The folklore entitled Lubuk Emas is one of the stories that come from North Sumatra, Indone-sia. The aim of this study is the researcher wants to show the importance of moral value and character-building education through the Lubuk Emas folklore. This research used the library research method, where the researcher will gathering information about the moral value and character-building education through Lubuk Emas folklore.  The results of this study are to show that the character has a different characterization and also give the reader a different mo-rality include individual morality and social morality. Which later can be applied in everyday life through studying the characters so that the children will grow with a commendable person-ality and character. Keywords:  Character Building, Education, Folklore, Lubuk Emas, Moral Value

Character building is an integral part of the main objective of education. Not only related to the development of scientific insights, but Islamic education is also oriented to the formation of morals (character). In Indonesia, the educational figure Ki Hajar Dewantara has a unique perspective on education and its strategy in shaping students' character. In this research, several problem formulations are proposed, including 1) what is the method of character building according to Ki Hajar Dewantara ?, 2) How is the character-building method in Islamic education? This type of research is research (Library Research), which takes library materials that have something to do with the problem under study. This research concludes that character education, according to Ki Hajar Dewantara consists of among, ngemong and among as well as ngerti, ngrasa and nglakoni. Meanwhile, its relevance to Islamic education is the concept of character building Ki Hajar combining morality, intellect and spirituality, the three of which are circularly applicable in the concept of Islamic faith, which is not only limited to believing and understanding, but also implementing it in everyday life

This research was motivated by a condition that reading of Syi’ir as a culture in society<br />decreased. Whereas, Syi’ir contained a lot of good values related to children’s character building. Through field research method, philology, and documentary research, this study found that Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo was Syi’ir that contains children’s moral value to build their character. Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo consists of a very useful basic moral value to  develop of children’s character. The Basic moral embedded in Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo were respect and responsibility. Respect would bring children to have polite in personality and behavior based on the moral value. From respect, children would have a responsible character that would create self-consciousness to do moral act. By those two basic moral values, respect and responsibility, then children would grow with noble characters.

The character of daughter is built by her father patriarchal ideology in patrilineal kinship. For example, that issue was depicted on Laura as a daughter in Laura Ingalls Wilder Little House on the Prairie (1971). This study aims to explain the way of Laura thinking and behaving which are influenced by her father patriarchal ideology. Then, this study aims to explain the success of her father patriarchal ideology on Laura character building in that novel. This study was a kind of library research. The research method of this study was close reading by using feminism approach. The results of this study showed that first, the character of Laura had been built by her father patriarchal ideology through the way of thinking in Little House on the Prairie (1971). Laura had a forward thinking pattern for the future. She also had the ability to think quickly and logically. She also had a similar thought with her father about the animal skill. She was also able to think critically, as an adult about her safety and the Ingalls family. Second, the way of Laura behaving was also built by her father patriarchal ideology. Laura had an affectionate behaviour toward fellow creatures. She was also be nice when she made a new relationship with the stranger people. She also had a polite behaviour to respect others. Third, Laura father patriarchal ideology was successfully influenced her daughter character building in Laura Ingalls Wilder Little House on the Prairie. Pa as Laura father was considered became the protector for Laura and the Ingalls family. He was also positioned as the superior one by Laura, even he was considered became a hero for the Ingalls family. Pa was also considered had an important role by Laura in her life and also the Ingalls family.

It is natural that morality is a very important foundation in human life. So the formation of character (morals) is part of the main mission of the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore in forming character, it is important to have a formulation of the organization of Islamic education as character education. In formulating it back to the source of Allah's guidance in His shari'a. This study aims to determine the character building of children with the approach of al-Qur'an based education. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research (library research). The conclusion of this study is the education of the Qur'an gradually bringing someone to knowledge who finally was able to practice and reflect in everyday life into a praiseworthy personality. To get a proper understanding of the study of the Qur'an, it is necessary to approach it to reflect what is being read.

Implementation of building contract agreement for building "North Sumatra Provincial Tax and Retribution Management Agency at PT. Betesda Makmur "Agreement on building contract for PT. Betesda Mandiri is more than where the party giving the job contract is apart from the private sector besides the emergence of this agreement is simpler that can be by selecting contractors with negotiations and by selecting contractors with limited tenders. The research method used is Normative Juridical, and data collection techniques used are the library research. Implementation of building contract agreement for building "Management of Regional Tax and Retribution in the province of North Sumatra at PT. Betesda Mandiri "Building contract agreement at PT. Betesda Mandiri arises more from the party providing jobs from the private sector. In addition to the process for the emergence of this agreement, it is simpler, that is by selecting contractors, negotiating with a limited selection tender. During the development process there were no obstacles that occurred during the construction, all in accordance with what was planned during the agreement. If there is a party that carries out a default, sanctions may be imposed in accordance with those stated in the agreement.

Penelitian ini mengkaji morfologi cerita rakyat Arso Watuwe berdasarkan teori struktur naratologi Propp. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini karena penelitian morfologi terhadap cerita rakyat tersebut belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui studi pustaka (dokumentasi). Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini menganalisis morfologi cerita rakyat berdasarkan teori dan metode penelitian struktur naratologi Propp. Konsep dasar analisis struktur naratologi Propp adalah fungsi dan peranan pelaku dalam cerita. Cara analisis dilakukan dengan memeriksa kembali data-data dan memilah-milahnya berdasarkan jenis dan tipenya. Selanjutnya, fungsi dalam dongeng didentifikasi dan dimasukkan ke dalam tanda atau lambang khusus yang telah dibuat oleh Propp. Terakhir, fungsi-fungsi tersebut didistribusikan ke dalam lingkaran tindakan tertentu. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ditemukan dua puluh satu fungsi naratif, tiga pola cerita, dan lima lingkaran tindakan. Selain itu, terdapat nilai moral, seperti pantang menyerah, disiplin, kerja keras, dan menjaga solidaritas dalam cerita tersebut.Abstract:This research investigates morphology of Arso’s folktale “Watuwe” based on Propp’s theory. The background of conducting the research is that  the research has not been carried out yet.  The study uses qualitative method. The data collection technique is by doing library research (documentation). In this study, the author analyzes morphology of the folktale based on theory and research method of Propp’s narratology structure. The basic concepts of it are function and role of characters in the story. It is analyzed by rechecking and selecting data based on its kinds and types. Then, the functions are identified and symbolized in Propp’s symbols. Finally, the func- tions are distributed to Propp’s speres of action. From the investigation, it is found that there are twenty one narratology functions, three story patterns, and five speres of action.  Furthermore, there is a moral value, such as persevering, discipline, hard work, and keeping solidarity within the story.

AbstractThe concept of Islamic religious education such as kalam and fiqih is more directed towards the development of affective capable of experiencing multicultural realities, so that the spirit of Sufi teachings that develop multicultural morality through two things: the first "al sidq ma'a Allah" (honest with God), second "Husn al mu'amalah ma'a al nas" (behave well with fellow human beings). This research includes the type of library research (library research) with the analysis used is descriptive analytical. The role of Sufistic-Based Multicultural Multicultural Education for Student Character Building lies in the learning process that emphasizes intellectual intelligence, emotional and spiritual intelligence in every process undertaken by emphasizing appreciation of the individual's individuality of the students and promoting affection in teaching students as parents to their natural children, there is no favoritism in giving treatment to every student, all students are treated and educated according to their ability and emphasized to mutual respect difference with other friend, so in the end student will have akhlakul karimah as nature of Allah SWT in everyday life with emphasize at power qalb on student self.IntisariKonsep pendidikan agama Islam seperti kalam dan fiqih lebih diarahkan pada pengembangan afektif yang mampu merasakan berbagai realitas yang bersifat multicultural, sehingga semangat ajaran sufistik yang mengembangkan moralitas multikultural melalui dua hal: pertama “al sidq ma’a Allah” (jujur bersama Allah), kedua “husn al mu’amalah ma’a al nas” (berperilaku baik dengan sesama manusia).Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Peran Pendidikan Multikultural Berbasis Afektif Sufistik bagi Pembentukan Karakter Siswa terletak pada proses pembelajaran yang mengedepankan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual dalam setiap proses yang dilakukan dengan menekankan pada penghargaan terhadap keberagamaan setiap individu siswa dan mengedepankan kasih sayang dalam mengajar siswa sebagaimana orang tua terhadap anak kandungnya, tidak ada pilih kasih dalam memberikan perlakuan kepada setiap siswa, semua siswa diperlakukan dan dididik sesuai kemampuannya dan ditekankan untuk saling menghargai perbedaan dengan teman lainnya, sehingga pada akhirnya siswa akan memiliki akhlakul karimah sebagaimana sifat Allah SWT dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan menekankan pada kekuatan qalb pada diri siswa.

Muhammadiyah Business Charitable and the founder of Muhammadiyah Islamic College (MIC), the obligation of an academic community is added to the understanding and practice of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan as a teaching doctrine that follows the Prophet Muhammad SAW, one of the courses that should intersect with Muhammadiyah understanding is the Pancasila course, this course not only describes how the history of Pancasila used as the basis of an independent state, moral value, ethics and diversity that exist, but this Pancasila course should also describe the ideology of Muhammadiyah, the State Law of Pancasila and the ways of practicing it in everyday life of course with Muhammadiyah rules, so that the Pancasila course this is one of the characteristics of the practice of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan in the Legal Studies Program. The research method used in this research is normative juridical.

This study aims to analyze and discuss the values in Hendrik Ibsen’s The Wild Duck. The method used in this study is descriptive. The data are a drama entitled The Wild Duck (1959). A library research method is applied in collecting the data. Furthermore, the data is analyzed qualitatively. Based on the result of the analysis, it was revealed that there are five kinds of Values found in The Wild Duck which are Moral Value, Social Value, Personal Value, Spiritual Value and Family Value. The most presented type is a moral value, it is about honesty. Social value is about interaction with around, friendship, respect to each other, justice. A personal value is a personality. Spiritual is non-material, it means the values of truth, inner peace, righteousness, and non-violence and the last is family values are beliefs, function as a family, ideals.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.
