Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

This study aims as a way to determine the effect of the recitation method on learning outcomes of events in life that focuses on sub-theme 2 national events about the proclamation of independence day at SDN Gongseng 1 Jombang. As we know that the average learning process in schools is still centered on the teacher himself. By using the right application, it is certain that it will have a good impact on the quality of education. The lack of student interest in the methods taught by the teacher had a significant impact. In the process of working on questions, for example, students are less able to understand what is conveyed by the teacher who is able to provide a learning process whose substance is carried out by selecting the appropriate method. This research is pre-experimental research design, in the form of one-group pretest-posttest. The sample of this study consisted of 9 boys and 10 girls totaling 19 students who were in the experimental class. In the academic year 2021, it can be seen that the results of the pretest and posttest data of students by using the recitation method have sig. 0.000 < 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the effect of recitation has an influence on classroom learning by using conventional methods.

This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. Assessment is one of the important stages in the learning process of Indonesia because through the assessment of teachers to know the extent to which the learning objectives have been achieved. Assessment can be done through measurement (quantitative description) and / or through non-measurement (qualitative description). When teachers collect information on students' level of understanding through questions, observations, and assignments the teacher actually has conducted a non-measurement evaluation. The activity of the teacher is very useful in determining the level of mastery of students and in assessing the effectiveness of the learning process. Accurate information about student learning outcomes, interests and needs can only be obtained through effective assessment and assessment. The current assessment is a portfolio assessment that has many benefits for both teachers and students. Portfolio assessment is broader than assessment through tests, as with portfolios, teachers can follow cognitive development, attitudes, interests and student activities related to math. Thus, teachers can utilize the portfolio in improving the quality of learning which in turn will improve the quality of student learning outcomes.

Training is one element in creating more qualified individuals. Training is very necessary in the learning process so that students are not bored with monotone learning when in class. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a training for students on how to quickly and accurately count to make it easier for students to calculate addition and multiplication operations. With this activity students are expected to be able to more easily understand the material in mathematics. In addition, students are also expected to be motivated to study harder and not think that mathematics is difficult. From the results of the activity, it was obtained input that students desperately need training in a quick and precise way of counting to make it easier for students to calculate addition, subtraction and multiplication. The impact is that student learning outcomes can be better and students prefer mathematics subjects. Participants expect that this community service activity can be carried out as often as possible and continuously so that communication between schools and universities is maintained in the development of learning.
