Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan tes zig-zag run, dan untuk daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data kelincahan pada kelompok perlakuan langkah bayangan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 0,49 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 0,25. Hasil analisis data daya ledak otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan langkah bayangan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 9,1 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan rata-rata gaint score sebesar 5,0. Hasil uji t-independent variabel kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Thitung sebesar 5,082 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan untuk variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Thitung sebesar 6,403 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Ubud. (2) pelatihan langkah bayangan (shadow) memindahkan bola bulutangkis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Ubud.Kata Kunci : Langkah Bayangan (shadow), kelincahan, daya ledak otot tungkai The aims of this study was to determined the effect of training shadow step moving a shuttlecock to the agility and leg muscle power. Type of research was quasi experiment with the non randomized pre-test-post-test control group design. This research as many as 20 subjacts. Agility measured with a zig-zag run test and Leg muscle power measured with a vertical jump tests, then the data were analyzed with the aid of a computer program SPSS 16.0. The results of the analysis of agility on a shadow step treatment group, the mean of gaint score increased of 0,49, in the control group there was an increase of 0,25. The result of the analysis of leg muscle power on a shadow step treatment group, the mean of gaint score increased of 9,1, in the control group there was an increase of 5,0. The results of t-Independent agility variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Taccount of 5,082 with significance 0,000, leg muscle power variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Taccount of 6,403 with significance 0,000. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; (1) shadow step training effect on the increase in agility men's badminton extracurricular of SMPN 1 Ubud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian ini siswa putra kelas VII jumlah 32. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini zig-zag run untuk kelincahan dan standing broad jump untuk power otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan SPSS 16. Dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,02. Sedangkan untuk data power otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of AIUEO therapy on the speech ability of stroke patients who have motor aphasia in Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital Tanjungpinang. The research design used was quasi experiment with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach to 9 respondents who were divided into 9 treatment groups and 9 control groups. The results showed that there were significant differences in the functional ability of communication between the control and treatment groups with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.007 at a = 0.05) using the Wilcoxon Test statistical test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. This study aims to find out better plyometric exercises between depth jump and jump to box plyometrics exercises on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular. This research uses experimental methods with the design of "pretest-posttest one group design". The population in this study were volleyball students in Mts Salafiah extracurricular totaling 30 students. Samples taken from the results of the sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with criteria namely; (1) actively participating in extracurricular activities in Mts Salafiah, (2) registered as extracurricular participants in Mts Salafiah, (3) willing to take part in the training during the research. Based on these criteria, there were 20 students who met them. The instrument used for the jump height test is the vertical jump. Data analysis using t test. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) There was an effect of depth jump plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with t count 3.405> t table 2.23, and significance value 0.008 <0.05, increase in the average difference in value 5.40 cm. (2) There is an effect of jump to box plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with t count value 2. 945> t table 2.23, and significance value 0.016 <0.05, increase in mean difference of 3.70 cm. (3) Jump to box plyometric training is better than depth jump plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with an average difference of 10.50 cm

This research is a quasy experiment which aimed to finding out the effect of contextual learning model implementation assisted by media flash on the understanding concept of physics in SMPN 1 Labuapi. The population is all class VIII which filled by 117 students, while the sample of this research is class VIII B with 23 students as experiment group and grade VIII C with 23 students as control group. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. The hypothesis is tested by t-test separated varians. Based on by calculation hypothesis testing obtained that there is a difference of understanding concept of physics between experiment group which is given treatment with contextual learning model assisted by media flash and control group which is given treatment as convensional learning. The mean of the posttest for experiment group is greater than control group, so it can be obtained that contextual learning model assisted by media flash given positive result for understanding concept of physics in grade VIII SMPN 1 Labuapi. N-gain test given that for all of sub materi of light showed that the increasing of understanding concept of physics of class experiment is higher than control class, so it can be obtained that the increasing of understanding concept of physics of experiment group is higher than control group.

Kosakata adalah hal yang penting untuk diingat oleh individu, namun terkadang individu merasa sulit untuk mengingat kosakata. Individu memerlukan sebuah metode yang dapat membantu untuk mengingat dengan mudah kosakata beserta artinya atau tidak mudah lupa dengan kosakata yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya. Keyword mnemonic merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu individu dalam mengingat kosakata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas keyword mnemonic dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengingat arti kosakata bahasa inggris. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 56 siswa SMP Negeri 13 Makassar yang belum menghafal kosakata bahasa Inggris beserta artinya. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah control group posttest-only design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok yang menggunakan keyword mnemonic dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok yang menggunakan keyword mnemonic (mean=1.14) memperoleh hasil lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol (mean=-5.14) (p=0.000<0.05). Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi individu yang ingin mengingat dengan mudah dan dapat digunakan dalam waktu jangka panjang. Kata kunci: Keyword mnemonic, mengingat, kosakata Vocabulary is an important thing to be remembered by the people, but sometimes people find it difficult to remember the vocabulary. Individuals need a method that can help to remember vocabulary and their meanings easily or not easily forget the vocabulary that have been studied previously. Keyword mnemonic is one of the method to assist individuals in remembering vocabulary. The purposed of this study was to determine the effectiveness  keyword mnemonic to improve the ability to remember the meaning of the english vocabulary. Subjects of this study involving 56 students of senior high school of thirteen Makassar who have not memorized the English vocabulary and their meanings yet. Experimental design used in this study is the posttest-only control group design. The results showed that there are significant differences between the groups using the keyword mnemonic and control groups. The groups that use the keyword mnemonic (mean=1.14) obtain higher yields than the control group (mean=-5.14) (p=0.000<0.05).  AbstrakSaat ini skill perawat ketika menjadi volunteer pada saat terjadi bencana masih rendah. Upaya untuk meningkatkan skill tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan cara memberikan pendidikan bencana sejak awal kepada mahasiswa keperawatan yang salah satunya dapat mengguanakan media Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari efektivitas media Tabletop Disaster Exercise dalam meningkatkan skill triage dan alur rujukan korban bencana. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan menggunakan pre-post test with control group design. Jumlah populasi adalah 188 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan purpossive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebesar 36 dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan didapatkan ada perbedaan triage (ρ = 0,001) dan alur rujukan (ρ = 0,000) sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hasil didapatkan perbedaan skill triage (ρ = 0,001) dan alur rujukan (ρ = 0,001). Hasil uji Mann Whitney yaitu terdapat perbedaan skill triage dan alur rujukan dari responden antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,013 dan 0,004. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol sama-sama dapat meningkatkan skill triage dan alur rujukan dari masing-masing responden, akan tetapi dari analisis kedua metode didapatkan hasil yang signifikan yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara media TDE dengan metode konvensional. Kata kunci : tabletop disaster exercise, triage, alur rujukan  AbstractToday, the nurses' skills when volunteering at disaster management are still low. therefore to improve these skills is by providing disaster education from the beginning to nursing students. One of the learning media that is expected to be able to answer  these problems is the Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). This study aims to determine the effectivity  of Tabletop Disaster Exercise in improving triage and referral flow of disaster victims. The research design used quasy experimental with two groups pre-post test design. 36 subjects in total (2 groups of 18 members) was selected using purpossive sampling. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test and Mann whittney test. The results showed there were differences in triage (ρ = 0,001) and referral flow (ρ = 0,000) while in the results of the control group, there were differences in triage (ρ = 0.001) and referral flow (ρ = 0.001). The result of the Mann Whitney test showed there were differences in respondents’s skill between the treatment group and the control group with a significance value of triage (ρ = 0.013) and referral flow (ρ = 0.004). Thus it can be concluded that both the treatment and control groups can equally improve the triage and referral Flow skills of each respondent, but from the analysis of both methods, significant results are showed by the differences between TDE and conventional methods.Keywords: tabletop disaster exercise, triage, referral flow

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect ofcommunicative approach on creative writing among 9th graders. It wasfound from the literature that different aspects of creative writing can bedeveloped through communicative approach. The pretest posttestnonequivalent control group design, that is, Quasi Experimental designwas used. To carry out this investigation six classes from two schools,one public and one private, were selected to collect data for the purpose.206 students were conveniently selected for experimentation. There were33 girls and 173 boys in all the experimental and control groups. Fourtasks of the creative writing were carefully chosen from literature andwere pilot tested at a smaller group of students. After pilot testing, minorchanges were incorporated. The pre-test was administered to control andexperimental groups. Communicative lessons were delivered in theexperimental classrooms only. The same pre-test was used as the posttestas well. The creative compositions were evaluated in the light ofscoring rubrics. They were rechecked by relevant class instructors forinter-rater reliability. The data were analyzed using t-statistics and thesoftware SPSS. Results of the research showed that communicativeapproach had a noteworthy influence on the increase of creative writingskills among secondary level learners. The outcomes of the research areworthwhile for teachers, curriculum specialists, syllabi designers andpolicy makers. In addition, communicative approach is recommended forteaching of writing any genre in English.

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen berjumlah 43 orang, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 22 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg box bound, 22 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg box bound. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan double leg box bound terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, pada kelompok perlakuan alternate leg box bound sebesar 61,86. Hasil uji one way anova variable power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,91 dan signifikasi 0,001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 2,46. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruhantara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik dari pada alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. In the treatment group of double leg box bound howed an increase of leg muscle power as much as 58.77, the treatment group alternate leg box bound as much as 61,86. The test results of Fmeasureof one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group and the control group was obtained 8.91 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition double leg box bound group have better influence than alternate leg box bound training to increase leg muscle power as much as 2.46. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power.
