Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian ini siswa putra kelas VII jumlah 32. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini zig-zag run untuk kelincahan dan standing broad jump untuk power otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan SPSS 16. Dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,02. Sedangkan untuk data power otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan tes zig-zag run, dan untuk daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data kelincahan pada kelompok perlakuan langkah bayangan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 0,49 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 0,25. Hasil analisis data daya ledak otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan langkah bayangan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 9,1 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 5,0. Hasil uji t-independent variabel kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Thitung sebesar 5,082 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan untuk variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Thitung sebesar 6,403 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Ubud. (2) pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Ubud.Kata Kunci : Langkah Bayangan (shadow), kelincahan, daya ledak otot tungkai The aims of this study was to determined the effect of training shadow step moving a shuttlecock to the agility and leg muscle power. Type of research was quasi experiment with the non randomized pre-test-post-test control group design. This research as many as 20 subjacts. Agility measured with a zig-zag run test and Leg muscle power measured with a vertical jump tests, then the data were analyzed with the aid of a computer program SPSS 16.0. The results of the analysis of agility on a shadow step treatment group, the mean of gaint score increased of 0,49, in the control group there was an increase of 0,25. The result of the analysis of leg muscle power on a shadow step treatment group, the mean of gaint score increased of 9,1, in the control group there was an increase of 5,0. The results of t-Independent agility variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Taccount of 5,082 with significance 0,000, leg muscle power variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Taccount of 6,403 with significance 0,000. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; (1) shadow step training effect on the increase in agility men's badminton extracurricular of SMPN 1 Ubud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. Kata Kunci : kelincahan, daya ledak, three corner drill The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of three corner drill training toward the increased agility and power muscle of legs. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. From the analyzed and discussion were concluded that : (1) three corner drill training effect the increased agility in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan, (2) three corner drill training effect the increased muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. keyword : Agility, power, three corner drill

Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. This research aimed to investigate problem-solving ability (PSA) and creativity of students through physics learning with causalitic-thinking approach with scaffolding of type 2b. With the scaffolding, in learning, students have to determine all causes and predict all possible effects in a phenomenon, also give arguments how conditions of each cause so that each effect occur. However, the number of the causes and effects is informed and part of the causes, effects, and arguments also be given so the students only need to complete them. This research used method of experiment with control group design. As population were students of class XI MIA SMAN 3 Mataram year 2017/2018 while as sample were the students of class XI MIA 8 and XI MIA 9. Data of the PSA and creativity were taken by using one set of test instrument and respectively analyzed with t-test and U-test at significance level of 5%. The former test showed that tcounted is 12.621 with ttable of 2.004 which meant that the approach affected PSA of students. While, the latter one showed that zcounted is 6.69 with ztable of 1.96 which meant that the approach also affected creativity of students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized conrol group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan menggunakan tes push-up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung diukur dengan instrumen tes back and leg dynamometer. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet untuk menggunakan pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung.Kata Kunci : medicine ball sit-up throw, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot punggung This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sample were male students SMP N 4 Singaraja numbered 44 people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer. Furthermore the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0,05), so the hypothesis research ”medicine ball sit-up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back muscle power on male students SMP N 4 Singaraja in the academic year of 2015/2016. For sports teachers, trainers, coaches and athletes are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power.keyword : medicine ball sit-up throw, arm muscle power, back muscle power.

  This study aims to determine the comparison of cooperative learning models with direct learning models on the learning outcomes of electrical circuit subjects of class X students at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta in November 2018 until January 2019. This Popolation  is class X TTL at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta which consists of 3 classes. The research method used is true  experimental pretest posttest control group design. The sample was randomly determined by random sampling technique. It was obtained 2 classes namely X.TTL1 for experimental class using cooperative learning models and X.TTL 3  was used for experimental class using direct learning models and class X.TTL 2 was used for class testing question validity. The analysis technique used is the t test at a significance level of  Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that learning using the Cooperative Learning Model with cognitive assessment of 92.41 and psychomotor assessment of 88.98, while learning using the Direct Learning Model with cognitive assessment amounted to 92.21 and psychometric assessment of 88.21. The results of calculations with the t-test on cognitive assessment at the significance level α = 0.05 and df = 64 are tcount <  ttable(0.512 <1.6672) and the value of t-test calculated at the significance level α = 0, 05 and df = 64 is tcount < ttable (0.45 <1.6672) means that H0 is accepted, Ho is accepted so that it can be concluded that the comparison of learning outcomes of electrical circuits taught using cooperative learning models is not higher or equal  using direct learning model at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model pembelajaran langsung terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran rangkaian listrik siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 26 Jakarta pada bulan November 2018 sampai Januari 2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X TTL di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah True eksperimental Design Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel ditentukan secara acak dengan teknik random sampling di dapat 2 kelas yaitu X.TTL 1 untuk kelas eksperimen I dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif dan X.TTL 3 digunakan untuk kelas eksperimen II dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung serta Kelas X.TTL 2 digunakan uji validasi soal. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji t pada taraf signifikansi =0,05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan penilaian kognitif sebesar 92.41 dan penilaian psikomotorik sebesar 88.98, sedangkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Langsung dengan penilaian kognitif sebesar 92.21dan penilaian psikomotorik sebesar 88.21. Hasil perhitungan dengan Uji–t pada penilaian kognitif pada taraf signifikansi  = 0,05 dan = 64 adalah < (0.512 < 1.6672) serta diperoleh nilai Uji-t hitung pada taraf signifikansi =0,05 dan = 64 adalah>(0.45<1.6672) artinyaHo diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbandingan hasil belajar rangkaian listrik yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tidak lebih tinggi atau sama dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar terhadap berpikir kreatif pada pembelajaran tematik integrative siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Warureja 01 dan SDN Warureja 02 Kabupaten Tegal. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, lembar validasi ahli dan lembar tes berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan metode Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas data menggunakan Box’M test. Data dianalisis dengan pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji beda rata-rata univariat menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kreatif dengan nilai signifikansi 0,037< 0.05.AbstractThis study aimed to know the Effect of the Surrounding Environment as a Learning Resource on Creative Thinking to the 4th Grade Students of State Elementary Schools. in integrative thematic learning of the fourth grade of State Elementary Schools. The study was conducted at SDN Warureja 01 and SDN Warureja 02 Tegal Regency. The research instruments used included observation, expert validation sheets, and creative thinking test sheets. The type of research used was quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest design nonequivalent control group design. The normality test was done by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and homogeneity test using the Box'M test. The Data were analyzed by hypothesis testing beginning with univariate mean difference test using independent sample t-test with a 5% significance level. The results showed that: the utilization of the surrounding environment as a source of learning approach affects the creative thinking, the significance level of 0,037< 0.05.

This study aims to determine and measuring the differences of the cognitive learning and activity on learners using direct instruction and cooperative TPS type in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sorong. This research is Quasi-experimental research which used The Matching Only Posttest Control Group Design. This study occur on two classes; XI IPA 1 as an experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The results shows that the average cognitive achievement test at 78,82 and the average activity 88,66, while the control class 70,59 and the average activity 84,21. It shows the results of learning and activity using TPS type of cooperative learning more effective. The results of data processing using independent sample t-test, with significance level α = 5% obtained t = 2,396. Value ttabel =1,694 so thitung> ttabel which means H0 rejected, so there are significant differences of cognitive achievement between control and experimental class.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif dan aktivitas peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran direct instruction dan kooperatif tipe TPS di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kabupaten Sorong. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini menggunakan The Matching Only Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian ini sebanyak dua kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tes hasil belajar kognitif kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,82 dan rata-rata aktivitas peserta didik 88,66, sedangkan kelas kontrol 70,59 dan rata-rata aktivitas peserta didik 84,21. Hal ini menunjukan hasil belajar dan aktivitas dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS lebih efektif. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Independent Sample t-test dengan taraf signifikan α = 5% diperoleh thitung = 2,396. Nilai ttabel=1,694 sehingga thitung > ttabel yang berarti H0 ditolak sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif antara kelas kontrol dengan eksperimen.

The objective of this research is to test the effectiveness of Jigsaw learning model for increase activeness and learning outcomes. Sample used is students of MTs Darul Hasanah Semarang grade VIII. The design research is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The method to collect data is documentation, observation, and test. Instrument used is test to measure scores of learning outcomes and observation sheet to measure scores of activeness. Based on significance test which significance level of 5% found tcalculate=1,951 for activeness of the students and for outcomes of the students found tcalculate=4,194. The result of t test higher than ttable=1,671. Based on the result, it can be concluded that Jigsaw cooperative learning be able to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of the students

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putri peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo berjumlah 45 orang. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 27,4 pada kelompok perlakuan double leg speed hop sebesar 11,6 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,33. Hasil uji one way anova variabel power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 22,325 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan quick leapp dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan quick leap lebih baik dari pada double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Saran; (1) bagi pelatih disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. (2) bagi atlet perlu memperhatikan set dan repetisi yang tepat karena setiap individu memiliki kemampuan berbeda. (3) bagi peneliti yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis disarankan menggunakan variabel dan sampel penelitian berbeda. The design of this study is the non-randomized control group pretest post-test design. The subjects were female students who join volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo amounted to 45 students. Data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (a) = 0.05 with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis in the quick leap treatment group, an increase on lamb muscle power of 27.4, in the treatment group double leg speed hop of 11.6 and in the control group of 0.33. One way anova variable of limb muscle power variable between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 22.225 and significance 0.000, which means difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward leg muscle power. It was concluded that; (1) the influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training significantly influenced the increase of leg muscle power, (2) there is significant difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward increasing leg muscle power, (3) quick leap training more Both on double leg speed hop against increased leg muscle power. Suggestion: (1) for trainers it is advisable to use this training in improving leg muscle power, (2) for athletes need to care for cells and proper repetition because each individual has different capabilities, (3) for researchers who want to do similar research is suggested using variables and Different research samples. keyword : Key Words: quick leap, double leg speed hop, explosive muscle limb power.
