Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh hasil belajar dalam penggunaan media kartu interaktif dengan Augmented Reality tata cara penulisan huruf Hiragana dan Katakan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Jepang siswa kelas X jurusan Ilmu Budaya dan Bahasa (IBB), (2) Mengetahui respon siswa setelah menggunakan media kartu interaktif interaktif tata cara penulisan huruf Hiragana dan Katakana berbasis Augmented Reality pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Jepang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen) dengan desain penelitian adalah Post Test Only Group. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup semua kelas X Jurusan Bahasa di SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan hasil yaitu kels X IBB 1 sebagi kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang dan X IBB 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 32 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar kemudian dianalisis dengan meliputi uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas dilanjutkan dengan menghitung uji hipotesis. Penggunaan metode kuesioner untuk mencari respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan media Augmented Reality tata cara penulisan huruf jepang (Hiragana dan Katakana) pada mata pelajaran bahasa jepang siswa kelas X jursan Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Hasil analisis uji-t memperoleh thitung sebesar 6,829 dan ttabel sebesar 1,6686 untuk dk sebesar 65 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian diperoleh thitung> ttabel, ini berarti H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan media kartu interaktif belajar tata cara penulisan huruf jepang (Hiragana dan Katakana) dibandingkan dengan media pembelajaran secara konvesional. (2) respon siswa dari penerapan Augmented Reality tata cara penulisan huruf jepang (Hiragana dan Katakana) adalah sangat positif dilihat dari rata – rata skor hasil angket respon siswa yaitu 85,19.Kata Kunci : Media kartu interaktif, Augmented Reality, respon siswa. This study aimed to investigate (1) whether there was significant difference on the use of interactive card with augmented reality on the steps of writing Hiragana and Katakana on students’ learning achievement on Japanese subject at tenth grade language and culture students (IBB), (2) to know students’ response on the use of interactive card of the steps of writing Hiragana and Katakana with augmented reality base on Japanese subject.This study was quasi experimental with post-test only control group design. The population of this study was tenth grade languagestudents of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan on academic year 2017/2018. The sampling technique of this study was simple random sampling technique with X IBB 1 was the control group with 35 students, and X IBB 3 was the experimental group with 32 students. The method of data collection was test to measure the students’ learning achievement, then normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis test was conducted. Questionnaire was also conducted to know students’ response toward the use of the interactive card. The result of the study showed that (1) there was significant difference on students’ learning achievement between students who were taught by using augmented reality media of the steps of writing Hiragana and Katakanaon Japanese subject of the tenth grade language students of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. The result of t-test analysis was 6.829 and t-table was 1.6686 with dk 65 on the significant of 5%. Based on the testing criteria, it was found that t-count > t-table. It means that H1 accepted means that there is a higher influence of learning outcomes between students who learn to use interactive card media to learn Japanese letter writing procedures (Hiragana and Katakana) with conventional learning media (2) the students’ response with the use of augmented reality of the steps of writing Hiragana and Katakanawas positive based on the average score of the questionnaire with 85.19.keyword : interactive card media, augmented reality, students’ response

The objective of the study was to find out whether or not the silent way method can significantly affect students’ speaking competence. The design of this study was a pre-experimental research design (one group pre-test post-test design). The researcher applied a simple random sampling technique. The class 10 IPA1 was taken as the sample of the study with 18 students. The instrument of this study was an oral test in pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted through the following procedures: giving a pre-test, applying treatments and giving a post-test. The data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. Through the SPSS16.0 version. The result showed that the mean score on students’ speaking competence in a pre-test was 32.22 and in the post-test was 49.44. Hypothesis testing found that the value of sig (2 tailed) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.0. It could be concluded that the value of sig (2 tailed) was lower than the significant alpha value was (0.00<0.05). Therefore, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. So, the use of the silent way method had a significant on the students’ speaking competence at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Kontu kowuna.

This Experimental Research was conducted to find out whether reinforcement can improve the students’ speaking ability or not. The population of the research was the tenth grade students of SMAN 7 Bengkulu. The simple random sampling of the research was taken X MIPA 1 as the Experimental Group. The collection data used pre-test and post-test to see the changes of the students’ speaking score. T-test used to see the significant difference between both tests. The treatment is given to the students a set of praises as feedback in every students oral response. After doing 6 times of treatment on Experimental Group, the result indicates that reinforcement affected students speaking ability significantly. It was found that -Tcount was -18,351and  -Ttable was -2,060. It means that -Ttable score was greater than -Tcount. It could be concluded that the experiment was successful because of reinforcement can improve the students’ speaking ability.

Breast milk contains more than a hundred kind of nutrient that needed for baby’s growth and development. But now theres so many mother that didn’t give breast milk because they didn’t produce enough. One of the method that can increase the poduction of breast milk is with giving the breast feeding mother katu’s leaf. This research head for analyze influence of consumption the leaf of Sauropus Androgynus (L) Merr (Katu) that related with raising prolactin hormones of the breast feeding mother and babies development in Wonokromo Surabaya district. This research is Quasi Experiment research with using the post test-only control group design. The population that being the target for this research is all of the breast feeding mother that consume katu’s leaf as many as 18 and 6 people as control. The research unit as many as 24 respondent obtained with using simple random sampling technique. Free variable is extract of katu’s leaf and dependent variabel is prolactin hormones and baby’s development. Collect the data with using check list, and examination of blood samples with pra screening of development questionnaire Result of One Way Anova test between consume katu’s leaf extract with the level of prolactin hormones obtained a significant difference (p = 0,000). The conclusion of this research is the treatment 2 and 3 have the significant result. To increase the production of breast milk and baby’s development maximally the breast feeding mother be expected to consume the katu’s leaf 2 until 3 times a day.

Background: Fatigue in pregnant women can lead to cesarean delivery, also triggering problems during pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium. Therefore, there is a need for non-pharmacological interventions to reduce the level of fatigueObjective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and aromatherapy to complaints of fatigue in pregnant womenMethods: This is a quasi-experiment with pretest and post-test with control group design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, consisted of 52 respondents who were divided into two groups. The statistical using a paired t-test and independent t-testResults: After the administration of PMR and aromatherapy interventions, the fatigue score decreased significantly from 5.15 to 3.15; p<0.001. In the control group, the fatigue score was reduced from 5.04 to 4.00; p<0.0001. There was a significant difference in fatigue scores in the intervention and control groups (3.15 ± 1.592 vs. 4.00 ± 0.980; p<0.05).Conclusion: Combination progressive muscle relaxation exercises and aromatherapy are effective in reducing fatigue scores in pregnant women

Introduction: Tuberculosis is well known as an infectious disease on lungs system caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis in physical, social and mental health conditions. Methods: This research applied quasi-experiment and consisted of pre and post-test on non-equivalent control group. The subjects were divided into two groups, control group (35) and treatment group (35) by using simple random sampling technique based on inclusion criteria. The research was conducted at Health Center, Jombang. The variables involved in this research were psycho-education psychological aspects. Results: The results of the research showed that physical and psychological aspects on both treatment and control groups is with p = 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is significant difference on psychological aspect between treatment and control groups. Psycho-education significantly influenced psychological among the patients with tuberculosis. Conclusion: This change occurred due to the increase of health on the patient with tuberculosis in psychological aspects and also it followed by the decrease of symptoms on the patient.

Secara psikologis 80% wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Selama trimester pertama wanita menjadi ambivalen. Sekitar 80% wanita mengalami kekecewaan, penolakan, kecemasan, depresi, dan kesedihan akibat ketidaknyamanan karena mengalami mual dan muntah pada trimester pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh hipnoterapi dalam mengurangi emesis pada wanita hamil trimester pertama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gang Kelor Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain "Quasi eksperimental pre-post test dengan kelompok kontrol" dan intervensi "hipnoterapi". Penentuan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 60 orang terdiri dari 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol selama 5 bulan. Emesis diukur dengan menggunakan skala Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) sebelum dan sesudah hipnoterapi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, yaitu T Dependent dan Independent T test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipnoterapi memiliki efek yang signifikan pada penurunan tingkat emisisibu hamil pada trimester pertama (p = <0,05). Hipnoterapi sangat dianjurkan untuk wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis. Kata kunci: hipnoterapi, emesis gravidarum, ibuhamil, trimester pertama HYPNOTHERAPY CAN REDUCE THE DEGREE OF EMESIS IN FIRST TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN ABSTRACTPsychologically 80% of pregnant women who experience emesis affect their quality of life. During the first trimester the woman becomes ambivalent. About 80% of women experience disappointment, rejection, anxiety, depression, and sadness due to discomfort due to nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of hypnotherapy in reducing emesis in first trimester pregnant women in the work area of the Gang KelorHealth Center in Bogor. This research is a quantitative study with the design of "Quasi experimentalpre-post test with control group" and "hypnotherapy" intervention. Determination of the sample with simple random sampling technique, as many as 60 people consisting of 30 people for the intervention group and 30 people for the control group for 5 months. Emesis is measured using the Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) scale before and after hypnotherapy. Data wereanalyzedusingunivariate and bivariateanalysis, namely the T Dependent and Independent T tests. The results showed that hypnotherapy had a significant effect on reducing the level of emission of pregnant women in the first trimester (p = <0.05). Menopause merupakan masa kritis kehidupan wanita, pada periode ini terjadi perubahan fisik maupun psikis. Pada periode inilah seorang wanita merasa dirinya menjadi tua dan takut tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan seksual suami, dengan bertambahnya usia masalah ini tidak harus terjadi. Tujuan penelitian adalah  menganalisis  Pengaruh  Pemberian  Paket  “Affection”  Terhadap Aktifitas  Seksual  Pada  Pasangan  Menopause.  Metode  yang  digunakan adalah Quasy eksperiment dengan desain penelitian Pretest Post test One Group  Design.  Populasi  dan  sampelnya  adalah  wanita  menopause  yang memiliki suami dan tidak menderita penyakit yang dapat mempengaruhi aktifitas seksual, sebanyak 20 wanita di dusun Wonosari sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan 20 wanita di dusun Sukosari sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample t test pada kelompok kontrol nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.514 > alpha 0.05 (p > 0.05), bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan aktifitas seksual pada wanita menopause pada pre dan post intervensi. Pada kelompok perlakuan hasil uji t independent  nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.023 (p<0.05), bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian paket “Affection” terhadap peningkatan aktifitas seksual pasangan menopause. Aktifitas seksual wanita menopause pada kelompok perlakuan lebih tinggi daripada sebelum diberikan intervensi.  Oleh karena itu dianjurkan bagi petugas puskesmas untuk menindaklanjuti dengan me- ngembangkan program promosi kesehatan melalui penyebarluasan peman- faatan paket “Affection” bagi pasangan menapouse.  Menopause is a critical period of a woman’s life, during this period physi- cal and psychological changes might occur. During this period, a woman felt herself getting old and afraid if she cannot fulfill her husband sexual needs.  This  case  suppose  not  happend  eventhough  the  age  of  a  woman increasing.  The  purpose  of  the  research  is  to  analyze  Effects  of  Giving Affection  Packages  on  Sexual  Activities  in  Menopause  Couples.  That method used is Quasi experiment with Pretest Post test One Group Design research  design.  The  population  and  the  sample  is  menopausal  women who have  husbands and do not suffer from a disease that can affecting sexual activity, there were 20 women in Wonosari district as a treatment group  and  20  women  in  Sukosari  district  as  a  control  group  with  the Simple Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of study on paired sample t test in the control group with a significance value of 0.514 & gt; alpha  0.05  (p &  gt;  0.05),  there  was  no significant  difference  in  sexual activity in postmenopausal women in the pre and post intervention. On the treatment group the results of the independent t test significant value of 0.023 (p & lt; 0.05), there was an influence on giving “Affection” package to menopausal couples in the case of sexual activity. Women’s sexual activ- ity  on  menopausal  age  in  the  treatment  group  was  higher  than  before given intervention. Therefore It is recommended for puskesmas officers to follow up by developing health promotion programs through disseminat- ing the application of the “Affection” package for menapouse couples.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan laboratorium virtual PhET terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa pada materi gerak lurus. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis quasi eksperimen yang menggunakan desain posttest only control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri Ambon tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan sampel yaitu kelas VIII4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII5 sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner motivasi belajar IPA siswa yang berisi 46 butir pernyataan (22 butir pernyataan positif dan 24 butir pernyataan negatif). Data hasil pengisian angket motivasi dianalisis dengan uji hipotesis t-test one way menggunakan spss 26. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat  perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar siswa antara siswa yang belajar IPA menggunakan praktikum laboratorium virtual PhET dengan siswa yang belajar IPA secara konvensional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan laboratorium virtual PhET memberikan pengaruh motivasi belajar IPA siswa yang lebih baik pada materi gerak lurus. Kata kunci: Laboratorium virtual; Simulasi PhET; Motivasi belajar; Gerak lurus ABSTRACTThis research aimed to know the effect of using virtual laboratory PhET towards students’ motivation in learning science on linear motion. This research is quasy experimental research that uses posttest only control group design. The population of this research is all grade VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Ambon in the academic year 2020/2021 and the sample of this research is grade VIII4 as experimental group and VIII5 as control group that determined by simple random sampling technique. The instrument that used to collect the data is questionnaire of students’ motivation in learning science which have 46 items (22 positive questions and 24 negative questions). The data The data were processed in the percentage and  analysed by statistical formula of t-test by SPSS 26. The result of t-test shows that Sign. 0000 < 0,05, it mens that there is a significant difference effect of students’ motivation in learning science on the linear motion. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementation of virtual laboratorial PhET has positive effect towards students’ motivation in learning science on the linear motion. Keywords: virtual laboratory; PhET simulation; Motivation in learning; Linear motion

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menulis surat dinas siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Panyingkiran Kabupaten Majalengka, mengetahui kemampuan menulis surat dinas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievment Divisions) siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Panyingkiran Kabupaten Majalengka, serta menjelaskan efektifitas model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievment Divisions) untuk meningkatkan  pengajaran menulis surat dinas siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Panyingkiran Kabupaten Majalengka.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode eksperimen Pre test-Post test Control Group Design, populasinya yaitu SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Panyingkiran Kabupaten Majalengka tahun ajaran 2013/2014, sedangkan  sampelnya ditentukan melalui teknik simple random sampling yaitu kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 2 Panyingkiran sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Panyingkiran sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan tes tertulis tes awal dan tes akhir, kuesioner, lembar observasi guru dan siswa, setelah data diperoleh maka dilakukan analisis data. Data kuesioner dan observasi dianalisis dalam bentuk uraian sedangkan data tes dianalisis dengan statistik dan di deskripsikan.Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik program SPSS 16.0 diperoleh hasil uji t pretes pada kedua kelas tersebut memiliki nilai t=5.429 derajat kebebasan (df)=n-1=38 nilai probability (sig 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000.  Hal ini berarti t hitung <0,005. Artinya 0,000<0,05, pada uji t ini bahwasanya pretes pada kedua kelas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol.  Apabila ditinjau dari segi rata-rata pretes eksperimen lebih efektif daripada kelas kontrol. Hal ini terbukti dari rata-ratanya pretes kelas eksperimen 64,8 kelas kontrol 62,3 selisih rata-rata 2,5. Sedangkan rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen 81,2 dan kelas kontrol 69 terjadi selisih postes 12,2.

Latar Belakang: Hiperkolesterolemia dapat menyebabkan penyakit cerebrovaskuler bahkan kematian. Salah satu pencegahan hiperkolesterolemia adalah dengan pemberian suplemen contohnya menggunakan kulit jeruk purut (Citrus hystrix) yang mengandung saponin, tanin dan flavonoid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan adanya pengaruh pemberian ekstrak ethanol kulit jeruk purut terhadap kadar kolesterol total pada tikus wistar jantan yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental  ini menggunakan metode post test only control group design. Jumlah sampel 30 ekor tikus wistar jantan dikelompokkan secara simple random sampling menjadi kelompok kontrol negative (K-), kontrol positif (K+), perlakuan 1 (P1), perlakuan 2 (P2) dan perlakuan 3 (P3). Pada kelompok K+, P1,P2 dan P3 tikus diberi minyak babi sebanyak 3 mg/200grBB/hari selama 3 minggu. Kelompok P1, P2 dan P3 diberikan ekstrak ethanol kulit jeruk purut sebesar 35 mg/200grBB/hari, 70 mg/200grBB/hari, dan 140 mg/200grBB/hari selama 3 minggu. Kadar kolesterol total dihitung dengan metode CHOD-PAP lalu dianalisis secara statistic dengan uji One Way Annova dan uji beda dengan Pos Hoc. Hasil: Dari 25 sampel, rerata kadar kolesterol total (K-):73,90 mg/dl±19,11 mg/dl; (K+):80,00 mg/dl±4,72 mg/dl; (P1):69,94 mg/dl±6,52 mg/dl; (P2):59,10 mg/dl±11,70 mg/dl; (P3):59,74 mg/dl±7,52 mg/dl. (p=0,032). Hasil uji Pos Hoc kelompok yang berbeda signifikan adalah K- dengan P2 (p=0,049), K+ dengan P2 (p=0,008) dan K+ dengan P3 (p=0,010). Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian ekstrak ethanol kulit jeruk purut terhadap kadar kolesterol total pada tikus wistar jantan yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Dosis terendah ekstrak kulit jeruk purut yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total adalah 70 mg/200 grBB/hari.
