ketua Umum PSSI, Edy Rahmayadi, menerima petisi online yang memaksanya mundur. Petisi online tersebut dipicu oleh maraknya pemberitaan di media massa dan media sosial. Meme kontroversial yang dibuat oleh Edy menanggapi pertanyaan jurnalis dibuat dan disebarluaskan di internet. Diketahui bahwa pengguna internet didominasi oleh pengguna internet. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor personal branding Edy Rahmayadi dalam pandangan kaum milenial sebagai pengguna internet dan media sosial terbesar. Variabel origin yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. adalah Authentic Personal Branding variable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat faktor baru terbentuk, yaitu Mampu menjelaskan sebelas faktor asal dan faktor personal branding pembentuk Edy Rahmayadi, Faktor pertama adalah Faktor Keunggulan, faktor kedua adalah Faktor Inovasi, Faktor ketiga adalah Faktor Pakar, dan Faktor keempat adalah Keunikan. Faktor yang menjelaskan variabel asal adalah faktor keunggulan.Abstract. An executive's personal branding is the process of maintaining one's identity, reputation and public image. Former PSSI Chairperson, Edy Rahmayadi, received an online petition that forced him to resign. This is happened when he handled the crisis that occurred in the PSSI organization. The online petition was triggered by the rise of news coverage on him in the mass media and social media. The controversial memes made by Edy in response to journalists' questions were made and disseminated on the internet. It is known that internet users are dominated by millennial generation, where this is directly proportional to social media users. Based on this, this study aims to analyze Edy Rahmayadi's personal branding factors in the view of millennials, as the biggest internet and social media user. The origin variable uses in this study is the Authentic Personal Branding variables. The results shows four new factors formed, which are able to explain eleven origin factors and the personal branding factors forming Edy Rahmayadi. The first factor is the Excellence Factor, the second factor is the Innovation Factor, the third Factor is the Expert Factor, and the fourth Factor is Uniqueness. The most dominant factor explaining the origin variable is the excellence factor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kemampuan Kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kelurahan Baju Bodoa Kecamatan Maros Baru Kabupaten Maros. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode sampel dan metode pengumpulan data, data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pada metode Non Probability Sampling. Teknik Non Probability Sampling yang dipilih yaitu dengan Sampling Jenuh (sensus) yaitu metode penarikan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan yaitu Faktor Kemampuan Kerja. This research aims to determine the effect of working environment, compensation and ability to simultaneously work on employees ' performance and to know the most dominant factor in the performance of employees in the village of the new Maros District Bodoa District, Maros. This study uses sample methods and data collection methods, data obtained by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, samples in this study are based on NonProbability Sampling methods. NonProbability Sampling technique is selected with saturated Sampling (census) i.e. the method of sample withdrawal when all population members are made samples. The results of the test show that simultaneously the three variables have significant effect on the employee's performance while the most dominant variable is the job capability factor

The purpose of this study to describe the language selection mom used ethnic Osing Giri in the distric, the village of Penataban, Banyuwangi-East Java. The language used is the language communities in Banyuwangi Osing, Java, and Madura for the third ethnic coexistence. Womg Osing or Lare Osing is a native of Banyuwangi, Osing language is a direct descendant of the ancient Javanese language yet very different dialect. The method used is descriptive method of providing data refer capably involved (SLC), consider ably involved free (SBLC), and interview. The results showed that the choice of language on ethnic family Osing Indonesian in there is an influence in terms of education and employment. Indonesia introduced the use of language in children is the language used in everyday family. Such circumstances indicate that the Indonesian experience growth in public life, expecially in rural districts Penataban Giri, Banyuwangi

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the selection of the winning bidder in the construction of government projects in Sikka district and determine the most dominant factors. The sample in this study was 57 respondents. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis.   The results of the study obtained 4 factors that influenced the selection of the winning bidder with 84.004% cumulative variance. Factors that influenced were the dominant factor I from 15 variables namely, completeness and suitability of substantial terms requested in the bidding documents; the experience of the company/contractor; bank reference/support of banks; completeness and availability as well as the number of different types of tools/equipment/construction equipment; the availability of education and experience of personnel/field project staff; relationship/ proximity to the project owner; the validity and completeness of the offer letter; the validity of a business license; a contractor offers had to be the lowest prices and the detailed points were competitively priced; meeting tax obligations; the company was not in the custody of the court and was not included in the black list; the contractor would follow and respond quickly to requests; instructions and orders of the project owner for the repair/construction design changes; originality, suitability and validity of bid security letters; methods and strategies for the use and control of the work; the contractor completed the work in accordance with the quality required and in accordance with the specifications of the contract price.

This research is entitled "Vocabulary of Mother Language Variations in Acquiring Toddler Language in Marga Dauh Puri Village, Tabanan Regency: Psycholinguistic Study." The purpose of this study was to find out vocabulary categories, word variations, and factors that influence mastery and acquisition of language variations given his mother to a toddler in Marga Dauh Puri Village, Tabanan Regency. The theory used is the theory of language acquisition proposed by Chaer, the theory of language teaching proposed by Simanjuntak, and the theory of child development proposed by Chaer. To achieve these objectives, several methods and techniques are used. The source of the data for analysis was the family that had a five-year-old child in the Village of Marga Dauh Puri, Tabanan Regency. Furthermore, it was chosen by quota sampling technique. The results of this study are in the form of vocabulary taught by mothers to children including vocabulary categories such as noun categories, verbs, and adjective categories. The use of the dominant language taught is Balinese. Vocabulary variations include repetition and word variations. The dominant vocabulary variation used by mothers is word variation. Factors that influence the mastery and acquisition of vocabulary by children under five, are environmental factors, formal teaching factors, and age factors. The dominant factor influencing the mastery and acquisition of vocabulary by children under five in Marga Dauh Puri Village, Tabanan Regency is an age factor.
