Creative thinking is a process of thinking that produces a wide variety of possible ideas and ways. The creative thinking indicator used consists of fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elabolasi. In addition to creative thinking beliefs about oneself determine how people think, feel, and motivate themselves in acting. This study aims to analyze the ability of creative thinking and self confidence of students on the material of cubes and beams. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Subjects in this study were students of class IX in junior Darul Falah as many as 29 people. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the students' mathematical creative thinking ability is still low and there are still students who are less confident in learning mathematics.

Abstrak: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian terdiri 3 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil tes untuk mewakili tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 4 (sangat kreatif), (2) subjek yang termasuk TKBK 3 (kreatif), (3) subjek yang termasuk TKBK 2 (cukup kreatif), (4) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 1 (kurang kreatif), (5) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 0 (tidak kreatif).Abstract:  The type of this research is done by qualitative descriptive that aims to analyze the level of creative thinking ability of the seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 8 Salatiga. The research subject is consisted of 3 students that are selected based on test results to represent the level of creative thinking ability. The sampling technique is done by purposive method. The research is done by test and interview. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) subjects that includes TKBK 4 (very creative), (2) subjects that includes TKBK 3 (creative), (3) that subjects includes TKBK 2 (creative enough), (4) subjects that includes TKBK 1 (less creative), (5) subjects that includes in TKBK 0 (not creative).

This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical creative thinking regarding student self-confidence in learning mathematics on the matter of building a rectangular flat. In this study using a descriptive method with the qualitative approach by analyzing the level of mathematical creative thinking seen from the level of student confidence. The population of this research is 30 students of class VIII in Senior High School of 3 Cimahi academic year 2017-2018. The results of this study show that students who have high self-esteem (KDT) will have a high creative thinking ability, students who have moderate confidence (KDS) will have the ability to think creatively that, as well as students who have low self-confidence will have low creative thinking ability.

This study aims to determine the ability of creative thinking high school students in physics learning, know the form of assessment of creative thinking abilities. The study was conducted at SMAN 6 Yogyakrata. This type of research is a survey with a cross-sectional method that is a survey conducted once and at a time. The subjects were the principals, teachers of physics from SMAN 6 Yogyakrata and 30 grade XI students. observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis method used was the quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the creative thinking ability of class XI MIA 1 students at SMAN 6 Yogyakarta can be said to be in the average and quite good category, although there are some students whose level of creative thinking ability is low. In addition, the form of assessment used by physics teachers has not been effective and accurate enough in assessing students 'creative thinking abilities. So it is recommended to use The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) in physics learning because it has been proven to be accurate in assessing students' creative thinking abilities.

The students’ low ability in absorbing the information they got in thelearning activity. Another factor was students’ self-concept which not quitegood. Students’ self-concept can be declared through their selfunderstanding, as well as their self-confidence toward their ability to solvetheir assignment or problem. This study was aimed to investigate the effectof learning style toward the mathematical creative thinking ability, toinvestigate the effect of self-concept toward mathematical creative thinkingability, and to investigate the effect of learning style and self-concept towardmathematical creative thinking ability. This study was one of the ex-postfacto with descriptive approach. Based on the aim of this study, this studyused regression analysis technique in the form of simple analysis regressionand double analysis regression. The result of this study showed that therewas an effect of learning style toward mathematical creative thinking ability,there was an effect of self-concept toward mathematical creative thinkingability, and there was an effect of learning style and self-concept towardmathematical creative thinking ability

The art of creative thinking needs to develop and taught to students because by thinking creativity, students are able to solve the problem they have, the students become more independent, creating reliable and talented human resources, and skillful in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the creative thinking ability in the mathematic aspect of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students. The data collection was done by giving four questions of students' creative thinking ability on KPK and FPB materials along with with interview the students. The research was done to 31 students of class IVC. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Creative thinking ability is important in Era 4.0 where the development of knowledge becomes really fast. The average achievement of every creative thinking indicator is fluency 45,8% and flexibility 58,3%, whereas originality and elaboration indicator reaches 33,3%. The conclusion from this research is that the creative thinking ability of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students need to improve

This study aims to improve the ability of creative thinking through Project Based Learning on pollution and waste recycling materials. This research is a classroom action research conducted for 2 cycles. Each research cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of grade X SMA N 2 Boyolali with 37 students. Research data obtained through class observation, interviews, documentation, and tests of creative thinking ability that consists of aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Validation of data is done by triangulation technique. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that each aspect of creative thinking ability in pre-cycle that is fluency 25,4% included in category less, flexibility 24,8% included in category less, originality 15,9% included in category less, and elaboration 18,6 % Included in the category less. The achievement percentage of each aspect of the ability of creative thinking in the first cycle that is fluency 34.5% included in the category enough, flexibility 41.8% included in the category enough, originality 37% included in the category enough, and elaboration 40.5% included in the category enough. The achievement percentage of each aspect of creative thinking ability in cycle II that is fluency 78,6% included in creative category, flexibility 52,1% included in enough category, 48,9% originality included in enough category, and elaboration 58,6% including In sufficient category. The achievement of students' creative thinking ability from pre-cycle to cycle II has increased according to the research target of ≥20% through the implementation of Project Based Learning model

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukamakmur 1. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukamakmur 1 yang berjumlah 97 siswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel 40 siswa dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes soal Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB) pada soal Matematika. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan pearson product moment. Hasil dari uji validitas tes soal Matematika diperoleh 10 butir instrumen yang valid dari 10 butir instrumen yang diujicobakan. Hasil uji reliabilitas nilai r20 sebesar 0,939. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV. Hal ini diperoleh probabilitas (signifikansi) 0.000 < 0.050 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV.   Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fourth grade learners in elementary school. This location was conducted at Sukamakmur 1 State Elementary School. This research is a type of Quantitative Research. The population who was used in this study. There were all fourth grade learners of State Elementary School Sukamakmur 1 with totalling 97 learners. Researcher took a sample of 40 learners from the existing population. Data Collection Techniques were through tests about the Smallest Guild Multiplication (KPK) and the Biggest Guild Factor (FPB) in Mathematical Questions. Data Analysis Techniques to test hypothesis were done by calculating Pearson Product Moment. The result of the validity test of mathematical questions were obtained 10 valid instruments from the 10 items tested. The reliability test resulted of the r20 value were 0/939. The result of testing the hypothesis, there was a significant effect of the application of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) to the Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This was obtained probability (significance) 0.000 < 0.050 showed the influence of submission and troubleshooting model (JUCAMA) on Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This study aims to determine the application of open ended strategies can improve students' creative thinking abilities. The research method used in this study is the classroom action research (CAR) method using the Kurt Lewin model consisting of four components namely, planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 45 students of MI Al-Khoiriyah Sawangan class of students. Data collection techniques used were observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed in a qualitative description. Based on the results of the first cycle study 63% of students stated to have the ability to think creatively, in the second cycle 88% of students have the ability to think creatively. This achievement shows that the use of open ended strategies can improve students' creative thinking skills in thematic learning.Keywords: Creative Thinking Ability, Open Ended, Thematic

This study aims to examine the improvement of student’s creative thinking ability of Class VIII on the material of two-variable linear equation system through open ended approach. This type of research is classroom action research. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted on grade VIII-C student of SMP Darul Falah in the academic year 2017/2018 with 36 student. The instrument used in a student’s mathematical creative thinking test, cycle I and II test (after giving of action), and an observation sheet for teachers and students to conditions of action implementation. The result of this study indicate that the aspect of matehematical thinking creative ability of students has increased because of the problems tested in each test, the more students who score above the KKM. Based on the work indicator, it is concluded that the mathematical creative thinking ability of grade VIII-C students of SMP Darul Falah on two-variable linear equation system can be improved through open ended approach.

AbstractThe ability to think mathematically creative is one of the competency standards for graduate students at the vocational level. Based on the results of previous studies said that the mathematical creative thinking ability of vocational students is very low and the interview of researchers in several mathematics teachers in Pekanbaru vocational school said that Pekanbaru vocational students were accustomed to mathematical problems according to the teacher's example and it was recognized that teachers lacked daily problems. This study aims to determine the mathematical creative thinking ability of vocational students in Pekanbaru City in row and series material. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The instrument used was a mathematical creative thinking ability test with 4 indicators namely fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Questions in the form of a breakdown test were taken from the SMK National Exam question bank and given to 36 students of class X TKJ-2 SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. From the test results it can be concluded that the percentage of mathematical creative thinking ability of SMKN 2 students is at the ability to think creatively enough at 42%. Where the fluency indicator is 56%, the indicator of Authenticity (originality) is 38%, the Elaboration indicator is 46% and the indicator of Flexibility is 28%.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Berpikir kreatif Matematis, Barisan dan Deret
