This study aims to describe the understanding of the Kuala Baru Subdistrict community about providing livelihood for raj'i iddah talak describing the divorce practices in Kuala Baru and their implications for iddah livelihood, and describing how the Kuala Baru community views the wife's livelihood during the iddah period, and explains how the legal provisions Islam towards the practice of the Kuala Baru people towards the living of the iddah in raj'i talak. This research is included in qualitative research by pointing to field research. That is research which focuses more on the results of data collection to informants who have been determined, the data sources used are primary and secondary data using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that divorce practices have taken place in Kuala Baru Subdistrict only through the village government, and rarely come to court. Then, the understanding of the Kuala Baru people about the giving of iddah is still very minimal, so they think that if they are divorced there are no rights and obligations of husband and wife. Therefore, based on the provisions of Islamic law the custom that occurs in the Kuala Baru community about the absence of a living iddah for a wife who is denied by raj'i is very contrary to Islamic law, even al-'urf also rejects the habits of the Kuala Baru community, and also the benefit is very detrimental to women, because their rights are not fulfilled.

Batuhampar village community's habit of making direct alms payments made by the muzaki. They do not want to give their alms to receiver to be distributed, they are more inclined to directly plant alms to the people they want. In addition, the tradition that exists in the village Batuhampar community is that they do not directly pay alms on their rice yields. They will pay alms after only a few days or even more. They also do not pay alms with rice but have been replaced by money, no one is concerned if full charity directly with rice. Furthermore, in calculating the nisab and payment of rice alms, the community does not incur agricultural operational costs. They argue that the calculation of calculation and alms payment is not a valid expense incurred costs and debts earlier. This research is a field research that is research with interview techniques to the parties directly related to the problems that the author discussed. The type of this research is  qualitative research. Based on the research that has been done then the authors can get conclusions from the tradition of zalcat distribution of rice harvest conducted by  Batuhampar village society is legal according to Islamic law. The reason is that the various traditions that have developed in the village Batuhampar community in distributing alms of rice crops are a tradition that is equally absent and not prohibited by Islam. In addition, the tradition of distribution of rice harvest is a tradition that has been perfected both by society and no errors in the implementation.

In the preparation of this thesis, researchers used qualitative research, the type of research used was library research and field research. Sources of data obtained through primary and secondary data sources, for data collection using two methods, namely: interviews and documentation, for data analysis techniques using 3 methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study aims to determine the implementation or practice of the murabahah contract in murabahah financing products at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Fajar Bekasi branch whether it is in accordance with Islamic law and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. The result of this research is that in the practice of the murabahah contract at KSPPS BMT Fajar has implemented it according to the SOP and in accordance with Islamic law and fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the murabahah contract on murabahah financing products at KSPPS BMT Fajar Bekasi branch is in accordance with Islamic law and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 About Murabaha. This is based on the results of the analysis of interviews with members who apply for murabahah financing.


The practice of pawning is not always in accordance with what is happening on the ground. The implementation of a land mortgage in the village of Betung, Lubuk Keliat District, OganIlir Regency, South Sumatra Province in Indonesia so far has not been in accordance with Islamic Law. In line with this problem, this study aims to find out the rahn system in Betung village, Lubuk Keliat sub-district, OganIlir Regency, South Sumatra Province in Indonesia, and to find out a review of Islamic law on the rahn implementation system in the village. In this study used qualitative data types, with primary data sources obtained using field studies through interviews with some of the wombs and murtahin who carry out rahn or pawn in the village of Betung. While secondary data is taken from documentation and literature relating to the problem under study, then the data collected has been analyzed qualitatively using interpretive deductive analysis instruments. The observations obtained through this research are the pawning system carried out by a part of the Betung village community that is using the use pawn system and trondol which is contrary to rahn.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Secondary data were obtained from the library study, while primary dataobtained through the results of research conducted at research locations in the districtSumbawa with 157 villages in Sumbawa Regency,which examined the 8 villages that were the samples of the study, as for the locationThe research was conducted in Labuhan Village, Sumbawa, Uma Beringin, Tepal, BatuRotok, Kaung Island, Bungin Island, Lekong and Mapin Rea and the Empowerment ServiceCommunities and Villages (Dinas PMD) Sumbawa Regency. This research aims tosynthesis of village financial management in the management of Village Funds. This type of researchis a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This researchcarried out using documentation techniques and interviews with parties involved in the management of the Village Fund. Descriptions are obtained throughanalysis of Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 by comparing the realization in the field.Village Fund Management from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting stagesand accountability in general can be said to be in accordance withPermendagri No. 113 of 2014 although there are several things in the planning,implementation and administration that are still not in accordance with the target time.

This article is based on field research aims to answer the question of the influence of Islamic Law on prohibiting liquor (Tuak) towards community behavior of Boto Village in Semanding district of Tuban Regency.  It also strives to analyze the factors that contribute to mold people's behavior. The approach of this research is combining a quantitative survey and qualitative research methods, with data analysis techniques in the form of analytical descriptive. The results of the study conclude that Islamic law is incapable of fashioning the actual behavior of its adherents, especially in the village of Boto. The prohibitions of liquor (tuak) failed to stimulate the behavior of rural communities under Islamic legal norms. This is indicated by the lack of community response to Islamic legal norms. On the contrary, it is conclusively found that the behavior of the majority of people deviates from the Islamic provisions of legal norms about the prohibition of liquor (tuak).

Through integrating the Village Ministry program that encourages the village government to establish a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) and the New Regent Program of Jember Regency that is one village one product and by utilizing the large productivity of cassava farming and the feasibility of previous research on cassava farmers, so those motivate writer (1) to find out the opportunities and obstacles faced by BUMDes in the field of cassava agro-industry, (2) to determine the appropriate sharia-based financing model for BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) in the field of cassava agro-industry. This type of research used a survey research and exploratory qualitative research to be carried out in every village in the district Arjasa, Temurejo and Sumberbaru Jember Indonesia since three of these districts are the highest cassava producer in Jember district (Department of Agriculture, 2016). Primary and secondary data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman method and triangulation technique. Research in BUMDes in 24 villages in three districts Arjasa, Sumberbaru and Tempurejo found that (a) although the 24 villages have farms of cassava,but Karangbayat is the only village that has high potential for establishing cassava agro-industry BUMDes; (b) constraints experienced by management in managing BUMDes that are ;less skilled human resources, marketing, production techniques, venture capital / finance and administration; (c) sharia financing model for cassava BUMDes agroindustry there are 3 forms; (I) BUMDes financing model sourced from the village fund by shared-profit (mudharabah) and (ii)BUMDes funding models sourced from salam (iii) BUMDes financing model through giving raw cassava is done by mudharabah mustarakah and murabahah

Purpose of the study: The objective of this study is to analyze the legal framework regarding village funds in Indonesia and analyze the budgeting of some villages in Central Java along with the relation of village funds to their development and poverty. Lastly, this paper will hand over recommendations to solve these problems. Methodology: The research method employed in this legal research is normative-empirical research, whereas the research material used includes primary and secondary data. The primary data is obtained based on field research by conducting interviews with the related respondents, while the secondary data obtained through literature studies of various sources. Main Findings: The authors found out that although with the existence of the village fund, there is still some village that is underdeveloped and there are many poor people. Applications of this study: The findings can be useful as a source to improve the effectiveness of Village Funds, whether for the Central Government or the Village Government. Novelty/Originality of this study: The new findings in this study would advance the existing knowledge in Village Funds, especially its implementation through village expenditure.

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal.
