Relevance . The article provides an analysis of the infectious mor-bidity in the Russian Federation of humans, domestic animals and birds for 2016-2019. The aim of the study is to compare the epizootological and epidemiological situation and to establish a correlation between individual types of zoonoses, anthro-ponoses and zoonoses with anthroponoses. Materials and Methods . The study was carried out by processing statistical data obtained from open sources of Rosstat and the Federal State University of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the IAC of the Department of Veterinary Supervision of Vladimir. Collected data were processed using Excel and STATISTICA-10 programs. Results and Discussion . A sample of infectious diseases (IB) was formed, which, during the specified period, infected peo-ple, pets, incl. cattle and small ruminants, pigs, horses and poultry. The average per-centage of patients with a specific type of infectious diseases was calculated, taking into account the differentiation by zoonoses, anthroponoses and the average percent-age of sick animals for all identified types of IB, which made it possible to establish IB, which are most common in each of the groups, and in general in all animals and birds. The assessment of the distribution of information security in differentiated groups has been carried out, distribution graphs have been constructed and formulas have been established by which it is possible to predict the dynamics of their further development. The STATISTICA-10 software was used to calculate the correlation coefficients ( r ) between zoonoses (XX), anthroponoses (YY), as well as zoonoses and anthroponoses (XY). Conclusion . Stably significant positive correlations were determined for zoonoses and anthroponoses. The data obtained prove the existence of a close connection of a person with the environment and his responsibility for the health of animals and birds, in order to prevent the risk of infectious diseases.

The present study is devoted to the construction of factor equivalence scales that take into account the patterns in the change of human development indicators of the Russian Federation. Based on the statistical data of the 2018 survey on income and expenses of 48.124 households, conducted by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), a linear multiple regression model was constructed, variance analysis was performed, and a matrix of paired correlation coefficients of the most significant regression variables in the studied statistical data was calculated. The analysis of the calculated family ES for 2018 has shown that to increase the human development index, it is advisable to develop state measures based on the ES to eliminate socio-economic imbalances and uneven development of individual processes of the basic components of human development in the regions of the Russian Federation.

The 23rd International «Human in Space» Symposium, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the first human flight into space, was organized jointly on the initiative and with the organizational support of the IBMP RAS by the International Academy of Astronautics and the State Space Corporation «ROSCOSMOS», with the participation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Symposium was held in Moscow from April 5 to April 8, 2021 in a hybrid format – more than 160 participants were present in the halls in person, and about 400 delegates connected online. On the basis of the Zoom Webinar platform, a single online resource was created with access to a personal account, allowing to participate in plenary and parallel breakout sessions. In five days, 8 plenary sessions were held (27 plenary reports were presented), four round tables were conducted on topical issues of space exploration, and 25 sessions on various aspects of space medicine and biology were held. In total, there were more than 240 oral reports and about 50 short reports (from 23 countries, including Russia, the United States, Germany, France, Belgium, China, etc.). The Institute has gained new experience in organizing events in such format, which provides a unique opportunity to expand contacts and network of interaction between specialists from different branches of science and technology around the world in the interests of further development of space biology and medicine. Such interaction serves as a necessary basis for the preparation and implementation of further steps for deep space exploration.

The results of the work to create a complex of high-precision hardware for the unit of length reproduction and transferring carried out at “D. I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM)” are represented. This complex will serve as the basis for the further development of the reference base of the Russian Federation in the field of length measurements and will allow reproduction of the unit of length at two wavelengths of 633 nm and 532 nm, as well as measurements of the wavelength of laser sources in vacuum in the range from 500 to 1050 nm.
