Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized conrol group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan menggunakan tes push-up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung diukur dengan instrumen tes back and leg dynamometer. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet untuk menggunakan pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung.Kata Kunci : medicine ball sit-up throw, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot punggung This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. This studi aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. Kata Kunci : kelincahan, daya ledak, three corner drill The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of three corner drill training toward the increased agility and power muscle of legs. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. From the analyzed and discussion were concluded that : (1) three corner drill training effect the increased agility in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan, (2) three corner drill training effect the increased muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. keyword : Agility, power, three corner drill

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik dan anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional pada anak kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan non-equivalen post test only control group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 89 anak. 40 anak yang terpilih sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan cararondom sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu 20 anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa dan 20 anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Dana Punia. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji-t. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung 10,341, sedangkan ttabel dengan dk pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 2,021. Hal ni berarti nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (10,341 > 2,021), Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun nilai rata-rata kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik adalah 49,2, sedangkan pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional adalah 40,65. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pendekatan saintifik perpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017.2018. The population of this research are all of group A students of gugus III Buleleng. There are 89 students. 40 students are as the samples that choosen by random sampling. 20 students are from group A of Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa kindergarten and 20 students are from Dana Punia kindergarden. The data obtained were analyzed using t- test analysis. The results of the t-test analysis are calculated as 10,341, while the table with dk at the 5% significance level is 2,021. This means the value of tcount is greater than table (10,341>2,021), so ho is rejected and ha accepted. The everage value of the ability to recognize color in stundents who were taught by scientific approach was 49,2, while in stundents who were taught by the conventional approach is 40,63. So, it can be concluded that with the scientific approach of influence on the ability to recognize the color of group A students of kindergarten Gugus III Buleleng in academic year 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian ini siswa putra kelas VII jumlah 32. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini zig-zag run untuk kelincahan dan standing broad jump untuk power otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan SPSS 16. Dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,02. Sedangkan untuk data power otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels which has a risk of long-term or short-term complications. The inability of the community to carry out treatment independently is one of the causes that affect the ability of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers to carry out activities. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of client-centered guidance on independence in Diabetes Mellitus patients.Methods:This study used a quasy-experimental design with a pre-post test control group design approach, The sample in this study was 46 respondents divided into 23 interventions group and 23 control groups. The sampling technique is consecutive sampling. The intervention was given by providing client-centered guidance on day 1 with 4 stages, time duration ± 60 minutes, and evaluation for 7 days. Analysis of data using an independent t-test with a significance level of = 0.05.Results: The results of the t-test independent t-test with the value of P = 0.001, it means is an effect of client-centered guidance on the independence of Diabetes Mellitus patients.Conclusion: Providing client-centered guidance can increase independence and it can as part of nursing care interventions in the form of a support education system.

This research was aimed at finding out the effect of example non example model towards students’ vocabulary mastery at the first grade students of SMAN 4 Mataram. This research was an experimental research with quasi experimental and category of this research was non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research was the first grade students of SMAN 4 Mataram consist of 210 students. The instrument that used to collect the data was test consisted of post test. The data was analysis using statistical formula of t-test. The result of data analysis showed that the value of t-test was 4.39 and t-table 2.00. So the value of t-test is higher than t-table in significance level 0.05 and degree of freedom 62-2. It meant that t-critical value was significant for this confidence level. So that way, alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Therefore, it could be concluded that there was an effect of using example non example to teach vocabulary at the first grade students of SMAN 4 Mataram.

The research that has been conducted intends to determine the differences and effects of decline push up training with medicine ball throw exercises on the increase in arm muscle power in Muaythai athletes in Simalungun Regency in 2020. The research method used is the experimental method. The population is all Muaythai athletes in Simalungun Regency in 2020, totaling 20 people. The number of samples of 12 people was obtained by using purposive random sampling technique (purposive random sampling). Before being given the exercise, all samples were given a pretest of arm muscle power and then the data was used as a basis for dividing the group of exercises, namely decline push-ups with medicine ball throw exercises. The training was given for 16 meetings and after the training was completed, a post test for arm muscle power was carried out. The research instrument for data collection using tests and measurements, namely a medicine ball chest throw test to measure arm muscle power. The research was conducted for 6 (six) weeks with training 3 (three) times a week, namely on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Statistical calculations using paired t-test as well as unpaired t-test. The analysis of the first hypothesis which was carried out using pre-test data and post-test data on arm muscle power in the decline push-up exercise group obtained the results of the analysis of tcount of 10.64 and t table of 2.015 with  = 0.05 (t count> t table) means Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of decline push up exercise on the increase in arm muscle power in Muaythai athletes, Simalungun Regency. The second hypothesis analysis was performed using pre-test data and post-test data on arm muscle power in the medicine ball throw exercise group. The results of the analysis of tcount was 20.71 and t table was 2.015 with  = 0.05 (t count> t table) means Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the medicine ball throw exercise on the increase in arm muscle power in athletes Muatyhai, Simalungun Regency. Analysis of the third hypothesis which was carried out using post-test data on arm muscle power in the decline push up exercise group and the medicine ball throw exercise group obtained the results of the analysis of tcount of 1.51 and t table of 1.812 with  = 0.05 (t count <t table) means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no significant difference from decline push up exercises and medicine ball throw exercises on the increase in arm muscle power in Muaythai athletes, Simalungun Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan menyimak antara kelompok anak yang diberikan media pembelajaran audio visual dan anak yang diberikan media gambar pada anak kelompok B TK Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan Non-equivalen Post Test Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa TK kelompok B Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng dengan melibatkan 426 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa TK Pradnya Paramita Singaraja yang berjumlah 20 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa TK Widya Kumara Sthana Singaraja yang berjumlah 18 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi berupa lembar observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t menggunakan SPPS 16.0 for windows diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 sedangkan pada taraf signifikansi 5% = 0,05, maka sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan menyimak pada anak yang dibelajarakan dengan media pembelajaran audio visual dan yang dibelajarkan berupa media gambar pada anak kelompok B di TK Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata Kunci : media audio visual, kemampuan menyimak, anak usia dini. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan medicine ball pada siswa putra permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain randomize control group design. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang siswa angkatan 2017 setelah itu dibagi dua kelompok dengan menggunakan ordinal pairing 30 kelompok eksperimen dan 30 kelompok kontrol kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan latihan medicine ball sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberi perlakuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik tes yaitu instrumen tes mengukur kemampuan dasar atau prestasi orang coba (testee) dengan tes perbuatan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata hasil pre test kelompok eksperimen 27,53 sedangkan kelompok kontrol rata-rata 20,06 hasil post test kelompok eksperimen 27,53 sedangkan kelompok kontrol 22,07. Adapun perbedaan rata-rata hasil kelompok eksperimen 7,46 sedangkan rata-rata kelompok kontrol 2,01, berdasarkan data hasil analisis penelitian didapati thitung (25,695) > ttabel (2,045) dan nilai sig. (p) 0,000 < dari 0.05. Temuan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh latihan medicine ball yang signifikan terhadap hasil chest pass. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa latihan medicine ball dapat di jadikan variasi latihan untuk meningkatkan hasil chest pass pada permainan bola basket.Kata kunci : Latihan medicine ball, chest pass , bola basket.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran klasikal yang digunakan guru dalam mengajarkan calistung kreativitas anak belum berkembang dengan optimal. Strategi pembelajaran beyond centers and circle time (bcct) dipilih sebagai suatu model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada anak. Dalam model pembelajaran tersebut terdapat suatu variasi prilaku kreatif yang digunakan untuk bahan penelitian. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktivitas kreativitas anak usia dini dengan menggunakan pembelajaran beyond centers and circle time (bcct) dan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran beyond centers and circle time (bcct) terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas kreativitas anak usia dini dengan menggunakan pembelajarn beyond centers and circle time (bcct) dan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran beyond centers and circle time (bcct) terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan Pre-Test-Post-Test Control Group Design. Populasi dari penelitian adalah anak Pos Paud Nusa Indah Surabaya. Kelompok B dengan jumlah anak 28, kelas eksperimen 14 anak dan kelas kontrol 14 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji-t (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok dinyatakan terdistribusi normal (0,200>0,05) untuk kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dari uji Homogenitas di dapat kedua kelompok bersifat homogen (0.378>0,050) pada pretest dan(0.554>0,05) pada hasil nilai dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol terdapat perbedaan mean sebesar 0,5 hal ini terlihat dari mean difference sebesar -0,5000. Hasil analisis Group Statistics Pretest dan Group Statistics Posttest terlihat ada perbedaan dengan rata-rata pretest 6.143 berubah menjadi 9.714 dengan range kenaikan rata-rata 3.571. Sementara kelompok dengan pendekatan BCCT (Beyond Centers and Circle Time) mendapat hasil rata-rata 6.00 dan medapati kenaikan pada skor 10.214 dengan kenaikan skor sebesar 4.214. dengan demikian dapat di artikan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan BCCT (Beyond Centers and Circle Time) lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kreatifitas anak.
