The fiction politics of contemporaneity reflects diversified patterns of language forms and their func- tions. This has brought to life experimental (postmodernist) writing the key principles of intertextuality, fragmentation, destruction, play. Postmodernist aesthetics caused a blurring of traditional genre canons that led to contamination of syncretic genre compounds through a grotesque transformation of traditional genre models and created an „estrangement? effect. The phenomenon of ludic absurd is viewed in three as- pects: 1) linguo-philosophical; 2) cognitive; 3) poetic. The present study focuses on the analysis of ludic absurd; the role of graphic, phonetic, morphemic, word-forming, syntactical, semantic mechanisms, based on the intentional deviation of language norm, play on words; cognitive mechanisms, generated by ad-hoc way of thinking. The conducted linguopoetic analysis of American postmodern short stories suggests that ludic absurd as a stylistic device of postmodern poetics manifests itself at all language levels (lexical, syn- tactic, semasiological, and textual) and is realized via the semantic asymmetry of lexical units, using illog- ical, but grammatically correct syntactic constructions, syntactic mismatch of sentences and whole text fragments. Prospects for further studies consist in clarifying the pragmatic role of ludic absurd in the postmodern literary text; expanding the taxonomy of lexico-semantic, stylistic, and syntactic and paragraphemic means of ludic absurd.

The assessment of the state of the thyrotropin-thyroid system in the body of young pigs in the context of sexual dimorphism and different breeds in specific economic conditions is given. It was found that the concentration of TTG, T3 and T4 in the blood of pigs varies in the range of 0.83±0.18-1.07±0.10 mMU/l, 5.76±0.33-7.14±0.41 and 26.82±2.90-28.73±0.93 pmol/l, boars 0.02±0.01-0.03±0.01 mMU/l, 7.50±0.25-9.24±0.34 and 25.74±4.63-31.67±2.43 pmol/l. The concen-tration of TTG and thyroxine is statistically significantly correlated in pigs at the level of r(TTG-T4)= 0,56±0,16 - 0,89±0,05, hryachkov r(TTG-T4)= 0,76±0,23 - 0,83±0,25). In a pair of TTG – T3 signs, the correlation coefficients are equal in pigs r(TTG-T3)= 0,47±0,09 - 0,51±0,17, hryachkov r(TTG-T3)= 0,49±0,39 - 0,64±0,54. Regulation in the TTG-T4 hormone pair, regardless of gender and breed of animals, is carried out on the principle of positive feedback (the higher the level of TTG in the blood, the greater the concentration of thyroxine). Functional communication in the TTG-T3 pair in the body of pigs and boars within the physiological scale of TSH concentrations is supported by the principle of direct and feedback, as well as the principle of "active regulation of vegetative func-tions".

Research subject. The division of the performed functions between all UAVs of the same cluster, a comparison of the methods for implementing the SDN controller into the UAV network, a description of the sequence of actions implemented in the UAV cluster, depending on a specific application scenario. Method. Analysis of standards and recommendations in the field of SDN technologies and construction of UAV networks; Comparison of SDN controller implementation methods: outside the cluster, on the head node, on all UAVs of the same cluster, and implementation using two controllers (one outside the cluster, and the second on the head node). Core results. 4 ways of using the UAV are described in de-tail, as well as the sequence of actions performed by the UAV cluster for each method; Compared 4 ways to implement the SDN controller in the UAV network; A method for dividing the performed func-tions between UAVs of one cluster is presented. Practical relevance. The sequences of actions pre-sented for each method of application will allow in the future to implement the execution of these scenar-ios using a UAV cluster; The article details the advantages and disadvantages of all four ways to imple-ment an SDN controller; the presented method of dividing functions between UAVs has less resource consumption for individual UAVs and for the entire cluster as a whole, than with the method with the im-plementation of all functions on each UAV of the cluster.

International audience We describe a combinatorial formula for the coefficients when the dual immaculate quasisymmetric func- tions are decomposed into Young quasisymmetric Schur functions. We prove this using an analogue of Schensted insertion. We also provide a Remmel-Whitney style rule to generate these coefficients algorithmically.

Language is the primary mode of human expression. Language delineates humans from other animals. With the use of language in its oral and written form, humans are able to communicate and express their feelings within the cultural norms. In essence, lan-guage is a mean or process of understanding the experience, ideas, and emotions. Since French is a language, it performs all functions that human languages perform such as communicative, interactive, diplomatic and informative functions. These func-tions have an impact positively on sustainable human development of the country. In spite of the benefits that the Nigeria citizenry are to derive while learning French language, there are many obstacles on its way such as government attitude towards the language, learning environment, lack of infrastructures, lack of motivation, jobless-ness of the students, etc. Hence, the analysis of the benefits and obstacles of learning French language in Nigeria and recommendation of ways alleviate the obstacles of learning French Language in Nigeria is what this paper has set out to achieve.

Povzetek V članku Slovensko vojaško letalstvo danes in čez 20 let nas avtor skozi kratko zgodovino vojaškega letalstva v Sloveniji popelje do trenutnih karakteristik slov-enskega vojaškega letalstva. Abstract This article, ‘The Characteristics of the Slovenian Armed Forces Air Force (SA-FAF) : now and 20 years in the future’, will lead us through a brief history to-wards the characteristics of today’s Slovenian Armed Forces Air Force. In addi-tion, the article will, with the help of the Slovenian security policy through the Slovenian Armed Forces, whose focus is on Battalion Battle Groups, present the future characteristics of the Slovenian Armed Force Air Force, which, besides fulfilling a supporting role, should be built on a foundation of the joint functions – command and control (C2); intelligence; fire power movement and manoeu-vres; protection; and sustainment – of joint warfare. However, the key question is: what decisions should be made and what action taken to get us from here to there? Slovenian security policy, supported by a military way of thinking, plays the key role, and is the enabler for building new future characteristics based on joint functions. Key words Slovenian Armed Forces Air Force (SAFAF), characteristics, alliance, joint func-tions

Currently at the forefront in the development of labour legislation beyond the introduction of professional standards, namely directly regulatory, information provision and decision of issues of legal regulation, improvement of the existing system of qualification requirements to the employees about what will be discussed in this scientific article. Due to the fact that Russian labour legislation does not contain many of the concepts, terms, procedural provisions and the order of introduction of qualification requirements for employees upon hiring, determining work func tions and stuff that is hampering the implementation of main goals and tasks of labour legislation. From July 2016 in Russia, the time has come for professional standards, entered into force article 195.1-195.3 of the Labor code governing the professional standards of the Ministry of labor of Russia (Federal law No. 122-FZ of 2.05.2015). From that time the workers have to regularly confirm their professional satisfaction. In the existing handbooks and the literature requirements for workers is often inaccurate and infrequently updated, and it directly is an important gap to resolve which applied to professional standards, detail of which will be discussed in this scientific article.
