Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Economic theory of language policy treats a language as an economic phenomenon. A language situation is considered to be an economic, or market, situation, while language policy becomes an element of economic policies. The paper aims to systematize and to further develop theoretical and methodological aspects of this promising research field situated between economics and sociolinguistics.

Currently, a real challenge for the workers in the agricultural research field is to stop or reduce the use of expensive agrochemicals/ chemical fertilizers which are hazardous to the environment as well as human health. Present study was aimed to improve the growth and obtain optimum yield of Vigna crop with eco-friendly, non-toxic way and to reduce the use of agrochemical/chemical fertilizer application in agricultural activities. A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of chemical fertilizer (DAP) and biofertilizer ( Rhizobium strain) separately and in combination on seed germination and seedling growth (at 30 days) based on morphological parameters such as seedling length (cm), fresh weight (g), dry weight (g) and leaf area (cm)2 of Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek. After one month (30 Days) observations, it was found that seedling length, fresh and dry weights and leaf area were maximum in T4 and minimum in T15, T7 and T8 favored improved seedling length and leaf area whereas T7, T8, and T9 favored improved fresh and dry weights as compared to control.

Video surveillance is emerging research field of intelligent transport systems. This paper presents some techniques which use machine learning and computer vision in vehicles detection and tracking. Firstly the machine learning approaches using Haar-like features and Ada-Boost algorithm for vehicle detection are presented. Secondly approaches to detect vehicles using the background subtraction method based on Gaussian Mixture Model and to track vehicles using optical flow and multiple Kalman filters were given. The method takes advantages of distinguish and tracking multiple vehicles individually. The experimental results demonstrate high accurately of the method.

The research was organized in two phases: in the first, a survey was carried out on online platforms of academic productions in visual arts, focusing on two-dimensional work, using the descriptors “arte popular” and “estética latina” resulting in three articles. In the second phase, two works were selected by an artist from Bolivia, participating in the exhibition “Conexão Santa Cruz”, held during FASP 2018, which were analyzed at their representational and symbolic levels. Through the interpretation of the images, it was possible to construct a reading on the artist’s perspective regarding her cultural conditions within the social order in which she is located. Keywords: Visual Arts. Personalized courseware authoring based on recommender system, which is the process of automatic learning objects selecting and sequencing, is recognized as one of the most interesting research field in intelligent web-based education. Since the learner’s profile of each learner is different from one to another, we must fit learning to the different needs of learners. In fact from the knowledge of the learner’s profile, it is easier to recommend a suitable set of learning objects to enhance the learning process. In this paper we describe a new adaptive learning system-LearnFitII, which can automatically adapt to the dynamic preferences of learners. This system recognizes different patterns of learning style and learners’ habits through testing the psychological model of learners and mining their server logs. Firstly, the device proposed a personalized learning scenario to deal with the cold start problem by using the Felder and Silverman’s model. Next, it analyzes the habits and the preferences of the learners through mining the information about learners’ actions and interactions. Finally, the learning scenario is revisited and updated using hybrid recommender system based on K-Nearest Neighbors and association rule mining algorithms. The results of the system tested in real environments show that considering the learner’s preferences increases learning quality and satisfies the learner.
